Really cute cabin within walking distance to the South Branch of the Potomac. It met our needs perfectly and the host was very accommodating. Would highly recommend.

The property was wooded and private, very quiet and felt safe. The home is as described and has everything you need for a family, games, hygiene products, a well stocked kitchen. The kids loved having their own space in the loft which is very cutely decorated. The host, Tony, was nice, responsive and tried to quickly resolve issues that came up.

We were in town for a baseball tournament held in Halfway. It was about 40 minutes to get there but not a bad drive. If you have motion sickness, pack the dramamine.

It's a charming little place that is probably really pretty in the fall with all the changing leaves.

Tony is a great host and very responsive. He leaves clear instructions for both accessing and using the place. The home is gorgeous and looks even better than on the photos. While you can see a few houses, the place feels secluded and private. I'm very happy with my stay and consider returning in the future.

We chose this property for a 2 week stay and somewhere to rest and reset after a stressful house sale before relocating from NJ to NC and it did not disappoint. It was peaceful during the day, we explored the area, bought local produce and totally un-wound. Sitting in the hot tub late at night and stargazing was incredible. The cabin was spotless and very well cared for, the whole stay was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at the Yurt, the listing was just as described. The host was very responsive and proactive. The space was beautiful, clean, unique, and peaceful. It had everything we needed to make meals and plenty of linens. As we continue our travels we will absolutely be looking for more stays like this and would be keen than happy to stay here again.

This place is wonderful! We were there as 8 in our family ages 9-69. There is lots to do for any age! Safe, comfortable, beautiful and peaceful. All beds great, 2 large bathrooms. The kitchen is complete and the outdoor grill is great. Many venues inside and outside to meet any mood or combination of who wants to do what and where. We very much enjoyed s’mores around the fire pit at night and loved the beautiful night sky after the Canadian fire smoke cleared away. There was evidently a wind storm that took down some trees just prior to our arrival, which made the trail to the river more of an adventure but didn’t prevent anything we wanted to enjoy. The best part for the kids, young and old is the river, there are many kayaks and inflatables and the river is extremely easy to navigate, both upstream and downstream. And bonus we saw the bald eagle multiple times. We highly recommend the space! The view is fabulous! Enjoy!

We had such a great time here! We did not want to leave! The host is not only very helpful but also very sweet. The house was well stocked with everything we needed :) We’d definitely go back in a heartbeat.

We had an amazing stay at Tony’s place! The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great trip. Tony was a fantastic host, very responsive and made the whole experience smooth from check-in to check-out. We truly loved the house and had a wonderful time. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

This place had everything we needed for a weekend retreat from the city. Tony and the host were great at communicating, prompt in their response to any issues we had and clear in their instructions for our stay there. Overall, it was a great stay.

The house was so beautiful, clean and welcoming! The owner responded fast and gave recommendations for local spots and attractions. Was an easy check in and check out. Was an over all amazing experience and I will be booking them once again in the future!

It’s a very nice place with lots of spots to relax. The sunroom and screened porch provide opportunities for people to spread out. We enjoyed the amenities at The Woods. Enjoyed watching deer from the deck.

Pure peace and tranquility!
This place was the absolute perfect getaway from the city. The house is completely surrounded by woods, and the view of the river right from the deck is breathtaking. Very quiet, private, and cozy. We couldn't have asked for a better spot to relax and unplug. Highly recommended!
