Nice relaxing place with wonderful views. Nicely updated cabin. I had a very nice stay, and would recommend to others. Tony was very attentive to my questions.

We had a great weekend getaway with our pups! The cabin was secluded and relaxing, exactly what we were looking for in a getaway from the city. The cabin was exactly as it was described and had everything necessary for a great stay!

Tony was very responsive, respectful, and friendly. He provided great recommendations for food and things to do near where we were staying. The bed was very comfortable, and the deck was a great space for relaxing. We would definitely recommend this place to others and look forward to staying here again in the future!

Great spot great location the windows in this cabin in the morning and at sunset are absolutely stunning the deck is so peaceful to relax on as well as having a hot tub to use , the beds were super comfortable and I can’t say enough about how awesome this spot was. don’t miss out !! 5/5 host Tony is super friendly as well and is very easy to speak with in regards to any needs or concerns you have

We loved our stay here! Perfect for my husband and I and our dog - but a bit more room for a couple more people (especially children in the downstairs room). We wanted to stay somewhere close to do hikes in the area and we loved the hot tub! Tony was super helpful and responsive. We'll be back!

Our stay was very enjoyable. We loved the natural surroundings and the home itself - very clean, well-appointed and cozy. Tony was great, very friendly and communicative. Highly recommend!

The room is extremely clean and tidy, can step into it with bare feet. The host is very welcome and sent us a lot of instructions. Wish I could stay longer.

This place was great and Tony was a fantastic host. My girlfriend and I took a spontaneous trip and Tony was able to accommodate our last-minute reservation.

Check-in was easy (he even offered the option to check in early!) and the house was easy to locate. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the linens were nice and soft. The amenities were impressive, though due to our length of stay (1 night), we did not take full advantage of them. This spot would be great for a family between the backyard, the sunroom, the back porch, and the large kitchen! We will be back for sure.

had a great relaxing experience at this cabin and my family got much rest and left the noisy city. the thing hated about place was having to leave, got tub was awesome👌.

We rented the cabin for a quiet birthday weekend. Overall Tony did a great job providing us with accurate instructions and recommendations. The cabin was ideal for our two dogs, they loved the space!

I would definitely recommend another stay, however, the cabin is in need of some heavy TLC as it’s visibly run down.

Upon arrival we noticed the fridge was not clean along with the trash in the main bathroom. One of the beds had a leftover sock in between the sheets. The grill was heavily used and dirty - we ended up using our own.

The beds were uncomfortable. That being said, the jacuzzi and the fire pit were excellent editions. The scenery was phenomenal and the lake was great!

interior was clean. but exterior stuff like deck and outer area dining was so dusty.
propane did ran out after 2 min.
rest of the things were great.

We had a few issues, but the host was able to work with us. The propane grill had wood ash in the bottom of it and destroyed the gas lines making it unusable, and the two propane tanks were empty. After talking with the management company, they brought out two full tanks and a new grill for us to use. In this instance they were extremely helpful, but I believe their cleaners are seriously lacking. There was cigarette ash in the bedroom and a completely burned pan of who knows how old chicken left in the oven. One of the bedrooms also had an odd odor in it. The handrail was also entirely detached from the wall at the bottom of the stairs, and the handrail at the top of the stairs was wobbly enough that if you would lean your full weight on it, you would fall through. The hot tub was fantastic and clean, and the location is perfect. The private lake made for great fishing!! I expected more for the price point and am slightly disappointed by what we received.

Found the cabin to be spot on, "a cut above" glamping.
Hot tub a bonus. Area was quiet, nice deck w/seating with small table & chairs for two plus 5 adirondicks around the fire pit. Close to Cacapon State Park for hiking.
Money well spent!!!

Tony was a very responsive host and he provided an extremely detailed overview of the area and use of amenities. The cabin is very clean and the location is amazing.

This cabin was perfect and Tony was a great host. He provided any information I could have needed in one document, the cabin was cozy and clean, and Tony checked in periodically to make sure there wasn’t anything we needed help with. I would recommend this cabin and hope to visit again someday!

We had a wonderful mountain getaway at Tony’s place. The place was secluded in the woods in the Great Cacapon with close access to plenty of outdoor activities (kayaking, hiking) but with modern amenities and also proximate to Berkeley Springs (local attraction with cute restaurants, coffee shops, antique stores, and the spa). The cabin itself also has enough entertainment that you could spend the entire day lounging at home (TV, wifi, board games, hot tub, firepit, badminton, outdoor grill). It’s about 25-30 minutes to the nearest grocery store, so we ended up purchasing basic grocery items on our way there since we planned to cook. Otherwise, the place comes stocked with cookware, dinnerware, and silverware. Tony had a clear house manual that was provided to us after we booked the place and made himself easy available when we had questions. There’s something for everyone in this cabin and I highly recommend this place.
