Tony was an excellent host who responded to questions very quickly. We really appreciated the hot tub being set up and ready to use after a long drive. The views were spectacular, the area was very peaceful, and we saw plenty of wildlife.

A beautiful mountain retreat. The digital house manual has tons of great info and any questions are answered quickly. A great rental and a great host.
Nice cozy place, blended in nature. The checkin was easy and Tony was very helpful . Easy access to hiking trails.
Our extended family met for a family vacation. The house, situated on a mountain, provided opportunities for the "littles" to have fun without worrying the neighbors might mind. The hot tub was a hit for everyone!
The house was large enough that we all had "our own space". The dining table allowed all of us to sit at the same table and converse while eating.
We enjoyed going into Berkeley Springs for massages at the State Park. The kids and adults appreciated learning about how George Washington toured the area while he was in the "wilderness" doing his survey work. We all enjoyed seeing GW's bathtub that was and still is, fed by natural mineral water.
Yes, we were in ALMOST HEAVEN while staying in the mountain house.
Everything was great. Hot tub was amazing, kitchen was stocked, beds were firm. This was our second time staying here, great value for the money.

We had a great long-weekend at the cabin. We picked it for the grill, the hot tub, and the fire pit, and these did not disappoint! The location is secluded but once you get down the ridge you're close to Berkeley Springs and Cacapon State Park: this makes the house a good home-base for exploring the area!

We truly enjoyed our stay. It is a perfect getaway in the woods. I loved the minimalist furniture and the hot tub so much and the kitchen!! Tony and his team offered great recommendations, and the small concern that we had, they were very responsive to. we look forward to being able to return again.

Tony & his team were amazing hosts! Super responsive and welcoming (they greeted us with a wine bottle and note)!
The home was impeccable, beautifully decorated with a modern feel up in the woods. The amount of windows made the cabin feel airy, the views visible at all times. Everything as pictured.
All amenities were cared for and VERY clean. Extra towels were provided and all kitchen utensils and supplies one would need were available (even ziploc bags!)
The location is perfect for walks and hikes, with a nearby and modern coffee shop. There is no service around the area, but the home was equipped with fast WiFi.
The home is also located near a beautiful lake/pond, with a beach access perfect for families with kids and just a few minutes away.
This was the perfect cabin getaway & I definitely recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.

It is a quiet place, ideal to rest, relax, enjoy with my family, the cabin is very comfortable and well maintained, I just need to enjoy some things that were not in operation, such as the kayak, whirlpool, I would still rent it again.

had a great stay at tony's place for an overnight trip to harper's ferry. kids loved the upstairs loft/game room. plenty of space. would definitely stay here again.

overall, it was a pleasure working with Tony. the property was private and exactly as it looked in pictures. I was very happy with our stay and he was very accommodating and responsive as a host. The property is well maintained and nice, private, and tucked away in the woods, which is perfect if youre hoping for a quiet getaway for camping/glamping. The property was clean and well upkept and was suitable for a getaway with a family of 5. Kid and dog friendly location in the woods with a kind a courteous host. I would gladly stay at a property hosted by Tony again and definitely recommend to others, this one in particular if you're looking for a quiet relaxing getaway in the woods.
