When driving to the property you’ll find it hidden among the trees. Private and secluded, you’ll be able to enjoy peace and quiet on the deck out back over looking a wooded valley. With a seating area and dining area on the deck you can enjoy meals or a late night game. Out front you’ll find a manicured fire pit area with Adirondack chairs to sit around the camp fire. Inside there is a spacious dining area with a handmade West Virginia artisan wooden table. The living room has a wood burning fireplace to enjoy chilly nights snuggled in the living room. There’s a 55” Roku TV in the living room for all of your streaming accounts. A Pac Man machine and a Golden Tee arcade is in the living room and can provide hours of fun for all ages and up the stairs there are books and games for the whole family. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to cook family meals together.

There are two bedrooms on the main floor. One bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2), while the other bedroom has a full bed with a twin bunk above, plus a pull-out trundle bed underneath (the room sleeps 4 and is great for families with kids). Upstairs there is a private queen bed in a spacious room with a desk for those who may need to do some work during their stay. The bathroom is on the main level and includes a tub/shower combination, toilet and sink.

The sports center is a 3 minute drive. The golf course club house is a 6 minute drive. Wintercamp Park is a 10-12 minute drive.

The roads are fully paved leading to the property. Use the driveway for parking.

Our cabin is located in The Woods Resort, a private community with an 18-hole golf course (with low green fees), spa, a restaurant and pub, and miles of walking/hiking trails. It’s considered the best course in the area, and the pub food is pretty great too!

During your stay, you'll have access to the members-only Sports Center, the perfect option for a wintery or rainy day (and just a 5 minute walk from the cabin). The Sports Center includes:

- Indoor heated swimming pool
- Large whirlpool
- Tennis court
- Racquetball court
- Multi-purpose court for volleyball and basketball
- Fully equipped exercise room with free-weights and many workout machines

(Note: because the Sports Center is for members only, we need to set aside guest passes for your use. We’re charged a per-day fee for each guest over 5 years old – but we’re happy to provide these for you free of charge! If you plan to use the Sports Center, just call or text us that morning and we’ll be sure they set aside passes for you and your group.) 🙂
