Tony was always responsive. We lost power one day and contacted Tony. We worked with tony to check the electical box and then he contacted the power company who got the problem resolved in a couple of hour.
We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin and it’s surrounding area was peaceful. We really enjoyed it.

Tony’s place was spotless. There was a fully stocked coffee bar with everything you could possibly imagine for a cozy start to your day. The communication was exceptional and very responsive. My husband and I took advantage of sleepy creek, we also did a small hike at Blue Spruce Hollow Park and then headed to Cacapon brewery for a beer and burger in Berkley Springs. I took advantage of open play pickleball at the resort sports complex and felt very welcomed. It was a little buggy, but the gazebo on the property offered a welcome reprieve and we were able to enjoy being outside during our stay. The community is very wooded and it was hot and humid during our stay, so that was to be expected. The community itself is fairly large and very spacious, with lots to do for families and active adults. Our last experience with VRBO was a nightmare. Tony is a true testament that when a property is managed well people will return again and again. I will be looking for other properties managed by Blue Maple. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

The location was great and close to Martinsburg, Berkeley Springs and Sheperdstown, which are enjoyable. Our family also loved using the Sports Center and appreciated that Tony provided passes.

Tony’s place was a perfect fit for myself and my two teenagers. Lots of amenities including pools, gym, hot tub, and more. The Potomac River is 10-15 minutes away, the perfect place to cool off and relax in a serene atmosphere. Would return again.

The space was clean, cozy, and clearly well-cared for. The mountain backdrop is spectacular. It’s the perfect spot to sit with a cup of coffee and just take in the views.
The highlight of the trip was watching a few beautiful deer wander right past the property in the quiet of the morning.
If you need a quiet, clean, and scenic getaway to recharge your batteries, book this place immediately. I would absolutely stay here again!

Charming cabin with a modern, functional interior set in tranquil setting within a wooded residential area. We loved the large living area with floor to ceiling windows and outdoor deck. Kitchen had updated counters and finishes, with a nice coffee area.
If you’re interested in nature, there are lots of deer and birds to be seen, including a pair of Red-headed Woodpeckers (an uncommon species!) residing in the neighborhood—we saw them every day we were there (June 2026), including in the trees beside us while we were on the porch!

The perfect respite and place of quiet and calm in the midst of months of ongoing home renovations. Graciously allowed us to extend our time twice during our stay. It was the unexpected vacation we didn’t know we needed. Thank you for sharing a beautiful place. Our favorite spot was evenings around the fire pit and morning fishing excursions to catch plenty of large mouth bass.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described—if not better. You can really tell the host takes pride in making sure guests have a great experience.
What truly stood out was the host. They were incredibly responsive, friendly, and on top of every detail. Anytime we had a question or needed something, they got back to us quickly and made sure everything was taken care of without any hassle. It made the whole trip feel easy and stress-free.
The overall vibe of the place was perfect for relaxing and enjoying our time, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place with an even better host!

This little modern style cabin is nestled in The Woods community and you do feel right at home. The back deck is lovely with the surrounding woods accompanying you while you grill. The beds are comfortable and the accompanying high chair is a nice addition. I will say that there is no dishwasher (which is fine) but there were also no dish rags or sponges to wash the dishes or multipurpose cleaner for counter top messes. Small oversight but still inconvenient since we had to go out and purchase them. Overall, this place is a nice peaceful and affordable woodland getaway with a very responsive host.

The house is a bit on the campy side and provided the basic necessities. The oven put out alot of foul smelling smoke when attempted to bake salmon (notified Blue Maple). The sports center and pools made the trip.

We had a great weekend escape at Tony’s cabin, he was responsive and easy to work with. The cabin itself was peaceful and spacious enough for the two of us to relax comfortably. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook dinner each night. The beds were comfy, and we appreciated the AC in the bedrooms. While the kitchen and living room didn’t have AC, the ceiling fan helped keep things comfortable. The resort itself left something to be desired. We booked a pickleball court in advance, but when we arrived, our reservation had mysteriously vanished, and we were directed to use an outdoor court that wasn’t well maintained. Accessing resort facilities also requires daily passes from the host, you have to message him the day of, not before, and the sports center didn’t open until 9am, so early risers hoping to squeeze in a morning workout, you’ll be disappointed. Note – there are no restaurants nearby except for the pub on site, stop to get groceries on your way in!

