The view was beautiful, its very secluded but had a nice artsy town just 30 minutes down the mountain. The cabin was cozy and had the basic amenities needed for going off the grid and staying in.

Loved our stay at the cabin! The view was gorgeous and exactly like it was shown in the pictures. There was plenty of room for 4 of us and 2 dogs to move around the cabin, and all of the amenities listed were there. We just wish we'd stayed for another day to enjoy it all some more!

This place is really beautiful - the views are just spectacular and the location feels both intimate and cozy. We enjoyed watching the sunrise over the mountains; using the hot tub in the cool evenings, cooking dinner together and telling stories up in the loft. It had everything we needed for a girl’s retreat with 4 women, and felt enormously rejuvenative. Thank you for hosting us, we really loved it.

This is our second time staying here and we loved it as much as we did two years ago. The view is amazing. The house is perfect for our family of 5 and dog. Berkeley Springs nearby is a cute town with some good places to eat.

We stayed here for a weekend get away and it was everything we wanted. Fantastic views and such a unique space with everything you need. Defiently would go here again!

The best! The porch and hot tub looked over a beautiful view of the ridge. We went in March, and even though the trees were leafless the view was still wonderful. Also, super cozy - it is an open kitchen so it was so fun to be able to talk to whoever you are with from any area in the house. The loft was also a fun detail of this place - the ladder is a little intimidating at first, but once you get the hang of it you'll be okay. Overall, this place is a hidden gem - peaceful, cute, and the perfect weekend getaway!

Tony was incredibly responsive and helpful in preparing for my stay. He offered a ton of recommendations, but honestly the property provided so much peace and relaxation that I stayed at the site the entire time. Dog friendly which made it a great place to bring my pup. The home is super quaint with an incredible view. Loved the wood burning fireplace and the place was clean and just want I needed for a change in scenery. Wifi worked great for those that work remotely. I will definitely be back in the summer or fall time!

Beautiful location! Very quiet and private. It snowed during our stay and Tony was very good about messaging us the day before to make sure we were aware of the snow, inform us about the roads, and remind us to get supplies etc. Overall, a great location and an amazing host!

Pretty neat spot and not too far. The loft is very cute, even tho it’s tough to get up there. The deck had amazing views and it was so quiet in that area. No neighbours (at the time of this review). The wood stove inside was not only a cool thing to use, it was essential for the chilly winter mornings. Tony was very responsive when questions did arise. He even offered to refund us money if we purchased coffee. The town doesn’t really have much going on from we experienced, but cute small town vibes with nice people. I read some reviews prior to staying here and a lot of people said that it was “dated” or seemed “used” and the photos were old. I would pay any attention to those as this property and the photos were accurate. I would say the only thing that doesn’t make this a 10/10 stay would be the amount of dried up lady bugs by the balcony door. It was very apparent that no cleaning was done in that area. Otherwise, it was clean and tidy everywhere else. Would recommend a stay here.

This was a perfect getaway in beautiful and peaceful surroundings! It was EXACTLY what we wanted and needed. We felt right at home and were very comfortable. There was nothing lacking and we enjoyed every moment. We not only recommend, but would love to visit again!

If you're looking for a super modern place, this is not your place. However if you're looking for a charming, secluded and peaceful location, then this place is a gem. Great communication from the host and spectacular views!

I was visiting the area with a couple of guests and overall our stay went great! The owner was very communicable which was extremely helpful. If you are looking for a location that has beautiful scenery, I definitely recommend Tony’s location. One of my favorite things to do was sit out on the deck and enjoy the view. This cabin was exactly as described. It was peaceful and the view was amazing. At night the skies were so dark you could see so many stars. The hot tub is a few steps from the cabin, but nice and hot, which was nice after hiking. The seating around the fire pit was a little uneven, but we still enjoyed our nightly fire. The kitchen was stocked with the basics and there were plenty of towels. The cabin is about 20-30 minutes from Berkeley Springs, so make sure you bring whatever you need with you or be prepared to make the drive. There are several hiking places a short drive from the cabin. Berkeley Springs is a super cute town with lots of little shops. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

Tony was a great host. The cabin was perfect for a getaway with my sister-in-law. The hot tub, gorgeous view and peaceful surroundings was just the getaway that busy moms needed to recharge before the holidays.

We were a last-minute booking for a few nights stay in order to escape to some solitude. Our stay was beautiful, peaceful, extremely easy and hassle-free! Nothing but positive things to say about Tony and his team.

