This cute little historic house clean and comfortable for a small group. it is walking distance from historic Harper's Ferry including Jefferson's Rock.

Unfortunately, Harper's Ferry rolls up the sidewalks at 8:00 so there is really no point in staying walking distance from Harper's Ferry because the town is really a day-time attraction. The town isn't really open in the morning either with only one small coffee shop open before 10:00.

So, I would highly recommend this place if you are not planning on doing anything at night or in the morning.

The location was wonderful but the house had several problems - bedroom door could not close so no privacy, most of the window blinds did not work so much of the house was dark, no bed sheets available for one of the pull out beds.
The cost did not seem worth it.

Definitely a great spot, a little hard to find with construction going on in the area, secluded and very private!

Place was nice.

Perfect place for some rest and relaxation. Went for a “mom’s” hiking trip and some quality time with friends, and had an absolute blast. The cabin is clean, comfortable, set in beautiful surroundings, and is perfectly located, only a short drive from lots of local, fun things to do. Tony was accesible, communicative, and provided a helpful house manual pdf which was super easy to dip into when I needed any additional info. My friends and I had a wonderful trip, and think we found a gem of a place that we’d love to return to.

Tony was a great host! The stay was just gorgeous and peaceful! It is quite a drive to get anywhere, but the views made it worthwhile!

This place has a beautiful view! If you are looking for a quiet, secluded place, this is the place to go! Tony was very responsive throughout the weekend.

We had a great time. The Rec center and lake so close by were definitely a draw, although there was an issue with the lake pass being missing and the lake attendant telling us the lake isn’t for homeowners in that neighborhood. We were allowed to stay and we enjoyed kayaking. The place was clean and had room for ten of us, but you’d definitely want to be close with the people you go with since there’s only one bathroom. Owner was responsive and the detailed info was much appreciated. This is a great place to stay for families to get to enjoy the peaceful outdoors and still have access to activities to keep the kids busy.

Spent the long weekend here with three dogs! It was a great space having the large enclosed deck and the huge yard. Ideal for a peaceful weekend getaway with hiking nearby.

A great intimate cabin to get away too and enjoy some quiet time with nature. Definitely recommend!

Excellent location, charming house, and attentive host. I booked this place for a night over Memorial Day weekend and had a great time exploring the Harper’s Ferry area. It is positioned at the top of a hill with the town a short walk down below. Everything you need is walkable from the house, including hiking trails, boutique stores, restaurants, and museums. The home itself is older, but full of historic charm and plenty of space for you and your guests. Tony was very helpful and accommodating throughout the process. He has streamlined the check-in process with the home manual he created and everything was very straightforward and easy. Highly recommend this house and the area if you’re like me and wanted to get out of the city and back to the sights and smells of nature. If so, this is the spot!

Amazing little cabin deep in the woods! Super peaceful and the hot tub is a huge plus. Tony is very responsive and checks in a lot with updates, reminders, and local recommendations.