The cabin was nice and peaceful, amenities were endless, we had a nice time with the fire pit roasting s’mores and grilling burgers and hotdogs on the grill. The cabin had a few modern qualities but more out dated in person than it appears in the pictures, and the furniture had lots of stains. The resort was okay, we decided to check out the indoor pool but it wasn’t the cleanest, the water was a little murky and the floors were kind of gross, so definitely wear sandals. The outdoor pool and private lake are beautiful but we got there too late to enjoy it. Overall we had a nice time.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was beautiful, and the house was spacious and comfortable. The only downside was that the hot water knob broke on our second day, and no one came to fix it. However, the owner was very responsive and kind. I would definitely stay again.

I really enjoyed the cabin. Perfect for my small family. The washer and dryer were a huge plus when my son had gotten carsick and we had to clean his clothing asap. The laundry detergent was also super helpful and I’m considering buying the detergent sheets for my house. So calm and peaceful at night and the rooms were comfy, well stocked and perfect in temp. Would recommend to anyone looking for an AirBNB in the area!

We had a great stay & were pleasantly surprised by how well stocked it was. The kitchen was stocked with everything you can think of, even seasonings! The bathroom had soap, shampoo & conditioner. You could tell they really put a lot of thought into stocking the home with everything you could need. The sliding gate on the deck was a nice touch for keeping the dogs on the deck. The host was always responsive when I had questions as well. We had a great weekend.

Great little cabin in the woods. Communication with there owner was wonderful and much appreciated, as we were expecting some weather issues. Cottage was as pictured. Very open & perfect size for us & our pup. Doggie bowls provided! Beds were very comfy. There is a wood fireplace & firepit. Wood is provided. Definitely will consider again.

The place is as pretty as the pics, and the owner is super responsive to renters. The fire pit outside is perfect, and there’s firewood on the property to use.
The kitchen has everything you’d need to put together a really nice getaway meal, and the beds are more than comfortable.

This was a tranquil little cabin in the woods up in the mountains of West Virginia. We were here in the height of fall color, and it was gorgeous! It’s a quiet, cute neighborhood. The cabin was clean and well stocked. We loved our stay here and we will be back!

What a great little spot for a weekend getaway! Plenty of on-site amenities for those that want to enjoy a bit of woodsy seclusion with all the usual creature comforts. The kitchen has all of the tools and spices needed to cook a full menu of delicious food, including a great grill. Beds are comfortable and the HVAC system works very well. The only negative we can say about this property is that there is no covering for the firewood, but a bit of anticipatory planning for any rainy weather solves this minor issue. All in all, a wonderful property with a very communicative host! Highly recommend!

Lovely location, wonderful amenities, so welcoming! Just what we needed to break away from the hustle and bustle of daily life and turn everything off for a few days. It was so nice to use the fireplace (instead of the firepit) to roast hot dogs and make s’mores on the one night we saw our first snow flakes of the season. Magical! This host has the most thoughtfully appointed cabin we have ever seen: fluffy towels, well-equipped kitchen, dry firewood, local maps, games, cosy blankets. Highly recommend this cabin! Our stay was perfect! Felt like we were camping yet in the comfort of a cabin home that had everything we needed. Spent a couple nights out by the fire pit relaxing. Plenty to do within an hour…hiking, wineries, breweries, etc. Corinne was also a pleasure to work with. Would definitely come back!

My sisters and I stayed spent a week at this adorable little cabin. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed – even dog bowls for our pup. The neighborhood is secluded and quiet and felt like we were alone in the woods. We enjoyed the fire pit and outdoor, screened in gazebo. Corinne answered every question and was an amazing host. We would definitely recommend this property and look forward to staying there again in the future.

Really enjoyed our stay here! The house was very clean and very updated. Liked the fact the deck has a grill, seating, and a doggy gate (Only thing is that two spots on either side of the steps have wider openings so if you have a smaller dog they may get out). My boys loved the fire pit!
Corinne was super awesome in getting back to me with my questions! We got passes to the two pools and she arranged all of it and I just paid. Again it was really easy and the pool was fun for the kids (There are no life guards at the outdoor pool and they do tell you that when you check in at the pool) Both my husband and I were in the pool with our kids so it didn’t deter us from swimming.
My bed was a little on the softer side but that’s a personal preference.
Two things I would maybe think about adding but wasn’t necessary during our stay: chip clips and pizza cutter
If you are into visiting battle fields, all the battle fields we visited were within an hour and half of the cabin.
Overall we would definitely rebook this place!

