We took a long weekend at Tony's place for a family trip, and enjoyed every minute. The house was as described, and to me was better than the pics because it had more of a cabin feel. That said there was plenty of room, and the loft was enourmous. It was comfortable, and a good layout. The deck was the main attraction for me, and the view never got old. The one thing to note is its 30 mins drive to town so make sure to grab all you need while youre out. Also the town of Berkeley Springs was a nice surprise; cool, clean, historical, and chill.

It was a great, close family getaway. Easy to book and communicate through arrival. Lots to do at the house or nearby.
I stayed at Tony's place with my sister and a friend for a girl's getaway. The cottage is very charming and in a great location in Harper's Ferry, walkable to shops and restaurants, and with a nice view of the town and river. The home was very clean and amenities were as advertised. Tony was very responsive and communicative.
The road leading to the home can be a bit tricky, but having a dedicated parking space was ideal, given that parking in the town is limited. We had a great time, and it is the perfect location for a trip to Harper's Ferry.
Tony’s place was just as described and exactly what I needed for my weekend getaway. Tony was an amazing host! Will definitely be back, and definitely recommend.
The little Sparrow cabin was a perfect getaway! Tucked back in the woods, with a hot tub and fire pit, the cabin was cozy and clean. We found plenty of things to do in the town of Berkeley Springs. We especially loved the Cacapon State Park and Nature Center, Berkeley Springs Brewery and all of the cute shops on the Main Street.
Tony was an excellent host who checked in with us and gave recommendations for the area.
I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
Excellent host, super responsive, and communicative. This place exceeded my expectations. I took my two boys fishing here for a few days during spring break and it was a perfect getaway! We loved it! The inside is very clean and well-done, with lots of seating, tables, and the bathrooms have amenities and even lots of hooks, which was very convenient! For us it was super quiet, with great peaceful fishing access, and a really fancy & wonderful hot tub. Loved it!
This was the perfect getaway! The cabin was just as described and it was wonderful to spend time relaxing and reconnecting as a family. The cabin had everything we needed and we look forward to returning!
Secluded but not off the grid. Host was great! He was very attentive ! Clean property. Beautiful view! Loved waking up to the hill glowing in the sun and view of sunset view at the campfire/hot tub! I wanted a relaxed trip with some activities to keep busy with and this was perfect for it! My Savannah dog absolutely loved being spoiled on our get away, highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking for a relaxed and easy going trip! Thanks again Tony for sharing your beautiful get away with us!

We had a very nice, peaceful stay. We enjoyed being out in the middle of nature and having the luxury of the hot tub and the sports center. Tony was very proactive about providing details and answering questions and was even able to offer us an early check in. Our only complaint is how hot the house was. The listing boasts “AC offered to keep the house cool on hot days,” however there is only one window unit in the master bedroom. So, only that one bedroom was bearable to be in. So, if you’re coming with a family or large group, plan to pack plenty of fans in order to stay cool.

We had a peaceful and relaxing stay.
The cabin is in a beautiful, remote and quiet part of the forest. The outdoor deck and back yard are spacious, peaceful and relaxing. We found the cabin to be clean, charming and comfortable. It was equipped with everything we could have possibly needed. We would highly recommend a stay at this cabin.
Great place, hot tub and ping pong were fun, stars were out at night. We'll plan to come back.

This is a beautiful cabin in a great location. It is pricey but worth it except that given the remoteness it would be great if a couple of basic items were provided on arrival - coffee, coffee filters, sugar and firewood for the fire pit. If those has been provided my review would have been 5 stars all the way.
A clean, brand new Airbnb with a full kitchen, hot tub, and great porch. Overall, a wonderful stay.
Had a lovely, relaxing little getaway! Watched the sunset over the mountains while enjoying the hot tub on the deck. Hosts are very kind and responsive.