We were looking for a remote cabin to stay in over the 4th of July weekend and we definitely found that in Tony’s place. The cabin is exactly as pictured, although I found none of my photos truly could capture that view from the deck. We were able to find a different park each day 30-60 minutes away to explore and really enjoyed how cute Berkeley Springs was. You will be about 20 minutes away from anything but we felt the cabin had everything we needed to settle in each night after hiking. We would definitely come back.

Pulling up, the back of the cabin aesthetic had us worried but when you round the corner the deck and view are breathtaking and the inside of the cabin was cozy and charming. If you are looking for a getaway and some privacy we highly recommend this place. We will definitely be booking with Tony again!

Tony's place was a lovely escape from reality--very peaceful and quiet and just a lovely place to spend time. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the kids loved sleeping in the loft, and morning coffee on the deck was almost meditative. A few tips--the hot tub is very close and convenient to the house but it is about 6 steps from the deck steps, so bring flip-flops. And the drive truly is a well-paved (except for the last turn onto a sturdy gravel drive) but winding road about 25-30 minutes from town, so consider arriving in daylight, especially if you're a nervous driver. The advantage to this is that it really is an amazing secluded retreat, as advertised. We all (kids, grandma, and dog included) had a great time.

If looking for a quiet getaway, Tony's cabin is definitely the spot for peace and quiet. While a little more on the rustic side than anticipated, the cabin was comfortable and the back deck couldn't have been more lovely - we especially loved the sunrises and sunsets! The home is definitely off the beaten path so if you want to avoid driving back-and-forth, I would highly recommend stocking up on supplies before leaving Berkeley Springs.

Visited for a one night get-away. We really enjoyed our stay. The views from Tony's cabin are hard to beat. We enjoyed star gazing by the fire pit at night time and waking up early to marvel over the sunrise over the mountains. We did, unfortunately, experience an issue with the hot tub that prevented us from using it, but Tony was very responsive to our concerns. He replied to our messages very quickly and was incredibly helpful. Overall, definitely recommend his place if you want a peaceful get-away trip!

Really spectacular place. Very detailed and clear instructions. Nice bedding. Sitting in the jacuzzi and watching the sunset was so nice. And after sunset we sat by the open fire. The house was warm despite the chilly weather.

We took a long weekend at Tony's place for a family trip, and enjoyed every minute. The house was as described, and to me was better than the pics because it had more of a cabin feel. That said there was plenty of room, and the loft was enourmous. It was comfortable, and a good layout. The deck was the main attraction for me, and the view never got old. The one thing to note is its 30 mins drive to town so make sure to grab all you need while youre out. Also the town of Berkeley Springs was a nice surprise; cool, clean, historical, and chill.

We had the best time celebrating my 40th birthday. This cabin was far enough away to be secluded from the world yet close enough to be somewhere in less than 30 min. Would highly recommend for someone looking for a peaceful place to stay with a friendly, quick to respond host!

This airbnb was great! Tony was also a great host and answered questions very quickly. A few of my friends and I came for our spring break and really enjoyed the cabin (especially listening to music on the roku). The cabin was hard to find at first but it was very peaceful and private. The view was also great. One thing to note was that the water had a very distinctive mineral taste so if you care about that, bring water bottles. If you stay here, I highly recommend going into Berkeley Springs and stargazing in the backyard by the fire pit!!

My siblings and I stayed here for a few days to ring in the New Year. It was perfect for the 5 of us. Beautiful, peaceful location. We especially enjoyed the fire pit and lived exploring Berkeley Springs.

Lots of wildlife, look outside before you open any doors and scare away the constantly present deer. We even saw a bald eagle soar right in front of us from the porch. We would absolutely stay again. Good place to stay with your family and friends

We really enjoyed our stay! It was quiet and peaceful, and the cabin is cozy. Only recommendation is to have some ice near the front steps, as they were slippery when we arrived. Also, a coat tree in the winter would be nice to have to hang up coats. It was a beautiful setting though!

