A great place and a good location. We were able to go rafting, hiking, and there is a good local church. The hot tub was great too!

Beautiful secluded getaway! The house was cozy & well decorated, with all of our basic necessities provided. Bed comfort was a 10/10!

It was so peaceful to be able to completely disconnect and just enjoy the nature & our company. Be aware at the house there is VERY limited service, if you must… download movies/music before you hit the mountain.

About a 4 min drive down the hill is the Cacapon River, where we could walk across on large rocks and splash around with the dogs.

Another 20 mins down the mountain (which has TONS of beautiful views and lookouts along the whole way) is a small town that has great antique shops and a yummy coffee spot!

Tony the host was 100% on point with his communication and information. Our next trip to WV we will definitely be booking with him again!

Great way to recharge with friends! Definitely make time to visit the lake, rent a canoe/kayak or paddle board and venture around - you can even take it to the beach. It's an absolute blast!

(If you're lucky, ask locals for secret spots and you might find gems around the community.)

If anyone here wants to venture outside the property, and swim around waterfalls, check out Swallow Falls State Park. It is $3 per MD resident and $5 per non-MD resident. Make a day trip out of it, you will not regret it!

Anyways, my friends and I had a lovely time. Tony's a great host, and always on point if you ever have any questions. 👍👍

Quiet getaway in the woods

Amazing cabin in WV! I've stayed in another cabin in the Berkeley Springs area at the same price point but Tony's cabin blew that one out of the park. Easy to get to, squeaky clean, well stocked with essentials and excellent communication from the host. Felt very comfortable and cozy there, didn't need a thing! Loved the well equipped kitchen (Sharp knives! and I could have made a 3 course meal for a crowd from scratch with the tools pots/pans and dishes provided) No complaints from me will likely be returning.

This is a very sweet place. There are modern updates and still some old town charm. The location is away from the center of town and nice and quiet.

The house is well equipped, with sheets, towels, and kitchen essentials. The host Tony was very responsive to questions.

My family and I enjoyed the stay at this beautiful, and secluded home! It was close to local family we were visiting, so was a perfect location and great value! had everything we needed, offered plenty of space and was very quiet! We will certainly be back!

Very quite and peaceful location. Owner very easy to get ahold of and does whatever he can to ensure you stay is perfect.

Cozy and welcoming. Three levels include plenty of room to spread out. Wonderful if you have teens that want their own space. No regrets staying here. Highly recommend.

Love this place so much! So much in fact we come to WV each year around this time. We will be coming here again next year!!

This cabin is one of the most well-appointed and well-located cabins I’ve stayed at in the Shenandoah region. It’s nicely removed from the closest town (but you can still get to grocery stores in under 30 mins) and nestled in gorgeous woods with no visible nearby neighbors. We were visited by a family of deer every day. That said, the cabin has reliable and strong AC, a fully appointed kitchen, streaming services on the TV, and Wi-Fi. The porch has a lovely swing set, along with other seating options and a gate if you want to keep the pup from running after the deer. Cozy and isolated, with a very responsive and accommodating host - you can’t go wrong at Tony’s cabin.

This is a lovely spot and my family, including three children, had a wonderful time. It's clean, quiet, attractive, and a little off the beaten path but still close to town and - best of all - a 15-20 minute drive to amazing beaches. Tony was an attentive host, quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!