We had a wonderful time at this adorable cottage. It was immaculate and we didn’t lack for anything. The fire pit is awesome and the deck was wonderful for the dogs. However, they did escape through one of the larger slats in the rail. The screened in Gazebo was so nice. I sat in it to read and I was able to have my Goldendoodles with me.
The resort pool was huge and very well kept.
The pub had great food and wonderful staff.
We will book this again.

Our stay here was bitter sweet due to a power outage. We arrived and had a wonderful first night. Wine around the camp fire a lovely night. The next day high winds took out the power because of approaching storm. The resort restored in about an hour but we decided to leave anyway because of the uncertainty of storm.

This place is beyond impressed. You get the outdoor silence and beauty while feeling safe with other houses around. The home itself is updated from top to bottom and the details really made a difference. The kitchen was stocked with absolutely everything you can imagine to cook/bake with while being, what looked like, brand new or great quality. They even provided fire pit blankets which we used right away, especially so our pup could sit by the fire with us. The porch has a pull-across screen that kept our pup on the porch as well which is a thoughtful detail. The living room and bedrooms felt so welcoming and were so comfortable. Overall beautiful, comfortable place. The owners responded to messages immediately and were super kind. 10/10 would recommend and would love to go back. Surrounding area has tons of hiking too.

We had a Galentine’s weekend at Woodhaven and it was perfect. The cabin was very clean and was just the right size for our group of friends. Very easy to find and check-in/out was a breeze. We went out to eat at the local Grille & Pub and all our meals were great! We all said we would love to return.

First and foremost the booking process was easy and the owners are always available and quick to respond…. I don’t want to spoil the experience for anyone by giving too much away but this place is absolutely perfect. Extremely clean and tidy with everything you need and more. Phone reception is excellent if that matters to you, and the Wi-Fi is superb… The owners have pretty much thought of everything, just bring your own food and you are good to go! The area is beautiful with plenty to do locally if you have time and the cabin itself is good enough to hang out in for days. I would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful place!!!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described—if not better. You can really tell the host takes pride in making sure guests have a great experience.
What truly stood out was the host. They were incredibly responsive, friendly, and on top of every detail. Anytime we had a question or needed something, they got back to us quickly and made sure everything was taken care of without any hassle. It made the whole trip feel easy and stress-free.
The overall vibe of the place was perfect for relaxing and enjoying our time, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place with an even better host!

The host was very responsive whenever I texted about questions and doing a check in the day of and a check in the day of checkout. The house was beautiful and well maintained and any minor issues I had were quickly addressed. I would definitely stay at this house in the future.

This little modern style cabin is nestled in The Woods community and you do feel right at home. The back deck is lovely with the surrounding woods accompanying you while you grill. The beds are comfortable and the accompanying high chair is a nice addition. I will say that there is no dishwasher (which is fine) but there were also no dish rags or sponges to wash the dishes or multipurpose cleaner for counter top messes. Small oversight but still inconvenient since we had to go out and purchase them. Overall, this place is a nice peaceful and affordable woodland getaway with a very responsive host.

The house is a bit on the campy side and provided the basic necessities. The oven put out alot of foul smelling smoke when attempted to bake salmon (notified Blue Maple). The sports center and pools made the trip.

We had a great weekend escape at Tony’s cabin, he was responsive and easy to work with. The cabin itself was peaceful and spacious enough for the two of us to relax comfortably. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook dinner each night. The beds were comfy, and we appreciated the AC in the bedrooms. While the kitchen and living room didn’t have AC, the ceiling fan helped keep things comfortable. The resort itself left something to be desired. We booked a pickleball court in advance, but when we arrived, our reservation had mysteriously vanished, and we were directed to use an outdoor court that wasn’t well maintained. Accessing resort facilities also requires daily passes from the host, you have to message him the day of, not before, and the sports center didn’t open until 9am, so early risers hoping to squeeze in a morning workout, you'll be disappointed. Note - there are no restaurants nearby except for the pub on site, stop to get groceries on your way in!

