Payment Terms
All payments processed on this online booking platform will be done through our payment processor, Stripe, which allows us to accept credit and debit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover & Diners.
I. Delivery Policy
When you complete your booking transaction, the dates of your reservation will be blocked and set aside specifically for your use. All services necessary to ensure that your stay takes place, such as cleaning, will also be scheduled at this time and completed before your arrival. This reservation and the accompanying services will be scheduled and acted on up until the sooner of the completion of your reservation or in the event of a cancellation.
II. Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel your reservation at any time. If you cancel more than 14 days from the date of your check-in, you will be refunded in full, minus a credit card processing fee of 3%. If you cancel between 7 and 14 days from the date of your check-in, you will be refunded 50% of your total booking cost, minus a credit card processing fee of 3%. If you cancel fewer than 7 days in advance of your check-in, you will not receive a refund.
This cancellation and refund policy will be applied to all reservations and in all circumstances – including those outside the control of Blue Maple that cause a reservation to be cancelled or altered. Examples of circumstances outside the control of Blue Maple include but are not limited to inclement weather, guest illness (including COVID-19), road closures, or any travel delay.
