We really enjoyed this well equipped and still simple cabin. Lots for the kids to do right at the cabin or across the way in the stream AND then we could all go down to the private access on the Cacapon River. Not even the drizzly rain could dampen our time! Really enjoyed it! Thank you Tony & Green Rabbit!

Sooooo secluded! If you’re looking for a place to unwind, this is it. It had everything we wanted- a wonderful hot tub, fire pit, super comfy beds and couches, and Tony also has a well stocked kitchen and game bins. WiFi works great, which is good because there’s not a lot of cell coverage in the mountains. Great hikes are 20-30 min in several directions. Tony was a great host- super responsive and helpful. We can’t wait to come back!

⭐️ READ THE MANUAL BEFORE YOU HEAD TO TONY’S CABIN.⭐️ Tony’s was very communicative and responsive. Very secluded place in the woods! We couldn’t enjoy the fire pit because it was too windy and that was one of the things we were looking forward to! You cannot use the fire pit until after 5pm around this time of year but overall we had a few days of relaxation and enjoyed the cold weather, the woods and driving through the mountains was very cool. We played all the games provided at the house. It was so much fun! They also have a leash for your pet so you can let him hang out for a bit outside which it was a plus 🙂 Definitely a good spot for the entire family and the dog! Summer must be amazing up here !!!

We had an amazing weekend getaway at this cabin. Tony was helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. We didn’t end up taking our dog because of all the rain but we loved that it was dog friendly. The cabin was clean and comfortable. It felt very private. There are tons of things to do just a half hour drive down the mountain. I highly recommend checking out the spa! The only thing I didn’t like, was the bridge to get there, lol!

We have rented from Tony before and his hospitality and communication are stellar. The cabin was cozy and secluded. We enjoyed the HT and the many games left at the property for our use. We will definitely return! The views from the deck (particularly viewing the stars) was amazing 🙂 Thank you for allowing us to stay at your ALMOST HEAVEN cabin Tony. It was perfect!

We loved staying at Tony's place! The highlights include the proximity to Berkeley Springs, the extra amenities in the river access and hot tub, and the peaceful nature surrounding the property. It was ideal for myself and my partner for a romantic weekend.

Couldn't be happier with the clear communication and support from the host. I love talking to the owner and not some apathetic management company. Tony even reached out and let us know we could check in early if we wanted. We were so happy to find a place we could bring our dogs as well. And to that point, minus a little carpet damage from a nervous pup, you wouldn’t be able to tell dogs frequent the place. The area is awesome if you don’t require ridiculously fancy restaurants and phone service. Wifi keeps you connected if needed. Neighbors are far enough for privacy and there are plenty of outdoor activities. The owner provided lots of games and two kayaks as well. (We didn't use them this time). Hot tub was clean too. We definitely hope to come back during the warmer months.

This was the perfect mountain getaway. We dropped in for a one day snow storm used the jacuzzi!! All was perfect. Peaceful surroundings.

The cabin was so peaceful and gave us a perfect getaway with our pup. The hot tub was amazing during the chilly temperatures and there was plenty of room for our dog to roam around with the long leash provided! We had the evenings to just sit and relax, watch movies, and enjoy the quiet. Tony checked in to make sure our needs were met and got back to us quickly with recommendations for local shops. Definitely would recommend!!! 🙂

We could not have been happier with our stay!! Tony was an incredibly friendly and helpful host who made us feel very welcome. The space was perfect for us and our fur babies. There were plenty of places to explore and then unwind at the cabin. Couldn't recommend Tony's place more!

The cabin is in a very quiet and private place. You can barely see the neighbors even when the leaves are down. The drive back and forth to Berkeley Springs wasn't bad. It would be awful getting to the cabin in winter though.
Considering "Tony" has 49 other properties, I expected the place to be more updated and cleaner. Automated communication is helpful if you require it.
Perfect if you're looking for a rustic and secluded place to stay.

Tony’s cabin was exactly what we needed - a place in the middle of the woods to disconnect and enjoy the beautiful weather and WV woods. The house was clean, cozy, and had plenty of fun activities inside to get us off our phones and playing games. The area is beautiful and our dog loved the wooded lot. Thanks for a great stay!

Really enjoyed my stay at Tony’s. The location was perfect for getting away, accessing Berkeley Springs, and hiking trails. Appreciated the amenities-things I needed to cook dinner, hot tub, tv/wifi, and dog friendly! I also appreciated not having cell reception, because it helped me to unplug. Want to come back when I can use the kayaks!

