Tony's place was great, and Tony's a fantastic host! The place was clean and as advertised. If you're looking for a location that helps you get away, but is also close to outdoor activities, this is the perfect spot.
Tony was also quite responsive - not that he needed to be because the place had everything I needed. Can't wait to stay here again!
I was looking for a peaceful and cozy cabin in the woods with privacy and outdoor space. This place checked all my needs and wants. (Didn’t have cell service but there’s internet) Upon arrival we noticed the bubble lights, well decorated cabin with fall decor. Another guest (or host) left marshmallows and graham crackers. So I helped myself and had peaceful night. Tony’s is at the top of my list because of thoughtfulness, picturesque view from every angle and location.
Tony’s place was cute, pretty secluded and comfortable. About 20 minutes from town and 35 to the Shenandoah Front Royale entrance.
We couldn’t figure out how to get to the lake, there were woods from the house to the “lake access” so we didn’t end up seeing the lake at all. It’s a great stay for 3, maybe 4 people or a family since there is only one bathroom. The house lacked a few kitchen amenities if you are looking to cook. The fire pit outside was nice, but remember to bring firewood. I’d highly recommend for a short 2-3 night trip.
We had an awesome stay. Tony was great about checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The place has everything you need. It was a nice remote getaway.

My family and I had a great time. Comfortable cabin and we also enjoyed hanging up our own hammocks for after noon naps.
Great place to relax. Tony was responsive and friendly. Check in/out was easy. After checking in, we noticed that there were a few things broken at the house. I let Tony know asap and he said he'd have his maintenance person take care of it. All of these were minor issues that had no affect on our stay. Overall, great stay. Thanks again Tony!
Tony was fantastic with his communication throughout our stay. That was very much appreciated and if there was anything we needed, we were confident he'd get back to us quickly. The house is spacious, nice kitchen size, and the grill on the deck was great to use.
The day we arrived it was fairly hot outside, and when we stepped into the house it was a really nice cool temp with multiple ACs running. That was really appreciated as Tony could have saved some money by not turning them on before, but it certainly wouldn't have been as pleasant. We really enjoyed having the multiple bedrooms and two bath rooms, as well as other space the house offers. While the house isn't perfect in construction, it definitely met our needs and we all agreed it would be nice to rent again next year when we're in the area again. Our family, grandparents, parents, our 5 and 6 year old and two four legged friends, had a wonderful stay at Tony’s! Our weekend was filled with fishing at the lake, playing at the playground, putt putt, backyard fire pit and we went for a hike at sparrow falls(which we highly recommend!). Thank you tony for letting us use your cabin to escape the chaos of life, even if it was just for the weekend!
Excellent get away. Roughly 20 minutes of a drive to everything Berkeley Springs has to offer. The fire pit is great. We stayed one night and saw about 12 deer, 7 of which were in the yard. Our dog loved the stream and hiking in the area.

My friend and I stayed here for a few nights while visiting the area to go hiking with my dog. The house is great and had everything we needed for our evenings at the house. I would definitely go back and stay there again.
