Tony was very good at communicating. He responded quickly anytime I asked a question. The place was nice. We did have an issue with the air conditioning. Tony sent someone out to check it and it ended up needing the HVAC people to fix it. We were fine because the temperature has gone down to the 70’s for the rest of our stay. There are ceiling fans in the living room and the bedrooms which came in handy the first night when the air conditioning was not working and it was warmer outside. The HVAC guys came the next day as well to fix it. Out of all the Airbnbs that I have stayed in Tony was by far the one that had the quickest response time.

The house was exactly like it looked in photos, very clean, and with a private yard. The host was quick to respond and included a lot of helpful information on things to do in the surrounding area. Would recommend to anyone looking in the Berkeley Springs area!

Tony’s place was exactly what my family needed for a quick, relaxing few days. Tony gave incredible recommendations for local restaurants and the hot tub, screened in porch, and pet friendly policy was all excellent. There were a few maintenance issues that didn’t affect our overall stay, but we would recommend to others!

Positive:
It was a very quiet and peaceful place with a great wrap around porch/deck that made sitting outside very pleasant at any time of day and when it did rain we still had the coveted screen porch which was pleasant also during the rain.
Negative:
We had no complaints about the property. It was well equipped and had everything we needed.

beautiful location and home in the woods. the only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because check-in and checkout times were pretty late and early, making it difficult to really enjoy the place. we did only stay one evening. also the TV in the downstairs bedroom is working but has damage, making it difficult to watch something. otherwise everything was perfect. the hot tub was lovely, it’s a 20 minute drive from Berkeley Springs, there are no food delivery options but I believe there are places to eat nearby. pack food to cook and you’ll be all set! the host was very responsive and helpful!

Tony is an amazing host! Extremely responsive, helpful and thoughtful. His place was heavenly! It was exactly as described and shown, but in person it is even more amazing. We felt very comfortable and relaxed the entire time. It is cozy while at the same time offering needed space and privacy. We never heard anything but the sounds of abundant nature outside. The deck, screened porch and hot tub are amazing and we actually ended up staying in a lot more than we had anticipated! When we did go out we enjoyed the nearby Berkeley Roman Baths, Sunday Farmer’s Market and the best pancakes ever at Charlotte’s Cafe. We can’t recommend the beautiful area, or this amazing home and host enough! We look forward to returning soon!
