The house was great. The view is amazing. The hot tub was our highlight. Tony was helpful and very responsive from beginning to end. The listing mentions a weak AT&T signal, but our Verizon signal was strong. We had absolutely no problems with connectivity. I recommend this stay to anyone considering it!

We had a wonderful stay! Tony was a great host - so friendly and responsive to any questions we had! The cabin was very clean and was perfect for our relaxing getaway. Loved the peaceful surroundings and the cabin was not too far away from Berkeley Springs and other adventures!

My Wife and I stayed at Tony’s cabin for a little weekend getaway and we loved it! The cabin is decorated beautifully and it was spotless clean. We loved being able to lounge in the hot tub and heading the creek right next to it.
We were a little surprised by how close the cabin was to the road. By the end of the trip we were wishing we could stay a few more days as we just kept falling in love with it more and more.

Tony’s cabin in the woods is the perfect getaway into nature. My dog and I absolutely loved walking around the woods by the cabin. One of our favorite stops was the hike to Rockcliffe Lake.

This was such a cozy cabin in a private space. It was a wonderful opportunity to unwind and unplug.
Although the location is wonderful, the property needs major work. The hot tub was dirty. A bullet hole was found in the bedroom window, the floors were caving in, wall patches were thru out the home, and mold was found in the bathroom. The biggest concern was the plumbing and septic system. The septic system needs to be replaced. The bathroom smelled so bad of septic gas that it made us sick. The smell engulfed the entire home to the point where we had to sleep with the windows open. We could not use the bathroom and had to venture out to a public bathroom. We also found blood in one of the closets. Serious health and safety issues. Tony was very responsive but unfortunately due to the extreme circumstances, he was unable to fix the issues during our stay. The septic issue was experienced by previous guests as well. I am hoping Tony will be able replace the septic system, complete major renovations and hire a new cleaning crew because Little Fawn has such charm.

Stayed 2 nights with my Dog Sprout. The Cabin was perfect as a quiet place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Tony was proactive with his communications, checking in on me daily. The kitchen had everything I needed to make meals including cooking spray, spices, etc... I would highly recommend this rental for those looking for some peace and quiet. Thanks Tony!
This cabin is a great place for a weekend getaway, very quiet and peaceful. We got a little snow in the morning one day, that was very serene. Overall extremely pleased with the cabin and the private nature of the property. We were welcomed with a thoughtful bday surprise that was unexpected and greatly appreciated.
