The location and the place itself were fantastic! The house had everything we needed and the property left us in awe of nature. We enjoyed the fishing pond and the hiking trails where we spend hours following the creek down the waterfall. The beautiful orchard was an eye pleaser. The only downside was that we were hoping to be able to pick our own fruit (as mentioned in the description, but it was fenced and we weren’t able to get an answer on how to get in. However, it didn’t spoil our impression of the house and the time spent enjoying beautiful views, sitting by the fire. Our getaway felt complete, and we would definitely return again and again.

Loved our time here! The cabin was clean, cozy, and tucked away in a great spot. The host was helpful, responsive, and easy to work with from booking to checkout. Would definitely stay here again for another mountain retreat!

We had a wonderful stay! The property is cozy, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Its convenient location provides easy access to both Cacapon Resort State Park and the charming town of Berkeley Springs, making it an ideal base for exploring the area.
Tony was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout our stay. We truly appreciated his communication and hospitality.
The only minor drawback was that the stairs to the upper level may be challenging for older guests or anyone with limited mobility. My mother found them somewhat difficult to navigate. Other than that, everything was great, and we would happily stay here again.
Loved it, everything was great. only issue was the microwave didnt work, nor did the downstairs tv work.

The house was clean and organized. Kitchen was well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The sauna was wonderful, a little hard to access and see the controls, but definitely worth figuring out. The location was very pretty! We did not try the hot tub, but it was not very private from the surrounding houses.
The first time we flushed the toilet on Thursday night water came up through the vinyl plank flooring. We immediately alerted Tony to the problem and he was hopeful to have someone out as quick as possible. No help arrived during our entire stay, so we used the "if it's yellow, let it mellow" method and always wore our shoes into the restroom.
Having read the review from spring '26 which mentioned the broken chairs by the fire pit, we were disappointed to find them in the exact condition in July.
The place did not have that crisp clean feeling to it. There were game pieces and colored pencils on the carpet when we arrived so we doubted if it had been vacuumed. A few more glasses and the Keurig that was in the pictures would've been nice! Woodsy cabin vibes overall.
Very quiet and.cozy cabin in a beautiful area. We spent about 10 hours and wished we had more time to enjoy the sorroubdings

Very Responsive hosts, they answered all questions and made sure my stay was great. Gave recommendations for restaurants/etc… will definitely come back again!

We had a bachelor trip here and it was the perfect out of the way getaway. It’s a large place so everyone had space to spread out, enjoy the nature, and catch up as we of friends do. The host is super proactive and friendly, was always responsive and helpful which made the whole experience very easy to navigate.
We enjoyed our stay! The kids loved sitting on the porch and walking in the stream. Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.
this place was a dream for my family. we had planned several activities but my kids were beyond thrilled to stay home, explore, and play in the creek. pictures dont do it justice- the water was beautiful.
Beautiful place, exactly as described. Tony was very communicative. We enjoyed the quiet, and the hot tub was great. We had al.ost everything we needed, but you will need to bring a lighter and firestarter if you are going to make a fire.
