Positive:
Fairly easy to find and closely located to town. Comfortable and convenient.
Negative:
The property charges $90 for cleaning fee, yet they demand you wash your dishes, take out the trash and arrange the furniture if moved. The guest ends up doing the things paid for by the cleaning fee or “gauging fee.”
This cabin in the woods is so cozy and has beautiful views! It was nice for a get away for the night :) the host responded quick and was super helpful!
( I am glad that I didn’t bring my Cadillac just because I dont think it would’ve made it up the drive way or that area) it’s a pretty steep and long gravel driveway, we made it up fine in our suv. It was a wonderful time and I would stay again! :)

Spent a lovely night in this cute cabin in the woods! It was super easy to find and let ourselves in, the decor was lovely, it was super cozy and full of extra nice little touches. We loved the big screened porch! Would definitely recommend. :)
We had a very nice stay! Everything was as said and Tony was a fast communicator so that was nice as well. The cabin and amenities were great and the location made going out to do things nearby very convenient.
Tony's place was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed getting away from the city and relaxing in this off-the-beaten-path chalet. The place is large enough to host a large group (6+) if you are okay with bunk beds. It was just my wife and I, so it felt pretty luxurious.
We would love to stay at this place again.
Cute home with comfy porches. Close to town and grocery store. Tony was always responsive and did a great job.
Fantastic time there. we had the most relaxing time. could use a relaxing comfy couch and floors were very dirty.
It was a lovely home decorated very tastefully and had an owl theme that was awesome and complimented the outdoors and surroundings. Tony was very helpful and quick to address any issues. We will definitely recommend this place and plan to arrange a full week trip again this year.
Had a great stay at Tony's place. The cabin is tucked away in the woods with a lot of privacy, surrounded by nature. Great getaway from city life! Huge wraparound porch with hot tub and grill. Enjoyed coffee on the porch in the morning while listening to birds chirping! Tony was helpful and responsive via text. Awesome experience overall!

Stayed here for a birthday/girls weekend trip and it was wonderful. The house is cute, cozy, and there was plenty of room for 7 of us. The host was so thoughtful, he texted directions and specifics about check in before we got there, and prepped us for an easy checkout as well. He responded quickly to all our questions and was very accommodating. I hope to get the chance to go back!

This was a good no-frills cabin in the woods with use of a recreation area for hanging by the river. My family appreciated the access to Berkeley Springs, Cacapon State Park and plenty of areas for fishing. The bunk beds were fun for our kids too.

Tony and his cabin are amazing. It’s a beautiful and quiet property where you can sit down and just relax. There were a number of nearby hiking trails that provided great wildlife viewing and some interesting terrain. Tony is amazing. He was super friendly when communicating and gave some great recommendations for restaurants and activities. Loved the cabin and Tony is a super host!
We loved staying at Tony’s! He was very responsive and helpful. There are even a few amenities you can’t see in the pictures - a grill, hot tub, and TV (which we didn’t use because the view was too lovely). The place was incredibly comfy and peaceful. It is far away (~30 min from nearest Walmart full grocery store) from a lot of things so I recommend getting groceries etc on the way in. Perfect get away!
The cabin is private and quiet. The view is beautiful. The hot tub was great. If you enjoy a place in the woods you will love this place.
