Our weekend here was great! The views are stunning and give a feeling of tranquility. The host was communicative and polite. We had no issues and would recommend it. The loft bedroom is a nice touch and the windows give a great wake-up view. You can't see in the photos, but the tv is above the dining table and has HDMI wires. Also, there were a fire pit and hot tub, but we didn't get a chance to use them even though we would have.

Great place!

For my first ever Airbnb, it was an excellent experience! Tony was super helpful and pleasant to work with. He answered all of my questions that I had in a very timely manner. The house was exactly as described. Very clean and cozy, felt like home. The fire pit and hot tub were a perfect way to end our day. The house was located just a few minutes away from Cacapon State Park. There are plenty of hiking trails and a really nice restaurant. You must check it out! Berkeley Springs State Park is also just a few miles away. I highly recommend visiting the town and shopping at the little shops. I would definitely go back and recommend staying here to everyone. 5 Stars!

Very beautiful, great host. It was a nice weekend get away, great views. I like how private it is.

Came for a weekend away from the city, and was able to enjoy the peaceful and quiet environment in the comfortable cabin. The hot tub and nice big firepit were great amenities we used a lot during our quick stay. Also Tony’s communication and responsiveness were above and beyond!

Tony was an amazing host he stayed in contact with me before and during my three day stay with my two kids and fiancée. His cabin in the woods is just ultimately beautiful. Very clean and spacious. We used the passes for the sports center as well which had an indoor pool, playground and workout area. The hot tub under the stars at night WAS JUST PEACEFUL AND BEYOND PERFECT. And the I highly recommended any of Tonys places as you will not be disappointed with the house, location or host. I will be definitely be booking another cabin by Tony 😍

We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay at Tony's cabin. It had everything you would want for a relaxing weekend in the woods; we enjoyed mornings on the sunny deck, cozy evenings by the fire, and nights soaking in the hot tub after hiking in Shenandoah National Park. It took about an hour- an hour an a half to get to the hikes we wanted to do (Old Rag) but was well worth it. There are plenty of other things to do nearby and Tony was very responsive and willing to give recommendations. Would highly recommend this beautiful stay.

This was the perfect place for a relaxing city escape - super short drive from DC. Relaxing in the hot tub or by the fireplace after a nice hike was great! This was a modern cabin in the middle of nature with the amenities you want. Wifi was great and worked for Zoom meetings and streaming when not enjoying the beautiful nature all around. Tony was super helpful and responsive! Like any Airbnb, you can’t rely on small things being available so plan ahead as the stores are far away. For example there was no salt or laundry detergent, but there were things we didn’t expect like conditioner and coffee. I’m sure it just depends on timing and previous guests so definitely not an issue, just something to plan for! Can’t wait to go back! We didn’t get a chance to use the firepit or grill or lake but nice to have those options as well. Close to Berkley Springs. Five stars for sure!

Tony’s place was very clean. We enjoyed having a comfortable king size bed. We liked the privacy and hot tub. The deck would be a nice feature when the weather is warmer. Pet friendly is a must for us. Tony is great at communicating.

This is a great little getaway spot. If you’re looking to disconnect (literally—no internet or service) this is a great option. If you’re trying to stay closer to Berkeley Springs specifically and not tied to outdoor/forest experience, I’d recommend checking Tony’s other postings instead. As a host: Tony is amazing and I would definitely book with him again!

Some suggestions if you book this spot:
-bring extra towels if you plan to use the hot tub
-there were limited “kitchen essentials” for cooking. Bring your own spices, foil, plastic wrap, etc. as they are not supplied. Salt, pepper, oil were provided (and I left behind some garlic powder for the next person :)
-I would say all-wheel drive / 4-wheel drive is a nonnegotiable. I can’t see a front-wheel drive vehicle making it up the mountain, especially with any chance of rain.
-the closest grocery store is a small store 20 minutes away, so I’d recommend buying any groceries beforehand, or do better planning ahead.

Hot tub was amazing and Tony was the greatest host, very friendly and responsive. He offered plenty of recs but we just wanted a few days of r and r and to get out of the city. And at a less than two hour drive from dc this place was perfect for that. Used the grill and the fire pit was nice. The lake beach/ dock was nice too and would make for great swimming in summertime and just 5 min away.

Tony was really nice and checked in with us via text a couple of times to make sure we were alright and provided some reminders for the check out process. Overall, it was a positive experience and just what we needed for a middle-of-nowhere getaway. The area was fairly private (we were there in February so trees were not filled in) and relatively close to a handful of places (~20 minutes to Cacapon brewery that we visited, which was great). A few things of note: (1) The pictures made the living and kitchen spaces look larger than they are, but for the two of us it was perfectly fine; (2) fireplace hearth was covered in ash and dust from the fireplace, which we cleaned up in order to properly work on the logs; (3) the dials on the grill were all left on and the propane tank was left open so there was no gas left. We didn't check it out until we were ready to grill so we were disappointed to not be able to use it.

I recently found out my dog had kidney disease, so for her final birthday I wanted to take her away on a peaceful trip in the mountains. We got more then we expected. The house and view were amazing, we were even able to stay an extra night due to no one booking the day we were supposed to leave. We definitely enjoyed our time and plan on making it back some day. High recommended!!