We planned this girls trip after staying at another of Tony’s properties and having a great time and this place was even better. Great set up for some grilling, game night, hot tub, and little campfire. We also took advantage of the river access down the road, super easy to find and we had it to ourselves. Water was too low this time of year to kayak but was perfect for swimming around the rocks. Outdoor furniture was very comfortable.

Such a great place! We were looking for a 3 day getaway that wasn’t too far from home. I started looking at random places and came across Tony’s cabin. It was perfect for us, especially being dog friendly. The hot tub was clean & easy to use. Sadly we took my car so I wasn’t able to transport kayaks to the water but next time we will bring the truck. We did lose internet our 2nd day, which made it difficult to leave the cabin since you cannot use gps until you’re pretty far away. Thankfully we knew our way to town. Once we got service, we used our map to find our destination. But be sure you download the house manual before you leave. There won’t be any service so you wont be able to find your key code or password for wifi. We definitely will be returning!

Tony was very friendly and responsive! All in all the cabin is as described and the deck and hot tub were nice. Fairly dusty inside (TV stand, fake plants, fans, baseboards, etc.) and could use some updating, but for a rustic cabin in the woods it’s a cute little place!

Positive:
We love the quiet. The views from the porch. The river nearby (and access to water flotation devices). The ease to drive downtown once we knew it was basically 2 turns 😉 But everything was easy to find and it's obvious that a lot of care went into the space.
Negative:
We kept stubbing our toes on the wood stove platform lol. Maybe add some kind of protective corners? Or a different color than the floor?

Green Rabbit is well secluded in the woods, just what our family was looking for before school starts. The hot tub and fire pit were wonderful. Having easy access to the river for tubing, fishing, and kayaking was perfect! . However, the kayaks are not stored at the river as the description states. Be prepared to have a means to transport them if you want to use them. While there was plenty of sleeping space for at least six, there was not seating space or eating space. The couch only really fits three people and the chairs at the window table and kitchen counter are too high to put your legs under and pull up to them to eat.

I will come back next year for the hot tub and the tranquility. Some of the fit and finishes could be fixed-oven handle broken, carpet had a hole in it, screen was out of the screen door. But it is truly a cabin in the woods!

My husband and I, and our two daughters and their two best friends had a wonderful time at the cabin for five nights. Such a pleasant get away. Dinner on the grill, hot tub, great movies , stunningly, beautiful water, access to a gorgeous stream/ River where we could kayak, fish , swim all day. Fast internet inside the cabin. Extremely relaxing and a great way to recharge our batteries. The closest store is about 10 minutes down the road. There is no phone service outside the house. We stayed daily down at the creek, playing and relaxing, and we spent one rainy afternoon in the hot tub. Tony was a great host . very responsive. We did gas up the trucks because I think the closest gas station is probably 25 minutes out. Perfect getaway.

We had a wonderful mountain getaway at Tony’s place. The place was secluded in the woods in the Great Cacapon with close access to plenty of outdoor activities (kayaking, hiking) but with modern amenities and also proximate to Berkeley Springs (local attraction with cute restaurants, coffee shops, antique stores, and the spa). The cabin itself also has enough entertainment that you could spend the entire day lounging at home (TV, wifi, board games, hot tub, firepit, badminton, outdoor grill). It’s about 25-30 minutes to the nearest grocery store, so we ended up purchasing basic grocery items on our way there since we planned to cook. Otherwise, the place comes stocked with cookware, dinnerware, and silverware. Tony had a clear house manual that was provided to us after we booked the place and made himself easy available when we had questions. There’s something for everyone in this cabin and I highly recommend this place.

This was a good no-frills cabin in the woods with use of a recreation area for hanging by the river. My family appreciated the access to Berkeley Springs, Cacapon State Park and plenty of areas for fishing. The bunk beds were fun for our kids too.

Just wanted a quiet weekend and this place delivered. We did venture into town once, but mostly we hung at the cabin. Nighttime is the best in the hot tub or by the fire. The trees were bare and we still had very little light or noise pollution to disrupt our experience. I can imagine with the trees full it would be even more private. I could stare at the stars all night!
The cabin is what I expected after scrolling through pictures. Very well maintained, comfortable beds, and spacious for its size. The deck is really big. There is a slight downward slope to the property, but just hold your drinks at the fire pit and you’ll be fine. It’s a good 25-minute drive to anything so be sure to top up on gas before checking in if you’re low. It’s a great property and we really had an enjoyable experience.

