Comfortable, cozy, and exactly as advertised. Lovely corner of the woods with a hot tub and beautiful sunsets through the oak and maple forest. 20 min from Berkeley Springs. Would stay again

Tony was an amazing host. His communication was amazing and extremely helpful. The house was very clean and everything displayed in the pictures. 10/10 do recommend.

Overall great air bnb, the community is private and we felt very safe here. It was a great spot to get away. The air bnb itself was very cozy and comfortable. We drove to Oakland which is about 30 mins most days for food, groceries, hiking, etc. if you bring your dog be sure to look up which areas/restaurants/trails are dog friendly!

What a beautiful and relaxing place to just unplug and relax upon a hillside ♥️

What a great stay. The cabin was comfy, clean and had everything we needed. The location is great - quite and relaxing. We enjoyed sitting on the deck during the day and watching the deer graze at dusk. At night the stars reigned ... to get an even better view of them turn off the lights for a while and just look up. Tony was very attentive throughout our stay and check-in and -out were seamless.

Quiet and comfortable cabin in a lovely, woodsy location. Out of the way, but with easy access to hiking trails and outdoors activities at Cacapon State Park and convenient to the town of Berkeley Sprints.

Great cabin that’s out of the way, peaceful and quiet. Had good 5g connection and internet for getting work done and the area was nice. Private access to Sleepy creek(nearby local stream, beautiful clean water) was the highlight of this cabin and is highly recommended if you’re staying here. FYI bring food and water before coming, closest McDonald’s and gas station is at least 20 min away

Great unique space in a beautiful secluded location but not too far from town. Hot tub is great!

Fantastic spot for a weekend getaway. My group consisted of 5 adults and we slept comfortably and had plenty of space to do our own things when we wanted. Tony was an excellent host - we received updates before and after check-in. I felt that if there was an issue - Tony would definitely be able to assist right away. My group enjoyed the local state park as well as downtown Berkley Springs - both were less than 20 mins from the cabin. Definitely try to hit up Charlotte's for breakfast if you can - we enjoyed the hospitality and good eats as well as fresh baked goods.

Tony provided excellent directions for us to easily navigate to the cabin. Do know that the cabin is located up a steep driveway and the fire pit is also at the lower level of the cabin also down a steep path (easy walk for most but might be difficult for older folks) from the main level.

The place was great! Clean and just like the pictures. The location is close to everything and made it really easy to get around! Unfortunately due to the swarms of mosquitos we were unable to use the backyard but still enjoyed the screened in porch in front!

Great cabin! Good sized and could comfortably sleep 6 to 8 people. It was well-equipped with lots of silverware, utensils, knives, cutting boards, plates, cups, coffee mugs, bowls, pots and pans and bakeware...and a full size coffee maker with coffee and filters, creamer and sugar. The hot tub was perfect to relax in at the end of the day! We loved seeing the deer on the property and listening to the birds and squirrels! There is wifi for the tvs and your phone although my cell service worked here as well. It was tucked away enough that even though there are neighbors, they really cannot be seen or heard. Nice quiet little area amd a close enough drive if you need something from the store. The house was clean, the grill was a nice plus and there was enough space to be in the same place but be secluded from others. The bed was comfortable.

Communication was stellar as well! Thanks Tony!

A beautiful home in a great location. Tony has done a great job of making your trip simple with his house manual.
Berkeley Springs is only about 30 minutes away if you want a quaint little town to explore.
Very enjoyable stay.

Tony's cabin did not disappoint! It was comfortable and had everything as advertised. I used it as a base for a motorcycle trip and it was perfect.

The place was great! beautiful and secluded, it was great to be able to grill outside and hang in the hottub. the only thing we regret is not having more time!

This little home is located on the back roads of West Virginia. It isn’t too far away from civilization so it was exactly what we are looking for! We loved the Cabin especially the hot tub. We took a trip here from Annapolis to do some winery hopping. So much to offer if you are into wine! Loved this place would definitely return. Tony made our stay easy with lots of communication. He was a great host! Thank you again for a great weekend!
