The house was great and got to enjoy the quiet river down the road. Tony was very responsive when running into issues with the hot tub and made sure we had a very enjoyable stay!

Solid spot for privacy

Amazing service and a stunning place. I would definitely recommend it to others!

Positive:
I liked the seclusion, the privacy. The villa was beautiful!

Negative:
The freezer wasn't clean. So we didn't use it. There was an oder in the freezer. And a q tip was on the bathroom floor. But other than that, it was perfect!

We loved it!

This was a wonderful piece of land I was able to stay on. Beautiful scenic views and fantastic amenities. There was a very fun scavenger hunt game and many other neat little additions. The only downside was that due to the unforseen amounts of rain the day prior to myself entering there was water in the lower level. After a quick conversation with the host we had this cleaned up and taken care of the following day. Other then that's the place was great. Hot tub was hot, fire pit was great and the kitchen was immaculate. I would absolutely stay here again if given the chance.

A nice place to land if checking out Berkeley Springs, Cacapon, and surrounding areas.

We had a fantastic stay for a long weekend. The location, house and host were perfect. The house was clean, quiet and the host was very proactive and communicative. We spent our weekend in the outdoors enjoying the amazing views and kayaking on the South Potomac. Could not ask for a better location, house or host.

Absolutely beautiful house and area! With the houses privacy and serene beauty it truly made it such a peaceful stay. The host gave great recommendations when it came to outdoor and indoor activities and had many amenities like games and a hot tub that fill the time on a rainy day easily. The only reason my review isn’t 5 stars was because of the water pressure being low and the tv glitching every once in a while. Besides that it was genuinely a great stay and I definitely hope to come back!

It was a beautiful location, the hot tub was delightful, and the evening sunset views were perfect.

Negative:
The refrigerator was very small, and we had to use our ice chests for auxiliary cold storage. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Really glad we found this place. Perfect location and nice spacious set up. Tony was very helpful and wanted to make sure we were taken care of.

My family loved this Airbnb. We had a quick pitstop and I’m glad we chose to stay here. Beautiful location, very private, and great amenities. Host is very responsive and communicated well. Check in was a breeze and we did not have any issues. 10/10 would recommend

Great place!

We had a wonderful stay here! The cabin looked just like the pictures and was in such a beautiful, peaceful setting right on the Shenandoah River. We loved being able to use the kayaks and spend time out on the river, and the hot tub was the perfect way to relax afterward.

Tony was a fantastic host and incredibly responsive whenever we had a question. He made everything easy and was quick to get back to us, which we really appreciated.

We also found a local shuttle service that picked us up after our river trip and brought us back to the cabin, which made the kayaking experience really convenient.

The only downside for us was that the bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but that’s a minor thing compared to how much we enjoyed the rest of our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this cabin for a relaxing getaway!

Secluded and beautiful stay. Enjoyed the quiet nature filled deck with a hot tub and sauna. Decor & furniture was modern and comfortable.
