What a fabulous stay! There was so much to do with the ping pong table and hot tub, games and more. So many beds for a big group. It was perfect for my fiancé’s birthday. Couldn’t have been happier! Thank you!

Fantastic quiet place to get away! We will be back!
My partner and I stayed here for a 5 day mountain escape and had a nice quiet time, mostly -- there was a bit of construction happening across the street during our stay but other than that the location is beautifully woodsy and remote and feels peaceful since it's in a private community. The manual and instructions provided were super helpful. We hit a few snags, the river is a short way away but we came during fall when the kayaks, etc. are not available -- oops! Also hunting season in the nearby state park meant we missed out on the hiking there. Would love to check it out sometime. However as mentioned the neighborhood itself is quiet enough with almost no traffic, that walking around during fall is itself is very nice and safe. We mostly enjoyed checking out the games provided and grilling out/cooking, and relaxing on the screened-in porch!
Cute Rustic Cabin
The cabin was perfect for our family celebrating a 30th birthday. The river was a nice walk in the back of the property and it was great to be able to bring our dog. The drive back to the cabin makes you feel like you’re out in the wilderness but the bridge with no sides is pretty scary. I can only imagine how it is in the snow. The bunk beds are definitely for children because there are not many support bars under the thin mattresses so we were not able to use them with the exception of the larger bottom bunk of the one. The queen bed on the main level is very comfortable, that room was great. The room with the two full beds upstairs is comfortable as well. But the basement beds were a little disappointing, mostly the bunks and the queen in the basement dips in a lot in the middle so only one person was able to sleep in that bed. The two twins upstairs aren’t the most comfortable but got the job done. We weren’t able to sleep how we expected due to not being able to use the bunks but we made it work and had a good time. The cabin smelled a bit musty when we first arrived but we were able to air it out quickly with all the windows. The long dining room table was nice for our group to gather around. The fire pit was great as well with lots of very wood available. The extra chairs in the shed came in handy as well. There was a lot of food left by other people in the fridge and freezer. It took up a lot of space and was a little gross especially during a time like covid. The lock on the door was confusing to lock but after a quick YouTube video we figured it out. Might be helpful to add some directions on this. The WiFi was strong and the water was hot.
We’re sorry that the beds weren’t ideal for your stay. We usually don’t have adults who want to sleep in the bunk beds, so they were put in with children in mind. We’ve never had any other complaints about the beds in general. And we’re not sure what you mean by the door. There is a key code to get in, and it locks automatically when you close it. Glad you had a good stay otherwise.
We had an awesome time staying here! The host was very quick to respond and left very detailed and clear instructions for how to get to the house. The amenities included were really great! We loved the hot tub and the fact that the house comes with kayaks and inner tubes was super awesome! Would definitely recommend staying here!
Good time
