I enjoyed the nice setting in the woods.

This cozy, comfy, clean spot was the perfect weekend getaway with friends. We especially enjoyed visiting the town of Berkley Springs and cooking at the cabin.
Lovely place owners were easy to work with and kept in contact.
Positive:
Town was in walking distance to everything.
Negative:
The road to the location was scary narrow and parking was scary.
Great location and great communication with the host!!! The hot tub was amazing and we loved how quiet the area was.
The cabin is perfectly nestled in the woods and is incredibly cozy. The screened in porch is a wonderful refuge from the bugs in the evening, and the hot tub was great for soaking any time! It's all super private, which is great. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies and the beds were super cozy! We'd love to stay again!
Great stay overall! Tony was very friendly and communicative. Only issue was that my guests and I weren’t made aware initially that the previous guests accidentally took the house pool pass home with them. So we had to pay to go to the public pool (which honestly turned out better since it was a larger pool for our larger group). Regardless, Tony gave us recommendations and tips to help us find a solution to our problem. Overall, a great stay and I would stay here again in the future!
Tony’s cabin was a wonderful place to stay! Very cozy and well kept, and the sofa will just pull you in (it’s massively comfortable!!!). The cabin is also really remote - almost 20 minutes driving from any major road - which makes it very quiet and calm. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay in this area!!
This was our third stay at Tony’s cabin; my partner’s first time. As the family chef he was particularly thrilled with the kitchen set up. The dogs had a wonderful time as they always do. We enjoyed the cool weather and already changing leaves.
Positive:
Beautiful views
I came down to Chincoteage for the night with my sister and am so grateful Tony’s cottage was available. Throughout the entire process Tony was extremely responsive and took initiative to make sure instructions were clear to make our stay as simple and comfortable as possible. Environment was peaceful and quiet and just gives that cozy feel. The cottage is very clean!!! And spacious making it enjoyable for kids especially :) thank you again Tony
Highly recommend staying in this lovely cottage. It was clean, Tonys communication was great, and its in the best location. Everything was just a short walk away. Will be booking again!
Cute cottage way up on a mountain. Food is 8 miles or more away, so pick some up on your way in if you plan to cook!
Tony’s place was great! If you are looking for a place to disconnect, this is a great place! It’s a small town but has a few things to do around. I went with two young children and they had a blast.
We had a great time staying here! The place is very cozy and not far from Cacapon state park.
Tony was such a great host. He was incredibly attentive and prompt with responses and made sure that we were comfortable throughout our stay. The home was exactly what we were looking for on our honeymoon. It was secluded, quiet and peaceful, had the amazing view my husband was looking for and we were able to catch up on work and shows we had missed because the internet was excellent. It was quite peaceful to work outside. If you are going to the country you have to expect bugs, and from other reviews we were expecting this, but honestly I'm not sure if we got lucky or if it was the time of year, but we didn't deal with any bugs or mosquitos. I brought a small tent with mosquito net to put on the deck, but we didn't need it. The couches inside were brand new so it seems like Tony listened to his guests. Also, I believe he had central air and 2 AC wall units in the 2 main floor bedrooms. So we were quite comfortable and actually had to turn up the AC to a warmer temp because it worked too well in this August temperature. We managed to do one hike Devil's nose which I recommend. We went to Fairfax coffee almost as soon as they opened and walked around Berkley Springs for a bit before the hike. We got to the hike around 9:30 or 10 am and were the only ones on the hike and on the overlook. We didn't encounter other people until 11ish when we were already closer to the car. So I recommend going early. We spent 2 days at this AirBnB, and we would do it again! This was a great experience to add on to our many other Air BnB experiences. Thank you Tony!
This is a cute cabin secluded in the woods and is perfect for a quiet getaway. We enjoyed the wrap around deck and with the lights on at night it looks so pretty. The cabin was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with kitchen utensils , mixing bowls and pots which made our stay even better. I would definitely stay again.
lovely place. wish I could have stayed longer
Great place. Definitely recommend checking out downtown Front Royal. Hops and Honey and Vibrissa were both fantastic. Loved the location, close enough to the park and other historical locations but far enough away to feel removed from the high traffic areas.
We had a great stay in WV! If you’re looking for a place to unplug and unwind, this is it. If you’re not looking to go off the grid, buyer beware because there is no cell reception or Wi-Fi. But there were plenty of games provided that kept us entertained on a rainy day!
The view and the quiet surroundings cannot be beat. We loved this cabin, it seems like the kind of thing we would build or buy if we could. It got so cool at night we never needed the AC but it was nice to know it was there. Tony is very communicative though we didn’t need much. We loved the kids all in one bathroom soap and will prob try to find it at home. Bring whatever condiments you need!