The cabin was nice and peaceful, amenities were endless, we had a nice time with the fire pit roasting s’mores and grilling burgers and hotdogs on the grill. The cabin had a few modern qualities but more out dated in person than it appears in the pictures, and the furniture had lots of stains. The resort was okay, we decided to check out the indoor pool but it wasn’t the cleanest, the water was a little murky and the floors were kind of gross, so definitely wear sandals. The outdoor pool and private lake are beautiful but we got there too late to enjoy it. Overall we had a nice time.

We had such an awesome time at Tony's place! The neighborhood was super peaceful and relaxing. We had a ton of firewood to burn outside at night. Our stay was fantastic. We'll definitely be booking Tony's place again!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was beautiful, and the house was spacious and comfortable. The only downside was that the hot water knob broke on our second day, and no one came to fix it. However, the owner was very responsive and kind. I would definitely stay again.

After checking into the cabin, I saw many issues with the cleanliness.
I messaged Tony so he’d be aware of the cleaning services lack of cleanliness.
His response was thank you and I’ll let them know, please send pictures.
So I did. The hair and dust on floor in bathroom, dust on bed head board, top of fridge, the grease on cabinets in kitchen, stains on chairs ( I draped sheets on chairs and couch it was so unsettling), and never sent pictures of the stains on most of all the linens.
The next day I asked for passes to the gym facility and let him know me and my friend were staying for 4 days/nights and there was only 1.5 rolls of toilet paper.
To which he responded - the cleaning person said there were 3 rolls left for us.
So, because of this last response, I opted to leave a review.
After all I told him prior, to then basically being told I’m lying, by his unprofessional cleaning service, here we are…
He never apologized for the dirt, the comment or anything.
Not happy in least.

Tony was a great host - quick responses and flexible with checkin! If you are planning to golf at The Woods and utilize the Sports Center, this Airbnb is a great choice. However, when we checked in, the bedrooms/bathroom/kitchen/grill were not clean and would have appreciated a sanitized place

I really enjoyed the cabin. Perfect for my small family. The washer and dryer were a huge plus when my son had gotten carsick and we had to clean his clothing asap. The laundry detergent was also super helpful and I’m considering buying the detergent sheets for my house. So calm and peaceful at night and the rooms were comfy, well stocked and perfect in temp. Would recommend to anyone looking for an AirBNB in the area!

We had a great stay & were pleasantly surprised by how well stocked it was. The kitchen was stocked with everything you can think of, even seasonings! The bathroom had soap, shampoo & conditioner. You could tell they really put a lot of thought into stocking the home with everything you could need. The sliding gate on the deck was a nice touch for keeping the dogs on the deck. The host was always responsive when I had questions as well. We had a great weekend.

Great little cabin in the woods. Communication with there owner was wonderful and much appreciated, as we were expecting some weather issues. Cottage was as pictured. Very open & perfect size for us & our pup. Doggie bowls provided! Beds were very comfy. There is a wood fireplace & firepit. Wood is provided. Definitely will consider again.

The place is as pretty as the pics, and the owner is super responsive to renters. The fire pit outside is perfect, and there's firewood on the property to use.
The kitchen has everything you'd need to put together a really nice getaway meal, and the beds are more than comfortable.

This was a tranquil little cabin in the woods up in the mountains of West Virginia. We were here in the height of fall color, and it was gorgeous! It's a quiet, cute neighborhood. The cabin was clean and well stocked. We loved our stay here and we will be back!

What a great little spot for a weekend getaway! Plenty of on-site amenities for those that want to enjoy a bit of woodsy seclusion with all the usual creature comforts. The kitchen has all of the tools and spices needed to cook a full menu of delicious food, including a great grill. Beds are comfortable and the HVAC system works very well. The only negative we can say about this property is that there is no covering for the firewood, but a bit of anticipatory planning for any rainy weather solves this minor issue. All in all, a wonderful property with a very communicative host! Highly recommend!

