Lovely and spacious cabin in Coolfont. Large deck with a nice grill (with an extra propane tank). A lot of space for kids to run around, and Tony was very helpful and super responsive.

This place was an exceptional value! Loved how spacious it was. I really liked the local towns and hiking hiking features too. Definitely worth a trip for your family. And Tony was probably the most accessible host I’ve ever communicated with :-)
We had a wonderful time at the cabin! The fact that the house was a little ways away from the city was exactly what we wanted. Very clean house, beds comfortable, kitchen stocked, bathrooms with nice showers and our favorite part: the outside. The backyard on the woods was very nice. Thanks for the host Tony who was always checking with us to make sure we had a nice stay!
Had a great, 2-night stay at Tucker's Cabin with my family of 5. The property is an easy 1.5-2 hour drive from DC and it was nice to just get away and have a little bonding time. The house is comfortable and had everything we needed, particularly for cooking since we prepared all our own meals. We did not pick it because of it's location near Berkeley Springs, but we did go to the cat cafe (really just a nice cat adoption center) and did a little horseback riding at a stable about 30 minutes away. Wifi and AC worked well, and rooms were very comfortable. Tony is very communicative and did everything he could to make sure we had a good stay.
Nice community. the lake is beautiful and there are many outdoor activities to enjoy. The cabin is in good shape although it needs some repairs and upgrades. Tony was always available and the access was easy.

Bear's Den is a beautiful spot in a great location. It is well equipped, clean and has all the amenities. There are tons of beds and plenty of space for people to congregate. We loved staying there and would certainly consider going back. Tony was great as a host with just enough messages to be sure we were happy but not enough to be intrusive. He offered suggestions and answered questions although we had very few. The place was perfect for us!
This place is a good value for a large family or as a multi family vacation destination. Everything was clean and thoughtfully equipped.
This chalet style cabin was the perfect location for our last minute mini vacation. It was an easy drive to Harper's Ferry, Antietam Battlefield, the Chesapeake & Ohio Canal Trail, Olde Town Winchester, and much more! The cabin had all the comforts of home, including quick wifi and a mid-century modern vibe with many newer updates. Tony was a wonderful host, texting daily to see if we had any issues or needed any recommendations. We will definitely keep this location on our list of places to visit again!
We enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our family of 4. It had everything we needed and we loved the location and view of the mountains. It was beautiful and quiet.
We gad a wonderful time at this home. Family movie nights in the cozy living room and the we enjoyed sleeping in the clean and comfortable bedrooms. We also enjoyed lunch on the deck during sunny days. Thank you Tony!
Tony's rental in West Virginia was one of the nicest places I have visited for a quick getaway. We came to a very tidy and clean house and it was very welcoming. Tony was quick to respond to my messages and made the overall experience, very pleasant. The family enjoyed fishing and nature that surrounded us. I definitely would love to come back and I highly recommend anyone to come visit Tony's rental!

Tony's Sweat Pea is a great mountain retreat. Accessible out of the northern Virginia/DC area, it is a perfect spot to get away from the noise for a long weekend. Close to all that is happening in the Front Royal area as well. Tony is an exceptional communicator before, during, and after the visit, and his instructions for you about all things pertaining to the house and things to do in the area were a huge help. Would definitely come back!

Location is great with great communication from the host. Roads are narrow leading to it and parking is tight, but the location can’t be beat.

Positive:
Location in Harper's Ferry was great. Instructions for parking clear and room for two cars. Very comfortable and all needed equipment, kitchen tools and supplies were there.
Negative:
We understand that there were likely some issues that prompted use of air fresheners, but the strong freshener odor was overwhelming. We unplugged the electric ones. It was not a problem for us, but explaining that it's really 1 full bath ensuite with one of the bedrooms and 1 half bath would help viewers.
