Tony was great! The stay was fantastic, we enjoyed sitting by the fire and relaxing in the hot tub! Tony was very responsive and even texted me check out instructions which was so nice that I didn’t have to go searching through my phone for the packet of instructions! Overall great I loved that I was able to communicate with him so easily if we needed anything! He even gave us a list of things to do and places to eat!

A wonderful place to unwind!
Positive:
We loved how clean the cabin was. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided. The hot tub was great and the property around the cabin was neat to explore.
Negative:
WiFi would be nice to have, but then again it was really nice to get a break and unplug!
We couldn't have been happier with this place. It worked perfectly for a large group (three families with at total of six adults and seven children.) The common area is a perfect place to hang out, eat, chat, play games, watch movies, listen to music, whatever. The bedrooms, meanwhile, are secluded enough to offer privacy and the fact that each room has its own bathroom is a huge plus. And the beds are very comfortable. The hot tub was a great touch and the house sits up toward the top of Coolfont, giving incredible views. There's great hiking right there in the community, or you can travel a short distance to other trails. We also went down to use the salt water pool at the resort, and hit up the nearby brewery. Can't recommend this place enough. We'll almost certainly book again in the future.
The cabin is very cozy. I love the bunk bed. It’s not too far away from gas station, grocery stores, etc. The yard is nice.
What a beautiful cabin. We enjoyed the quiet and peacefulness of the neighborhood and it even snowed while we were there so that was an added bonus. Tony was a great, communicative host!

Great place, as shown and described. It was surprisingly beautiful in the winter with the snow. Near some trails but not much else. Make sure to bring your own food. Noticed a weird smell in one of the rooms but could have been a fluke. Also noticed the wind made considerable noise but likely not an issue for other seasons. Thanks!
The cabin was cosy and inviting, and the location was close to great hiking and outdoor activities, as well as Berkeley Springs and Harpers Ferry.
We loved our stay at the cabin. It was quiet and peaceful, which is exactly what we were looking for. The cardinal others have mentioned was there every morning. The hot tub was relaxing, the bed was comfy, and Tony was communicative and great!
absolutely loved staying at Tony’s place! a perfect spot for a couple or small family/group, we loved chilling out in the quiet (and in the hot tub). my FWD sedan made it the way there despite slightly slippery roads, just drive slow! i hope to be back one day soon!
We had a great stay! The cabin was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The fireplace was cozy and of course the hot tub was perfect. The location is great. We enjoyed being close to Berkeley Springs and also to remote hiking options. Tony was very communication and we had no issues. Thanks Tony!

Beautiful place in the woods! We loved the hot tub (which I believe maxes out at 8 people) and fireplace. Very cozy. Great streaming services. Within 20-30 minutes of great restaurants, artsy towns, and several spas. Beautifully decorated rooms. We didn't use the firepit, but it's a great option for cooler nights. Tony was very friendly and communicative. Would stay here again!

This is a nice find, great location in between the National Park and the National Forest and close enough to Luray to find fun things to do.
Our stay here was quite magical. The weather was brisk but beautiful and snowy! The cabin itself was perfect for our family of four, very quaint and cozy. It was honestly exactly what we had hoped for and matched the description to a T. We definitely will be returning again in warmer weather to be able swim and do water activities.
Tony was an excellent host! He was very responsive, and proactive with many communications.He gave fantastic recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the area. It was a lovely, low key getaway with fantastic views to enjoy. Highly recommended!
Tony your cabin is awesome! Our stay would have been perfect but neither shower had hot water on check out morning. We were asked to leave promptly at 10. Our check out day was the first day of daylight savings and had zero time to troubleshoot the issue. We would love to stay here again if you will let us.
Great cabin in the backwoods of WV complete with a hot tub. Place was a bit difficult to find especially at night and w/o cell service but wood fireplace was a nice touch and bed was comfy. Took about 20-25 min to get into town from the cabin which is not the most convenient but expected when you rent a place in the woods!
