Lovely place with everything we needed in the kitchen. Very nicely decorated. Hot tub was easy to use and nice and warm when we arrived!
From looking at reviews I had been worried that it would be cold unless we brought firewood, but it was warm enough for us without using the wood stove. The person who slept in the open bunk bed area was a bit chilly at night but she likes things warmer and so we should have changed places because the bedrooms were super warm.
If you are going to want to hang out with more than 3 people, there’s not a ton of indoor space for that.

Was a one night stay passing thru. Grilled some steaks and enjoyed the hot tub.

Tony was a great host & communicated quickly and was very responsive

Tony was a great host & communicated quickly and was very responsive. The property wasn't quite as private as I thought it would be (with respect to neighboring residences), but it was fine. I suspect it will be better once the foliage matures out in the spring. No issues. We grilled out and used the fireplace, and it was a great location to check out the Woods & Berkeley Springs. We did a nice hike at the nearby Devil's Nose. Had our fur baby with us and everything went well. Again, Tony is very accommodating and responds quickly to any issues and checks up on you!

Tony’s place was exactly what we were looking for. We loved the abundance of beds and rooms. Everyone spread out and enjoyed the space. Sitting in the hot tub under the stars at the end of a hiking day was a welcomed reward. I loved that it is an older cabin with a “new” mid-century modern vibe. It was tastefully decorated and comfortably minimal. It was a great place to relax. I also loved that you can not hear any road noise at all. It was incredibly serene. The welcome packet was thorough and the recommended hike was perfect! The kids loved taking a picture in front of the W.V. sign and the Virginia sign at the trailhead. Thanks again!

Beautiful secluded location. Plenty of space for us to relax. Enjoyed the mountain views from the wrap around porch. Tasteful decor. Indoor and outdoor games were a plus as well as the hot tub and fireplace.

We had a great weekend in this cute mountain house! It's a short (20ish min) drive to hiking, vineyards, and downtown Front Royal. The house was very comfortable and Tony was very helpful. Highly recommend!

Really beautiful mountain cabin/home. Gorgeous sunsets from the porch and evenings spent in the hot tub were fantastic. No issues whatsoever - this was perfect for a little work from home retreat (great wifi and working spaces!).

We topped off our stay with visits to local restaurants, farms, and markets. Spectacular!

Perfect for a weekend getaway with the pups. Far enough out of town to relax and use the hot tub, but close enough to explore Berkeley Springs. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Tony was super responsive to all of my questions and was thorough with the check-in and check-out instructions. We would definitely stay here again!

Charming, spacious cottage with everything needed to feel at home.

Great place to relax, Tony is an excellent and responsive host, plenty of room to accommodate guests. The only downside is that the cabin is not super private since it’s in a camping community and you have to be more mindful of your fellow campers, other than that it’s a wonderful place to be.

Just wanted a quiet weekend and this place delivered. We did venture into town once, but mostly we hung at the cabin. Nighttime is the best in the hot tub or by the fire. The trees were bare and we still had very little light or noise pollution to disrupt our experience. I can imagine with the trees full it would be even more private. I could stare at the stars all night!
The cabin is what I expected after scrolling through pictures. Very well maintained, comfortable beds, and spacious for its size. The deck is really big. There is a slight downward slope to the property, but just hold your drinks at the fire pit and you’ll be fine. It’s a good 25-minute drive to anything so be sure to top up on gas before checking in if you’re low. It’s a great property and we really had an enjoyable experience.

Very comfortable and peaceful location. As a solo female traveler (with dog), it felt remote but still safe. Lovely!

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The cabin itself is very well maintained and includes modern finishes. The kitchen was stocked with anything you would need to cook your own meals. The beds were very comfy too! The property itself is gorgeous with tons of space and the hot tub was certainly a great bonus! 10/10 would recommend.

Tony was incredibly friendly and helpful! The cabin was beautiful and a perfect spot for a weekend getaway. It was clean, cozy, and in a private location. The hot tub was a HUGE plus! Would definitely recommend staying at this property!

Mixed feelings about the stay. Choose this house for the wifi, privacy & jacuzzi which is probably why i am bummed. But the owners are friendly & responsive. Did not tell them about cons as there was nothing they could do while we were there.

Pro
• soft beds
• grill ready
• fireplace works well

Cons
• before getting in Jacuzzi dirt collected on sides & filter appears moldy
• bathroom has mold & needs some love
• firepit is located in awkward spot in back of house with no seating. Did not use
• internet goes out often, so watching a scary movie took an hour longer to buffer
