The house sits on a gravel road at the end of it, near a power line route. The house has two bedrooms and two sitting rooms with televisions in each. There is one bathroom with a shower. The house was very clean and had plates, cups, silverware, salt and pepper, and a full refrigerator and oven.

The location is isolated away from the main road but there is a house that sits close by across the street.

Great cabin, very comfortable and open for gathering with family. Loved that the place was pet friendly so we could bring our fur baby. Tony was exceptionally helpful and communicative throughout our stay.

The Little Fawn was amazing. The location is minutes from the Shenandoah River Outfitters where we rented kayaks for the day. Afterwards we grilled on the deck and took a dip in the hot tub. It was a perfect little getaway.

Tony was very informative, responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying at the Little Fawn.

Good stay overall

Positive:
Bed was super comfortable, games to play and things to use.

Negative:
Grass was a little long and gravel riad scraped my low car

My young children, dog and I had a great, short stay at Tony’s cabin. Check-in was a breeze, Tony was quick to communicate, and the cabin was very clean. We were only there for a short stay but would have been comfortable staying longer. My dog enjoyed sitting out on the deck. I was worried about my minivan with low clearance making it up the street and down the driveway but it wasn’t a problem at all. I was surprised at how clean the cabin was given the rustic setting. We would definitely stay here again.

The space was a little smaller than we thought, but it was still nice and the high ceiling made it feel very spacious. The neighbors were a bit loud at times but that is to no fault of the owners. Just keep an eye out the neighbors like to ride 4 wheelers quite fast on the roads and will sneak up on you quick. So drive slow and cautiously. You’re in the woods, which WE LOVED. But he’s not joking when he says there will be spiders!

The outdoor lights did not work unfortunately. But we bought some from the dollar store and used them instead so we could have some light outside when it got dark.

The A frame IS NOT on the lake. It’s 5 min away. Don’t let the pictures fool you. Just make sure you read the full description.

Overall, we had a good stay and had a great time. They made sure there were enough towels for us, the views were pretty, the fire pit was relaxing, it was a nice little get away.

We heard nothing other than the sounds of nature. It was bliss! The cabin is quite comfortable and our teen enjoyed the loft space. We wandered around the immediate woods and climbed the rocks, saw tons of beautiful birds and butterflies, and filled our arms with firewood for the evening. Great way to unplug (but you don't need to if you want to stay connected too, because there great wifi -- also a bonus for the teen).

Amazing little getaway - took a solo trip just to relax and this was the perfect place to do it. Quiet, clean, and Tony was an amazing host and communicator. Really enjoyed my stay and look forward to visiting again!

Great place to stay! The lake was beautiful and kayaking was fun. Very nice hiking trails within a 20-30 min drive.

This cabin was great for a quick getaway with my friends! It's a sweet little spot with room enough for each of us to have our own sleeping space (and on different levels, too!). We made great use of the hot tub and fire pit, and the tub is truly so big you could fit two people in it. Great little house for a small group (we were 3 + a large dog) or couple.

Beautifully maintained antique cottage with lovely hosts! We really enjoyed our stay. There is a wonderful back porch too that looks onto a pretty green area and we could hear a train in the distance! Hosts were very responsive and kind. We would stay there again! (One note - Harpers Ferry is built on a steep hillside so be prepared for narrow roads.)

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The house and grounds weren’t spotless. We aren’t neat freaks so we overlooked it and had a nice time. The house is cute. Setting is nice. We enjoyed kayaking and relaxing in the hot tub. Tony is very available if you need him.

Nice cozy little cabin to get away. Lake access is less than a 5 min drive. we were thankful that the cabin was pet friendly. we got to bring our puppy and he enjoyed his time as much as we did. Eating out is a 20 min drive. There is a grocery store about 10 min away that does have everything you need and there is a grill on the deck. Tony was definitely attentive and reached out during our stay. I'll definitely be back.
