Positive:
We were greeted by two deer upon arrival right by the cabin. Loved the private large yard, outdoor fireplace and porch.
Having a half bath in each bedroom was a plus. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need for cooking and bathrooms are renovated and super clean. A few details that go a long way: Extra leash left for tenants was a nice courtesy since we brought our dog.
I also enjoyed reading and getting inspired by a few of the books available in the living room.
Negative:
You can hear traffic but most places in the area are located near the road on the flat terrain.

The house and stay was amazing, and it was everything we could have asked for a weekend getaway. The house is tucked away quietly in the mountains with peaceful views. It’s walking distance to the river and multiple hiking trails. The house is very clean (not a single issue), well kept, and has all the amenities you’d need. Tony is very helpful with check-in/check-out instructions and responds very quickly. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat.

This stay was great for our family. By far, the most comfortable beds we’ve had at any AirBnB. Every thing was as described or better in person. We enjoyed evenings on the porch swing enjoying the views, weather and wildlife. We would love to stay here again anytime. One note that we missed during booking, there is no washer and dryer on site but we made do.

Really cute cabin within walking distance to the South Branch of the Potomac. It met our needs perfectly and the host was very accommodating. Would highly recommend.
