If you need an escape from the everyday hustle and bustle, THIS is the perfect place to do so! The price is great, it's PET-FRIENDLY, and there's an incredible hot tub that's privately located in the back of the house with an amazing view of the changing tree colors and nearby ridge line. The space is plentiful, they offer basic appliances, and there's an incredibly simple check-in/check-out process. In addition, you still have plentiful cell phone service even though you feel nice and secluded in the cabin. One BIG thing I have to note is that Tony (landlord) is sooooo incredibly communicative. I appreciated that part so much! He even checked in with me throughout the trip just to make sure I was comfortable and settled in without any issues.

Tony's cabin is such a lovely little place on the mountain side with an incredible view! Tony was so helpful. We had such a wonderful time and really enjoyed star gazing in the hot tub and waking up and watching the deer grazing out on the hill side. Highly recommend this place! Spectacular host!!
We loved our stay! Perfect location and the cabin was beautiful. Tony was extremely communicative. We are looking forward to staying here again!
The cabin was perfect!! The kitchen had what we needed to cook a meal. The bed was comfortable. Everything was super clean! Loved the deck and the lights. Had a great time!
Little Fawn was just as described! The hot tub, grill, and fireplace are great amenities. We had a great week at the cabin!
We had a really great time at the cabin. It was clean, well appointed, very private, and close to Berkeley Springs and lots of other attractions. We would certainly stay again if we're in the area. Thanks!
There is a lot of attention to detail you can appreciate at the cabin- it was super clean, smelled fantastic, and the decor made it such a relaxing and welcoming space. The hot tub worked well and Tony provides clear instructions for how to use it. The entire house manual he sends is chock full of helpful to answer any potential questions you may have- it also includes good recommendations for the area such as Capacon State Park, Charlotte’s Cafe, and Berkeley Springs Brewing Co. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay, but the cabin would also be great for families or a group of a few friends to fully make use of all of the amenities (hot tub, fire pit, outdoor grill, deck, lawn games.)
The cabin is right in the woods, which is really nice, but be prepared for some narrow and graveled roads to reach it. My old Camry did perfectly fine though.
A wonderfully secluded cabin, great for getting away and relaxing! Tony communicates well, and we had no issues with our stay.
Excellent stay. Wonderful place. Wonderful host!
The location is great for that remote cabin feel you want with this kind of air bnb. I recommend arriving during daylight cause it gets tricky to see at night! Kitchen/dining area is small but enough space for 1 person to get around. The screened in porch was great and the jacuzzi looked great as well even though we didn’t use it.
Tony was very attentive via text so that was a nice touch.
Everything is as you’d expect from the rental description, great views, quiet country, warm and cozy cabin - what stood out was how great a host Tony was. Before even coming up he shared a doc with instructions and details, and communication was very on point; in case any issues arose I felt I wasn’t alone in those mountains.
Thanks Tony!
We absolutely loved our stay at Tony's place. It was an easy to access location with great hiking less than 10 minutes away. The hot tub was wonderful in the evenings. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were cozy and the towels were fluffy (it's a rare airbnb find to get all of these!) The house is stocked with EVERYTHING you might need. We particularly loved finding the marshmallow sticks for s'mores by the fire, a selection of coloring books for out little one and a pack of new batteries to replace one that died. What a gem! Will definitely stay again.
Amazing little peaceful cabin!
It was an amazing getaway, Tony was very nice and made sure our stay was comfortable. The hot tub was our favorite part! Will definitely stay again.
A little piece of heaven in Virginia! If you’re looking to enjoy Shenandoah, George Washington national forest or any of the gorgeous country in between I can’t recommend this place enough. The cabin was lovely and Tony is a warm and incredibly helpful host
My family stayed a night in this cabin and it was perfect. Being our trip was so short, the location was ideal to spend as much time in town as we could before we had to head home. Only blocks from downtown, charming cabin and friendly neighbors. The host was very responsive and knowledgeable of the area. Thank you for a great stay!
Tony's cabin was a great weekend getaway. The cabin was very clean and cozy and easy to find. The Devil's Nose hike at the end of the neighborhood was perfect for us and our dog and the hot tub after was relaxing! Definitely recommend staying here!
Weekend trip away from home
A wonderful place and a great area to escape the daily life noise and to enjoy a great time around the fire with family.
Had a great solo stay with my two pups! Thought I would end up reading a lot but instead just stared out at the gorgeous view from the screened in porch-- happened to be there for peak leaf turning so it was all a sea of orange and yellow! So stunning, especially in the misty mornings and with the sunset light streaking through the leaves. Definitely loved relaxing in the hot tub, and greatly appreciated that the kitchen had all the basics! We had everything we needed and cant wait to go back. No real wildlife sightings (for better or for worse!) beyond a randomly panicking woodpecker and a fussy squirrel, but thankfully far enough from humans to feel peaceful and one with nature.
The road getting out there is definitely a bit rough so I imagine any rain or snow might make it hard to drive on for two-wheel drive cars, so just take it slow and don't rush!
Booked this on a whim, just to get away for a night. I was kind of nervous driving up the mountain and into the driveway, but the house was cozy, quiet, and had everything I needed. I spent a lot of time in the hot tub, just listening to music and watching the leaves fall. The grill was great, and outdoor seating area was a perfect place for coffee and reading. Bed was very comfortable. Perfect spot to get away from the city for a bit and enjoy nature. Thank you, Tony!
