Positive:
Our suite and shared lobby space were very nice and well appointed. Everything was clean, with water, coffee and snacks provided. A short stroll along a walking and biking path beside a pretty trout stream takes you directly to the small historic center of Luray, with several restaurants and shops.
Negative:
There were several issues with the digital access system during our stay. This seemed to be a new issue and will hopefully be eliminated quickly. Other than this, our stay was exceptional.

The whole experience was exceptional! Tony and Sarah were great to work with and the accommodations were as advertised and very comfortable. Easy walking to the restaurants and the Greenway Trail was right behind the Inn. ❤️❤️❤️

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was great and very close to Shenandoah park. The area seemed very peaceful and private. We did have some concerns about the cleanliness of the room. Tony was responsive and receptive to these concerns. Overall we really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again!

Positive:

Really enjoyed my stay in Luray at the Legacy Inn. Tony was very helpful and responsive and the inn was beautiful! The Eden Suite was comfortable and homey. Would recommend the Legacy Inn if you’re looking to spend some time in or near Luray, VA.

The place was perfect for our stay. Simple, clean, and comfortable. My mom and I loved the farmhouse feel of the building and our suite. I booked on very short notice and Tony was quick to confirm details and remained responsive throughout our stay. No issues at all!

Has charm and is walking distance to Main St. Close drive to Thornton Gap entrance of park. They offered snacks (fruit, bars), oatmeal packets and water. Functions more like a multi room Airbnb—no staff on premises.

We had a great stay in Luray to enjoy a hiking trip in Shenandoah. Excellent location, with easy access to the national park as well as walking distance to multiple restaurants in Luray. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The Eden suite is spacious, with a sitting area, large bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. We were expecting a continental breakfast each day, but note that this is unfortunately not available anymore. Tony and his team addressed this quickly. Overall a wonderful trip and we would stay here again.

Tony’s place was great! We stayed here for a trip to Shenandoah and it had everything we needed. It was only about 30-45 minutes from the parts of the park that we visited. The place was clean and had enough space for two friends, with each of us having our own rooms! It was also a nice touch to have few water bottles, coffee, and a few snacks in the common area. Thank you!

The on-site property manager was amazing. We couldn’t find the TV remote in our suite. She went right out and purchased a new one so we could enjoy some shows before bedtime. The linens were luxurious and the beds super comfy!
Negative:
Only negative was the staircase up to the Eden suite but the suite itself made my knees forget all about the stairs! Big beautiful claw foot tub in particular…

Positive:
Loved that an older home was turned into a hotel like place to stay. The house and room is very nicely decorated and cared for.
Negative:
There isn’t much selection for breakfast. There isn’t anyone on the property if you need something. You have to text. Although it is similar to an Air BnB situation. So not a bad experience just wasn’t expecting there to not be someone there.

There were great touches, like a sound machine in one of the rooms. The snacks in the kitchen area were perfect for starting the day with my kids. It was lovely to be able to walk along the creek to town. Overall the value was amazing for such a comfortable spacious suite!

It was our first time visiting Luray. Truly beautiful. Caverns were fascinating. And the soaking tub in Tony’s place was top notch. Had a wonderful time.

I enjoyed my stay at Tony’s place. The check-in was very easy, and the host was responsive. The place looks like the pictures posted. The place was relatively clean, and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely come back to stay again the next time I want to do some hiking in the area.

Very beautiful place. It says in the description, but it’s worth reminding that it’s not the whole house, there are different “mini apartments” each with bedroom, bathroom and living. There’s also a common area that is very nice and quaint. Bathroom was very beautiful, and the place is at a walking distance from pubs/restaurants.