Lovely location, wonderful amenities, so welcoming! Just what we needed to break away from the hustle and bustle of daily life and turn everything off for a few days. It was so nice to use the fireplace (instead of the firepit) to roast hot dogs and make s'mores on the one night we saw our first snow flakes of the season. Magical! This host has the most thoughtfully appointed cabin we have ever seen: fluffy towels, well-equipped kitchen, dry firewood, local maps, games, cosy blankets. Highly recommend this cabin! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

The host was very responsive and helpful through the whole process. Very quiet and peaceful to enjoy the fire pit and Each other’s company. Our stay was perfect! Felt like we were camping yet in the comfort of a cabin home that had everything we needed. Spent a couple nights out by the fire pit relaxing. Plenty to do within an hour…hiking, wineries, breweries, etc. Corinne was also a pleasure to work with. Would definitely come back!

My husband and I came here on a little weekend getaway. The property was great and in a nice neighborhood. The house had everything you’d need for evenings by the fire and it was a very nice peaceful area! Close to lots of hiking areas too. We enjoyed our stay very much. My sisters and I stayed spent a week at this adorable little cabin. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed - even dog bowls for our pup. The neighborhood is secluded and quiet and felt like we were alone in the woods. We enjoyed the fire pit and outdoor, screened in gazebo. Corinne answered every question and was an amazing host. We would definitely recommend this property and look forward to staying there again in the future.

Really enjoyed our stay here! The house was very clean and very updated. Liked the fact the deck has a grill, seating, and a doggy gate (Only thing is that two spots on either side of the steps have wider openings so if you have a smaller dog they may get out). My boys loved the fire pit!
Corinne was super awesome in getting back to me with my questions! We got passes to the two pools and she arranged all of it and I just paid. Again it was really easy and the pool was fun for the kids (There are no life guards at the outdoor pool and they do tell you that when you check in at the pool) Both my husband and I were in the pool with our kids so it didn't deter us from swimming.
My bed was a little on the softer side but that's a personal preference.
Two things I would maybe think about adding but wasn't necessary during our stay: chip clips and pizza cutter
If you are into visiting battle fields, all the battle fields we visited were within an hour and half of the cabin.
Overall we would definitely rebook this place!

We had a wonderful time at this adorable cottage. It was immaculate and we didn’t lack for anything. The fire pit is awesome and the deck was wonderful for the dogs. However, they did escape through one of the larger slats in the rail. The screened in Gazebo was so nice. I sat in it to read and I was able to have my Goldendoodles with me.
The resort pool was huge and very well kept.
The pub had great food and wonderful staff.
We will book this again.

Very clean, quick response, well decorated and well stocked with things we didn't even know we needed. Easy and lovely drive from DC, with small towns, ice cream shops and farmer's market on the way there there. Nice weekend get away!

Our stay here was bitter sweet due to a power outage. We arrived and had a wonderful first night. Wine around the camp fire a lovely night. The next day high winds took out the power because of approaching storm. The resort restored in about an hour but we decided to leave anyway because of the uncertainty of storm.

This place is beyond impressed. You get the outdoor silence and beauty while feeling safe with other houses around. The home itself is updated from top to bottom and the details really made a difference. The kitchen was stocked with absolutely everything you can imagine to cook/bake with while being, what looked like, brand new or great quality. They even provided fire pit blankets which we used right away, especially so our pup could sit by the fire with us. The porch has a pull-across screen that kept our pup on the porch as well which is a thoughtful detail. The living room and bedrooms felt so welcoming and were so comfortable. Overall beautiful, comfortable place. The owners responded to messages immediately and were super kind. 10/10 would recommend and would love to go back. Surrounding area has tons of hiking too.

We had a Galentine’s weekend at Woodhaven and it was perfect. The cabin was very clean and was just the right size for our group of friends. Very easy to find and check-in/out was a breeze. We went out to eat at the local Grille & Pub and all our meals were great! We all said we would love to return.

First and foremost the booking process was easy and the owners are always available and quick to respond.... I don't want to spoil the experience for anyone by giving too much away but this place is absolutely perfect. Extremely clean and tidy with everything you need and more. Phone reception is excellent if that matters to you, and the Wi-Fi is superb... The owners have pretty much thought of everything, just bring your own food and you are good to go! The area is beautiful with plenty to do locally if you have time and the cabin itself is good enough to hang out in for days. I would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful place!!!
