It was a beautiful drive to the location. Looked like the photos, and the view when you wake up and go outside are refreshing and relaxing; we loved the hot tub!

Peaceful, beautiful surroundings. Reasonably equipped house with most everything one might want in such a vacation home.
We had an amazing time at this cozy little spot. It was perfectly tucked away, but also easily accessible. It was clean, quiet, and dog friendly. We definitely would recommend and want to come back!
We had a great experience and loved this property. We plan to be back again to stay I n the future.

It was a great place to stay — everything was exactly as described in the listing. The area was very quiet and peaceful, which made it perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The hot tub was fantastic and definitely one of my highlights. The kitchen was also well equipped with everything I needed.

Cedar and Sage was perfect for a relaxing girls get away! Location was quiet, the place was cute, and accommodated us well. Close enough to Berkeley Springs so we could enjoy the town and local shops/restaurants. Tony and his team were quick to respond and provide us with all our information prior to check in and throughout our stay.
Great communication from Tony. Also the TV in the photo is a bit dated, the actual TV at the property is much newer.

We enjoyed our weekend getaway and had a relaxing stay overall. The hot tub was definitely the highlight, especially with the string lights creating such a cozy atmosphere in the evenings.
The kitchen had most of what we needed, though a baking sheet and colander would be helpful. Towels were plentiful and very clean, but the bunk beds did not have blankets. We were also confused by the river access, as the listing seemed to suggest private access. The nearby access appeared public, with signs prohibiting roadside parking, so we ended up driving about 30 minutes to the state park.
We hoped to use the provided kayaks, but one had a broken backrest, so we rented at the park instead. The firepit was nice, although being on a hill made seating a little uncomfortable. We also found food left from previous guests, including expired bread.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay! With a few updates and clearer river-access information, it could be an even better experience.

Beautiful home and property with a lot of space for the kids to run around. Kitchen was fully stocked and grill worked great. Pictures made it seem like there was a gradual entrance into the river which we were looking for for our young kids, but the river access is via stone steps from a higher elevation. Ended up being OK, but not what we were expecting. The house is on a calm part of the river where the kids could play and the house provided boats for a canoe ride up the river. Overall, it was a great spot, easy to get to from Northern VA. Quick access to Luray caverns if you need a little outing.

Tony’s place was great! It met all of our needs, it is pretty secluded but that was what we were looking for! Amazing experience, close to Lost River State Park.
This stay made my family feel right at home and we’re already looking to book again next year ! He was great, we had a bump in the road with the grass being super high and he had someone out within the hour to cut it! Will definitely be staying again!
Very nice place and super secluded which is what we wanted. Only small issue was bugs finding their way into the home but understandable given it’s out in the woods, still a very nice stay and enjoyed every bit of it!
