Tony was great. He responded quickly and communicated well about the property. We enjoyed our stay and would do business with him again.

House described as cottage in the woods but actually it is a small house in a residential neighborhood with neighbors super close. It was nicely decorated but dirty. Bathroom was filthy. There was hair in the floor, mildew on shower tiles, stuff splashed on walls/baseboards… just grimy.
We had 4 towels for 4 guests for 2 days to use for shower & hot tub. Requested more towels, housekeeper brought them the night before leaving at 7pm. Paid $90 cleaning fee but owner texted & said to take trash out of all cans & take to curb, wash all dishes & gather up dirty towels. Would not stay here again. Dirty & overpriced!

We had a very relaxing stay after a long day with family. Tony was an excellent host, great communication. House had everything we needed. Very recommended!

100% going back for our next Shenandoah trip. This location was 20 minutes from the entrance & absolutely beautiful. Tony was extremely responsive and kind! Would recommend if you’re visiting Luray or hiking through Shenandoah!

Really wonderful place! Large fenced backyard made us wish we brought the pups. The house was clean, and the beds were SO comfortable! The most comfortable beds I've ever slept in away from home. You can tell the host was really intentional about guest comfort. There was plenty of room and very family friendly. Our favorite part was the evening - fireflies EVERYWHERE! We saw bunnies, deer, bats, etc. Can't say enough great things about this place.

This is a very cute home. Perfect for a small family. Tony is a very active and responsive host. Check in was very easy. Made our first trip to WV enjoyable. Lots of games and outdoor sitting space. The side yard is nice a big which was perfect for our dogs and outdoor games.

10/10 recommend. Surrounded by nature and a million dollar view. Can't beat it. We will be back!!!

This was a great place to stay for a short getaway from our daily grind. Being in the woods away from the highways and hustle of the suburbs allowed for us to unwind. Just the right amount of space without it feeling too big or too small. Tony was very easy to reach via text message. We spent our whole time at the house. Walked the road in the community a couple times to stretch our legs. The best part of the trip was waking up, w/o an alarm, to the sounds of birds chirping in the morning.

He responded and gave very clear instructions on how to get in and the place was beautiful and was so relaxing, couch’s we’re amazing and the hot tub was already preheated and ready to go. Everything was clean and so nice!!! Will definitely be going back

great, private getaway

Lovely cabin meticulously maintained, highlight was the hot tub on the back deck and the grill/table on the front deck, surrounded by trees. In addition there is a comfortable sitting room area and screened porch too. Everything is organized, labeled, communicated. We chose this as a half-way point between two couples that wanted some face-to-face time as colleagues in the same organization, so it was partly work but in a relaxing atmosphere, which this was perfect for. Great internet, plenty of spaces to meet and work, and very much removed from the rest of life, with pleasant relaxing/friendship time too. Wooded and quiet. The rules look a little overwhelming but they are mostly just common courtesy types of "rules" so I'm guessing they get some rowdy or careless guests and are trying to keep this space nice for their own family? So far so good!

Really nice place! Very peaceful. They had games and outdoor activities. The fire pit was nice and the hot tub was clean.

Tony’s place was beautiful, very comfortable and also super clean! My husband and I felt very at home. I highly recommend staying!

Great property; poorly managed.

Arrival/departure instructions specify a 4pm check-in and a non-negotiable 10am checkout, with a fee for being even a minute over. We were denied access to check in until after 4:30 due to “the cleaners still being there.” That’s okay, things happen. Can we get some flexibility at checkout?

Also 00 flex on trash takeout… even tho dump is CLOSED on our checkout day.

Physical house manual states an 11am checkout. Text messages from the host preemptively and unprovoked “reminded” us that checkout is firm at 10 and we will be charged a fee if we’re late. When I pointed out to him the manual says 11, he called me a liar. It took sending a photo of his own house manual to him & STILL no compromise.

We understand humans are not robots and things happen. Maybe try to have a civil conversation first instead of jumping straight to “you’re lying”.

The place was great. Tony was extremely detailed and communicated very well. We had a nice stay. Wish it was longer than a night. Great Place!

Tonys place was great. The views on the drive up are amazing, the view at the cabin is just plain awesome, cabin is cozy, and everything was as expected. Was our first time visiting WV, we will be back!
