The house is very nice and clean. The walk down to Harper's Ferry is beautiful and took about 45 minutes to get to the end (where the National Park buildings are). I did have an issue with the house instructions not being available directly through Airbnb, but everything else was great.

This was an amazing Stay that we had booked for our first book club retreat. We wanted something that would fit. Our group of five was still stylish and offered some amenities that could be fun to utilize like the hot tub. It was super easy to find nice to park super clean and really appreciated the decoration in the place. My favorite thing are the bedazzled cat pictures. They had us laughing overall appreciate the recommendations we were given. I was able to get a fun cake to celebrate and we went to a local restaurant in the area that was delicious. This was a really peaceful and quiet retreat. The wineries we were able to get to were amazing and at first we weren’t sure if Ubers were work and while they were hit and miss sometimes there are local taxi services which helped us get a ground when we did want to do our Wine day. We will definitely be back.

Peaceful stay with a beautiful view of the mountains and the moon. Big windows, comfortable furniture, cool loft bedroom, and fantastic outside deck. We already booked a return trip!

Pro-tip: Stay on Tower road instead of turning on Country road - it’s a gentler ascent.

What a beautiful, peaceful, restful location! While simple, they have everything needed for cooking inside, grilling outdoors, enjoying the fire pit, reading a book on the lounge chairs, relaxing in the hot tub or kayaking on the river. Clean and modern bathroom and comfortable living area. Would definitely come again!

The home was clean and fairly well maintained. It was much smaller than anticipated - but cozy.

This place is very beautiful, surrounding view amazing and breathtaking. Communicate with host very smooth. Whatever we need and any problem they fixed very quickly . Me and my family enjoy a lot . Thank you to having us in your beautiful place.

Location was great, place had everything we needed. Could have been a bit cleaner but it wasn’t too bad. Unfortunately we were not able to use hot tub which was disappointing. Beautiful property right on the river and being pretty close to Shenandoah was awesome.

Booking the cabin, the photos made the place look wonderful and so clean! Getting to the cabin was a NIGHTMARE. I made sure to look over the manual before my trip, and avoided the roads they told us to avoid. My Apple Maps took us through Fish Hatchery Rd and led us up this private driveway.. that we didn’t even notice the sign at first because we thought “we booked a cabin, in the woods, in west virginia?” AT THAT POINT, i’m trying to get ahold of the host and am being dismissed. They could “only text” me. I sent screenshots and photos of the location I was at, I just wanted confirmation that we were at the right location or not! “Sorry we’re dealing with other guests,” and it was soooo AI generated messages. They send directions.. through text… am I supposed to read that while driving? Then their one road was WRONG and I couldn’t find it on my maps. After driving around for over an hour… we finally found the place. A manager didn’t reach out till next day.

This was a beautiful place situated within the golf course. Very peaceful getaway. Tony was extremely responsive, and the house was exactly as deacrived, spotlessly clean. Our family and our extended family had a wonderful time here.

Pros: Absolutely loved the neighborhood and would choose to live someplace like that. Nice size yard (bring a long lead so your dog can explore but still be contained). Lots of deer to watch on the porch. Easy to find and check in. Appreciated there were separate towels for the hot tub. 10 minutes from Harpers Ferry. AC units worked well. Appreciated having a TV with cable so I could watch my soccer games.
Cons: Place could use better cleaning: there was hair on the tub, and the corners of the house had build up. AC units could also use a scrubbing. The hot tub was also a disappointment. At least one of the knobs for the jets were broken (host was very quick about responding back). The other seemed to work but if that’s the case, the only two settings for the jets were weak and weaker. The cabinets and drawers in the kitchen had no handles, which makes opening them difficult for anyone with any issues with their fingers/hands. The couch/futon downstairs has seen better days.

Great communication, nice little getaway with the guys. Meteor shower was prime viewing from the back deck. Would def stay again. Had a small issue, but was fixed very fast.

Beautiful place, lots of amenities, cozy setting and Tony was an excellent host to communicate with.

Beautiful setting, comfortable and well-equipped home, and quite responsive and caring host.

The grounds including orchard make for a tranquil setting and the terraces provide great views. The house is thoughtfully furnished and everything works well. There were a couple of small things that could have been better stocked, but overall the hosts make sure it's a very comfortable stay.

Would take heed of guidance re the road coming into the property. It can get steep and rocky in places. Creates a nice incentive to spend more time on the property :)

The host Tony was incredibly responsive to small questions and issues with the rental and went out of his way to ensure positive guest satisfaction. Very professional outfit so you'll be in good hands.

Would clarify access to the orchard and trails, as it wasn't super clear from when we arrived.

Overall would recommend the stay given the location, grounds, home, and host responsiveness.

This was a very nice home. It is very private. The porch is very large and it’s a good place to have coffee and eat meals. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies . We did not use the hot tub or bbq grill. The inside of the house was spacious and beautiful. I brought my dog with me, and I felt comfortable having her off leash because it was so private (there are neighbors, but you cant see them from the house) There were a lot of deer on the property. The beds were very comfortable!

We had a wonderful time there, Tony responded very quickly and took care of all our needs.

Very peaceful place, Tony was super responsive and the place was a fresh breath of air from city life!
