I would absolutely stay here again! This cabin was clean and so cozy and we felt right at home. We loved our stay and the host was so kind and responsive! 10/10

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Cedar & Sage! The place is so cute and cozy, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, there were so many little “extras” left by the host that were so thoughtful and we loved all the outdoor areas the property provided. I do need to note that Apple Maps will not send you to the house, Google Maps however works just fine.

This place was clean, peaceful, and easy to get to Berkeley Springs for spa, horseback riding, and browsing antique stores. We were able to find firewood and all items for s’mores at the Food Lion about 20 min drive. There is also a dollar general about 10 min drive. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking to disconnect and relax.

We had a wonderful stay! The Airbnb was extremely clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The amenities were excellent and made the space feel welcoming and convenient throughout our visit. The host was also very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this property to others. We would be happy to stay here again!

Make sure to bring enough toiletries including paper towel. Other than that finding the place was little difficult using apple maps make sure to use google maps. Everything else was as described. Very quiet.

Tony’s place was absolutely lovely. It was very private – no other houses can be seen from the cabin or fire pit. the location in the woods was so peaceful—exactly what I needed. Everything was clean and comfortable. The little record player was a nice touch!
It’s about a 20 minute drive into town for supplies and food, so don’t plan on running out a lot. I got some easy breakfast and lunch foods to eat at the cabin and went out for dinners.
The hot tub was clean and very relaxing. I loved the little porch area and the deck.
There were lots of thoughtful little touches like extra individually wrapped toothbrushes and travel tubes of toothpaste.
Overall the place was so nice that I ended up renting it for another night!

Incredible place! My wife and I wanted to get out of town for the 4th of July and this cozy cabin was the perfect peaceful place. It’s quiet and we loved the solitude while still being a short drive from Berkeley Springs for groceries and dinner. The record player in the living space was a nice touch considering my record haul from the antique stores in the area. It was too hot to enjoy many of the outdoor spaces but we will definitely be re-booking in the fall for the porch, hot tub, and fire pit.

We were heading to tent camp in Western MD in a state forest but the impending thunderstorms in the forecast and my Jeep acting up on I70 near Hancock caused us to reconsider pushing a couple more hours west. Having frequented Berkley Spring, we hoped to find a quiet spot that was dog friendly (and had AC), and not too expensive. I messaged Tony to confirm we could book on short notice- he got back to me quickly and said it was not a problem. We checked in just as the thunderstorms hit.
The house was super clean, w modern touches and GREAT AC. There’s a propane grill, hot tup and huge pergola with a firepit. This is perfect for singles, couples or a small family. It has a first floor master with a queen size and two doubles in the loft. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of linens and even emergency toiletries if needed (q tips, razors, toothbrushes, etc).
Best of all- its minutes from Cacapon State Park and all of its amenities. We will definitely stay here again!

We truly enjoyed our stay. It is a perfect getaway in the woods. I loved the minimalist furniture and the hot tub so much and the kitchen!! Tony and his team offered great recommendations, and the small concern that we had, they were very responsive to. we look forward to being able to return again.