There is something magical about this cabin. I felt more relaxed than I had in years during my stay there. The cozy wood stove, the mountain views, the comfy couch and excellent internet access all made for a perfect getaway. We loved the town of Berkeley Springs, too, and enjoyed hot soaks and massages. Beautiful little cabin in the mountains. Private and peaceful. Tony is a very attentive host and provided guidance and Information about the surrounding area; in addition to checking in with us periodically to make sure our stay was nice. The trees behind the balcony have really grown since the photos taken attached to the Air BnB listing - so they are obstructing the view... which is one of the main reasons we rented this cabin in particular. We were able to bring our elderly pups with us and it was so nice to have them included in our special get away. Kitchen was lovely, loft was perfect for playing guitar, and the beautiful trails around this area are definitely worth the visit. Tony seems to have a lot of gorgeous properties and we look forward to booking in a different one sometime in the future.

If you want to get away from it all, this is a place for you! The best feature of this cabin is the vista out to the most undeveloped and pin-drop quiet view you can find. The only sounds I heard were that of nature. Sunrises are stunning, no better way to start the day. The cabin is clean and comfortable. Tony is fantastic with communication, always ready to help if needed but we had no issues during our stay. Be sure to bring plenty of firewood if you want to use the firepit by the side of the house, my adult kids really enjoyed sitting around a fire during the evening hours. Our stay was way too short, I hope to return soon.

We enjoyed sitting on the deck during the day and watching the deer graze at dusk. At night the stars reigned ... to get an even better view of them turn off the lights for a while and just look up. The view and the quiet surroundings cannot be beat. We loved this cabin, it seems like the kind of thing we would build or buy if we could. It got so cool at night we never needed the AC but it was nice to know it was there. Tony is very communicative though we didn’t need much. We loved the kids all in one bathroom soap and will prob try to find it at home. Bring whatever condiments you need!

The home was exactly what we were looking for on our honeymoon. It was secluded, quiet and peaceful, had the amazing view my husband was looking for and we were able to catch up on work and shows we had missed because the internet was excellent. It was quite peaceful to work outside. If you are going to the country you have to expect bugs, and from other reviews we were expecting this, but honestly I'm not sure if we got lucky or if it was the time of year, but we didn't deal with any bugs or mosquitos. I brought a small tent with mosquito net to put on the deck, but we didn't need it. The couches inside were brand new so it seems like Tony listened to his guests. Also, I believe he had central air and 2 AC wall units in the 2 main floor bedrooms. So we were quite comfortable and actually had to turn up the AC to a warmer temp because it worked too well in this August temperature. We managed to do one hike Devil's nose which I recommend. We went to Fairfax coffee almost as soon as they opened and walked around Berkley Springs for a bit before the hike. We got to the hike around 9:30 or 10 am and were the only ones on the hike and on the overlook. We didn't encounter other people until 11ish when we were already closer to the car. So I recommend going early. We spent 2 days at this AirBnB, and we would do it again! This was a great experience to add on to our many other Air BnB experiences. Thank you Tony!

Tony was a great host and the place was as pictured. Very secluded and the view is spectacular. Communication and cleanliness were on point. Would agree with previous reviewers about the heat. It was exceptionally hot when we were there and the two air conditioners in the bedrooms were not enough to combat the heat, which ultimately led to significant discomfort during the day, and a particularly hot stay for my son in the upper bedroom. Not much landscaping around the house, and a pretty steep drop off into the woods, so not comfortable exploring right around the property. But overall, a nice stay!

This is a great spot with an amazing view. It’s a fairly simple cabin, with a clear focus on that view, but we had everything we needed and wanted. If you want to enjoy the deck, sit by a fire or stream a movie with a great backdrop it’s perfect.

We loved our getaway at Tony's cabin! The view from the deck is amazing in any weather and changes throughout the day. The cabin was comfortable for two couples, was clean, and had what we needed to cook our meals. The drip coffee maker requires basket filter, for those who need their morning joe! We enjoyed hiking at Cacapon State Park, even in the rain, and lunch after at Berkeley Springs Brewing Co. Very disappointed not to see a bear at the cabin, but there's always a next time! Be aware that Berkeley Springs is a good half hour drive on twisty mountain roads, and the isolation, views, and bird song are well worth that drive.

Wonderful cabin, wonderful views, wonderful communication. Everything about this was easy. I was looking for a quick escape from the city, and this was just perfect for an overnight with my pup. Before arriving at the cabin, we enjoyed lunch (Tony lists some great recommendations in the house manual) and brought the leftovers back for dinner. It was so nice to be away from the hustle and bustle, enjoying a quiet night in Tony's cabin. Tony made the whole process super easy with his great communication. Just what I was looking for!
