Super Neighbor Policy
Due to County and HOA regulations, the following are additional rules that must be adhered to. Any violations will result in a $200 fine:
Occupancy is 5 and absolutely no additional people are allowed on the premises. Children 13 and under do not count toward this occupancy limit. As this implies, absolutely no events or large gatherings.
Parking is in designated spots or visiting parking
Noise ordinances must be obeyed from 10pm-7am (respectful voice and music levels both inside and outside the property at these times)
Adhering to the speed limit (20 mph)
There must be no loose trash in the yard (it can blow into neighbors yards or attract bears and other pests)
No firearms or fireworks of any type may be used within the River Ridge properties.
During Forest Fire Season (March 1-May 31 inclusive and October 1-December 31
inclusive), there shall be no outdoor fires between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