Every so often we like to escape to a cabin in the woods for a little rest and relaxation. We have come to find that in the area, Tony’s cabins are the BEST. His communication and friendly manner is unmatched. The homes are decorated beautifully and match their representation in their photographs. They are always clean and well equipped and in beautiful areas that aren’t too remote yet away from the busy world.
This was not our first stay at one of Tony’s offered homes and it will not be our last. We already are looking forward to our next stay.

If you are looking to get away and enjoy some peace and quiet, this is the place! Very private and somewhat remote but it was exactly what we needed! Once you get to know the area, it is very easy to get around. We were able to explore Berkeley Springs and Winchester, VA but it was just as nice to sit on the deck and enjoy the scenery, take a dip in the hot tub and sit around the fire pit. Very relaxing and we will definitely be back!

If you are looking for seclusion and a comfortable cabin, this is a great value. Tony’s places are always nicely decorated and well stocked, so this is no exception. The kayaks are great but you’ll need a ride to carry them about a mile to accessible water. Hot tub and fire pit were perfect.

This cabin is the perfect fall getaway! Tony is an excellent host and provides all the instructions that you need for a comfortable stay in the cabin. We made s’mores (thanks tony!), cooked meals, watched netflix, and admired the view of the woods with my family. Make sure you bring enough food/drinks if you plan on staying longer. We can’t wait to go back next time!

A great getaway for a family-friendly vacation! Tony was super helpful and responsive throughout our entire stay. Lovely interior and a great location for nature lovers. We went on a simple drive out to Berkeley Springs for a spa day and also went on a few hikes. The 1 bathroom was a little tough to share even for just a family of 4, and it was a little snug finding spaces to sit and eat a meal altogether. If staying here, be sure to bring your own spoons/forks, laundry detergent, and a couple other amenities we forgot to ask for in advance! Other than a few minor places that we wished were better maintained (since paying the cleaning fee), overall we had a wonderful time and would definitely come back!

Tony’s place was the perfect choice for the romantic fall getaway we needed! Clean and cozy, full of rustic charm and character, and secluded enough for peace and quiet, but close to the main roads, so it felt safe.
The hot tub was the cleanest I had ever used, there were plenty of nice Adirondack chairs on the big wrap-around deck and around the fire pit, the grill fired up easily and cooked evenly, and every appliance was in perfect working condition. There was coffee, sugar, oil, salt, pepper, all the cookware you would need, and we even found graham crackers and marshmallows in the cupboards! Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided, along with silky linens on the comfy beds, and 3 bath towels. The smart TV and washer & dryer were a huge bonus, and rare for Air b&bs, in our experience! Tony provides brand-new kayaks for use, which was a great plus! Just be sure to bring your own bungee cords to secure them to your roof racks.
Tony was super responsive and checked in on us daily to see if we needed anything. We had the most wonderful time, and look forward to staying there again in the future!

Wow!!! What a beautiful place and destination! I have 3 small children and they loved it so much they didn't want to leave...Tony was so gracious and checked in to make sure eveything was perfect for us! The cabin was so pretty and secluded which we loved. My kids favorite part was a tree swing they had hanging and playing in the woods. We also enjoyed having bonfires and making smores. The best part for me and my husband was relaxing in the hot tub which was a bonus! This cabin is a hidden gem. We will definitely be booking again!!! Thankyou Tony!

We were there during the fall foliage and enjoyed driving to and from the cabin with the colorful trees surrounding us. the cabin is in a great remote location, but close enough to the nearby cute town. The hot tub was a relaxing activity for a chilly fall evening.

We loved our stay. The pictures are completely accurate. It was truly the best Airbnb experience I have had. My husband and I booked this as a quick honeymoon trip.
Tony was available from check-in to check-out. The manual was incredibly helpful and comprehensive. The cabin is the perfect mix of original character/charm with updated finishes.

Our stay here at the green rabbit was exactly the vacation that my husband and I needed. The location is quiet and relaxing. What we most enjoyed was the hot tub and fire pit. The private river access is the perfect spot to enjoy the peace of Cacapon River and is a great location to start your kayaking down river. We wish we had taken bikes to get back from the low bridge so that we could have explored on the kayaks, as we only had one vehicle. The interior of the home was very nice with new furnishings and has everything to enjoy your stay and more. We hope to come back and visit soon.
