Beautiful home with comfortable beds, large table for big groups, and spacious living room with plenty of seating. Hot tub was a favorite among several in our group, and each room having its own bathroom was a huge seller for our group! Tony was extremely responsive to all of my questions and super friendly. Highly recommend if you want a getaway in West Virginia.

They offered me an extra night at discounted rate,cause property wasn’t booked again, when I accepted their offer they rescinded the offer saying it hadn’t shown up on their system and they had a new reservation.

Good stuff….The house was very nice, plenty of room and private. It was great for the purpose we wanted it for to spend time with our blended family who doesn’t get to do so very often.
Neutral/Negative stuff….The pullout beds had stains and debris on them and collections of animal hair under the couches.
I will agree with a past review that the oven is very small for the size of the house.
Overall communication was good, space and location were nice.

One of the BEST hot tubs we’ve had at an Airbnb. Wonderful big fire place inside for those cozy winter movie nights.

The home was very nice and our family really enjoyed the amenities. Tony was very helpful with recommending things to do and restuarants. He responded right away with any questions we had.

Very large mountain retreat allowing for family to spend time together but have room to spread out into small intimate groups too. Lots of bathrooms so all had their own.
The Hot tub is large, was clean and heated to 104 upon arrival.
The livingroom/ dining space, where we spent the majority of our time, was comfortable with a fireplace (bring your own logs) that we kept burning each evening. Very cozy.
The kitchen had everything needed, although the oven is rather small. I brought a lasagna tray that didn’t fit into the wall oven. i thought it strange that such a large l house would have such a small oven.
The little town of Berkeley Springs is artsy and had a cute little park around the historic spring area. Local shops were quirky and the local Food Lion had good selections. There is a Cat Cafe in town for feline lovers.
The house is secluded on the side of a mountain. Arrive during the daylight to find your way up the driveway for the first time. We would stay again.

What a wonderful refuge for a relaxing weekend to celebrate my husband’s birthday. This home is peaceful and spacious – a beautiful setting and the hot tub, spacious living areas, and beautiful scenery gave us a weekend to remember.
Tony provided clear information to help us prepare and was incredibly responsive.

Just so people Know, there’s is a four vehicle limit to the driveway. If you want more than that you have to park at a basketball court down the road and get a ride to the place. There will also be no showers, water pressure isn’t high enough to activate the valve for the shower. That all being said, we just had four vehicles, and the hot tub was great and the everything else was in working order. Good value! Thank you

The house a perfect size/option for our girls trip of 8. We had plenty of space to do all the things, puzzles, games and lounging.
Communication was great when I asked a few questions. Response time was quick.
We loved the screened in porch and the gas fireplace outside. It was peaceful. All of the beds were clean and comfortable. The space could use some updates, but for a cabin it was perfect and had all the amenities we needed. If I travel with a large group again, we would for sure stay here.

had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The host was super friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out easy. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with restaurants and shops nearby. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, a well-equipped kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The place made for a great weekend for our large group trip with friends. It was spacious, and the open dining room, games downstairs, and screened in porch offered us welcoming spaces to enjoy each other’s company. We did encounter several bugs in the house, and some appliance issues, but still enjoyed our stay.

Over all the property was great, the house was well kept and taken care of, for the most part it was clean and tidy and had the proper amenities that was needed for how many people we had.
The view of the house was beautiful and the nature surrounding the house really added to the sereneness of the area, so we really enjoyed the environment. But we did have a few issues. Based on the pictures in the listing, we were misled on some of the amenities that were provided. We didn’t know it was a HOA complex rather than a singular property, so we assumed the pool was at the house itseld, but found out that it was actually a 5 minute drive down into the main part of the complex. Also, the home was said to hold 16+ guests, but the pool pass only allowed 10 people at a time, so not all of us were able to swim together. We saw a picture of a field but were not able to locate it, even after asking the host where it was. The hot tub was functional, but it seemed to not have been cleaned, as you c

Positive:
The cabin is located in a very quiet and peaceful location. Allows you to reconnect with the outdoors while still enjoying the comforts of everyday life. The cabin is well maintained and was very comfortable.
Negative:
The only thing that we were a little disappointed about was the Jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom. The jets didn't work however, that was made up for with the outside private hot tub. Overall we absolutely loved it there.

Very friendly host but the house needed a lot of work. The deck is falling apart and splintering everywhere, and the doors are not easy to open and close. No community pool, dirty hot tub. Great area for long hikes, not the greatest for little kids.
