Great spot, fantastic host!
Checkin was easy, Tony even offered us an early checkin. The community in which the property is located is beautiful and offers many different activities. The home was nice, cozy and clean. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice, quite getaway.
Lovely cottage, description is perfectly accurate. We enjoyed watching marsh birds from the backyard.

We had a great stay, beds were super comfortable. Deck is beautiful and we enjoyed sitting out there in the evening. I appreciate being able to bring our dogs. Communication with host was outstanding, we were able to check in early which was nice as our meeting ending a bit early.
Great place, Best Value!
First off Tony is very prompt in his replies to questions. The inside of the house is just as advertised. I loved the solitude that the neighborhood provided. The drive into Harper's Ferry for sightseeing was not bad and we even added a stop into Frederick MD all of which are convenient to the house. We brought out food but stopped at the little convenience store for bread and ice cream. If you looking for a place to unwind and escape this is the place:) Thanks again for being such a wonderful host.
Clean, quiet cabin in a wooded setting, has a secluded feel but not too far away from some great breweries and Harpers Ferry as well. Nice game room in the basement. Would be a nice home base for a family or small group trip.
Charming, clean, spacious cottage. Loved the front and back porch for coffee and cocktails. Location was also wonderful!!

Tony was an excellent host. He was always available for troubleshooting any questions. The home was very clean comfortable.
It rained all weekend of our weekend getaway. We used the hotel pool and watched Netflix. Not a lot of restaurant choices nearby.
We enjoyed our stay at Bear’s Den at Coolfront! Tony’s communication was excellent and he let us check in early.
The Airbnb was pretty similar to the pictures and had amble space for our family to relax all weekend. The cleanliness was not impressive - lots of dirt and food crumbs in all kitchen cabinets, food left on top the fridge, popped balloons outside, cigarettes thrown everywhere, laundry left on the floor in the main room, and an overall damp smell. We were able to find most things we needed - dishes, soap, towels, linens, etc.
Our power went out during our stay due to a huge storm (which was really unfortunate!) but Tony helped us navigate finding extra batteries for flashlights and gave us updates frequently from the power company. He also provided a discount for our stay due to our disappointment (even though it was out of his control!).
Overall I would definitely choose to book with Tony again! He was a wonderful host. I would recommend hiring another cleaning service, though!

Beautiful weekend getaway with the family. Exceptional communication with the property owner, lovely property and amenities.
It is a bit of a drive from town, so pack your snacks and enjoy your weekend!
