Great stay. Would do it all over again.

Tony's place was lovely and set away - a perfect retreat. It was so cool to stay in the old log cabin, and we spent lots of time of the front porch. The graveyard in the back was super interesting. It was nice to have the grill and the hidden kitchen was so cool. If you're a hiker worth looking up booking the Ice Mountain Preserve in advance. It's just down the road but because of the location you need to go on a docent-led tour, generally Saturday mornings. The neighbor down the road invited me, and I was glad I took him up on it. So beautiful!

Don’t miss this place! One of the most charming places we’ve ever stayed! The house is beautiful, comfortable, well-equipped, and truly so much fun. It’s located in the middle of the forest and close to the lake—very peaceful and absolutely charming! Highly recommended!

Tony was responsive and the house was beautiful!

We loved our time at the Dragonfly Cottage. The house was a quaint oasis in the woods. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding areas as well as using passes to go play tennis at the gym and loved winding down our nights sitting in the hot tub! Our hosts were always quick to respond to requests to extend our stay and help us out when needed! Will be bookmarking to come back again!

Great place at a great price!

We had an absolute blast staying here for my husband’s birthday! The house is gorgeous, incredibly comfy, surrounded by beautiful woods and trees. It truly had everything we could possibly need for our stay. We loved spending our evenings around the campfire roasting marshmallows relaxing in the hot tub,and playing the great selection of games with our family. The peaceful mornings drinking coffee watching the birds it was amazing ! The host was exceptionally friendly and answered all of my questions almost instantly. My husband was completely blown away by the experience we’d definitely recommend this place to anyone and would love to come back!

This cabin is excellent for a group. There are 3 bedrooms plus a basement with bunk beds for 4 additional people. If your goal is to be on the river then this cabin is perfectly located.We floated from the bridge right to the property in about 2 hours. It was lovely.It is worth noting that there are houses pretty close by so expect to somewhat share the yard and riverfront space.

Place was amazing, very clean, and cozy! The kitchen had everything in it to make dinners every night we were there! Very secluded in the mountains, and the views were spectacular! The fire pit and the hot tub also were great additions to our stay! Would definitely come back !

We spent 4 nights at this gorgeous cabin, and the property exceeded our expectations. The layout of the home is ideal for family or friend gatherings, providing plenty of communal space to cook, eat, and hang out together, while still offering enough privacy in the bedrooms. The setting is spectacular, surrounded by the classic, quiet beauty of West Virginia. We appreciated how clean and well-stocked the house was, making it easy to prepare meals and feel right at home from day one. It was a memorable stay, and we would definitely book this property again for future trips to the area.

What a space! It had everything we need and more. I really appreciate all the amenities that this space has. Family friendly, just perfect! Thank you for being responsive and making this such an ideal stay. Will deff be back if I’m ever staying in Luray.

We enjoyed our stay, and Tony was very communicative and provided detailed instructions and advice on local things to do. We especially enjoyed the quiet setting and the private access point to the creek and used the kayaks a few times! The place was clean and had plenty of space. WiFi was nice since we had no cell reception. We enjoyed exploring local towns, attractions, hiking and did something different every day. Spent plenty of evening using the grill and enjoying the deck.

The lock in our suite was broken and even though we reported it no one came to sort it which meant we were unable to go out throughout our stay.

We were only there for one night but really liked it! It was very cute and cozy and looked just like the pictures.

Beautiful stay for my wife’s birthday!We really enjoyed the seclusion to reconnect with each other and nature. Star gazing in the hot tube was so surreal especially when you’re from the city. The open layout is perfect if that’s your thing, we could see how it would be challenging with multiple couples or friends. The big window was the best TV show! And with the breeze from the open screen windows made us feel like we were in the woods but on the couch. Tony was very responsive and easy to talk to when we had questions. Overall a great birthday, experience, and stay.

Exactly as described. Cute glamping dome in the woods. Surprisingly spacious, decorated nicely with everything you would need in there for you…you do have to drive a bit to find some recreation in the area

Tony's place was great! The area was beautiful and I had my pick of amazing hikes! The place was clean and homey and the beds were super comfortable!

The place was exactly like it was described. The house was well maintained, and it provided a relaxing and comfortable home like feel. The views from the front of the house were breathtaking because of the mountains and the vineyard. The back of the house had amazing views of nature, we saw deers, beavers, and squirrels It set a very relaxing tone while relaxing in the hot tub. If you are looking for an amazing relaxing retreat, this place is it. We even had the opportunity to have a masseuse to come in for self-care massages! The stay was top-tier 10 out of 10.
