We overall had a great stay in the cabin. It was very quiet and peaceful, and close to some great hiking trails. As you can kind of tell in the photos, the walls do not go all the way up to the ceiling, so just something to keep in mind if you’re traveling with a group. It was quite cold in the cabin with only baseboard heaters and one space heater, so some heavy blankets would be good! Our issue was that a lot of the dishes were not clean and had to be washed before we could use them. It’s part of the check out list to wash all the dishes you use but not everyone will do that. That’s not Tony’s fault and it’s not a huge deal but a little inconvenient. We drove into town a couple times and the drive was extremely easy. Tony was SO nice and responsive, and answered all my questions quickly. Thank you Tony!

my Wife and I spent the night celebrating both of our birthdays and her visit to the US after being posted overseas for six months.

We LOVED the hot tub. She is here from West Africa and I think this definitely helped to make the transition easier from the muggy heat to the frigid cold haha!. Everything about the accommodations was divine and Tony was extremely helpful, understanding, and kind. We wish we had stayed a few more nights and definitely will be back!

The cabin was very spacious and clean. Tony was a great host as well, would highly recommend staying at any of locations

Amazing host, extremely communicative and helpful, as well as proactive. My cousins and I rented the place for a weekend getaway trip. The hot tub was excellent and the double rug cabin was cozy all weekend long. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was spotless and cozy as well. I would recommend this place to anyone who was to just be in the woods for a weekend but also with all the comforts of their home.

Prior to our stay Tony provided a lot of great information about the property and surrounding attractions. His communication was spot on and answered all of our questions leading into our rental dates. The property was cute, matched the pictures, and provided more amenities than I expected! The "cabin" (as my kids called it) was cozy and the perfect amount of space for our family of 5. If you are looking to get away, I would definitely recommend this spot. Our family had a great time and took advantage of some of the activities offered at Bryce Resort, which was right down the road. Prior to checking in and checking out Tony provided additional information. Thank you so much Tony!

We enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. It needs finishing work done like trim around the baseboards and a good paint job : ) It was not as remote as we anticipated from the pics. We also were a little surprised when we received a text about taking our own garbage to the landfill after we had already placed it in the outside container as noted in the checkout manual. This took us out of way on what was already a long trip. We have stayed at many places and this was a first for us. It should be an expectation of the cleaning team. Beds were quite comfortable. Bathrooms were clean (except for windows/fans) and they need updated. The decor was lovely and seemed to be newer. The owner was very communicative. We appreciated being able to bring our dogs and having such a big yard for them to explore. We enjoyed some restaurants and shopping in downtown Luray which was a lovely 10 minute drive from the house.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Tony the host was very responsive. They provided a visitors guide that was super helpful with lots of information about the cabin and the surrounding area. The cabin was clean and the hot tub is well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful setting with great cabin amenities: wood stove to stay cozy, hot tub to stargaze from. Clean and neat. Quality beds and linens. Responsive host. Wish we could have stayed a full week. Even my 12 year old, away from his Xbox and YouTube, wanted to stay longer. Wow.

Tony is a highly communicative and proactive host who offers helpful information and wants you to relax and enjoy your stay! This house was a perfect mountain getaway - quiet, clean and functioning hot tub, nice indoor fireplace, well-stocked kitchen tools, comfy beds, etc... The yard and outside of the house could use a little freshening up (especially leaf removal) but that's a minor thing, and I'm sure on his "to-do" list. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

Absolutely loved our stay! The cabin is beautiful! It was the cutest coziest little mountain cabin. We were beyond impressed by how clean the entire place was when we arrived. One of the absolute cleanest airbnbs I have ever been to. The place was well maintained and it had everything you could need from extra linens and blankets to coffee, tea, and other kitchen supplies! The hot tub was also a really nice touch. The whole property was very relaxing, quiet, and private. We had plenty of hot water too. There was even some firewood for the fire pit. Tony checked in on us frequently but not too frequently. Our dog loved the wooded area surrounding the house and really enjoyed the stay—-very dog friendly place as they noted! The perfect getaway for a relaxing vacation with an amazing view right before christmas! I have no complaints and would visit again! Highly recommend.

I absolutely loved staying at Tonys cabin in the woods. It was clean and very neat. The hot tub was a huge plus! Loved it!

We loved our stay at Tony’s cabin, it was the perfect winter getaway to unwind and unplug! We had everything we needed and the added amenities such as the hot tub, fire pit, outdoor and indoor games, and movies were a great touch (exceptional movie selection). The kitchen was stocked with all the supplies we needed and Tony was super responsive the whole trip! No there isn’t WiFi BUT we loved having the chance to unplug and my phone (at&t) had service in some spots and a land line for emergencies! Our only note is that the gravel road/driveway up is pretty steep- no problems driving up or down and we loved taking the hike down to and along the river but just something to be mindful of! We will definitely be back!!

This was an amazing stay!! The cabin itself was absolutely SPOTLESS. It was roomier than I expected, and there were lots of extra linens, dishes, pillows--everything we needed was available and easy to locate. There were even a couple of throws in the main room for snuggling on the sofa.

The host was very responsive to texts, and even messaged just to make sure we were checked in and happy with the rental.

The only--minor--issues we had was that there is only one bathroom and there is no dishwasher (which is clear in the description). The house is listed for up to ten people, and there is certainly enough sleeping space for that many, but I can't imagine ten people trying to share one bathroom. And I hate handwashing dishes, so that was mildly annoying but certainly not a deal breaker.

Overall, this was a great space for our trip, and I can't think of a single thing the host could have done to make our stay better. A++!

A nice quiet getaway. Loved the hot tub and fireplace!! Bring your own firewood. Clean place with comfy beds.
Would stay again.
