We enjoyed our stay in these cozy cabins. It was nice sitting around the fire pit and enjoying the hot tub surrounded by peaceful woods. Cabin is very clean, modern, and well stocked for an enjoyable stay.

This spot was awesome! Exactly as photographed. So much to do nearby (trails, lake, downtown amenities). We most appreciated Tony and his team’s responsiveness. We did arrive during a time of heavier rains, which did leak into the main entrance some. The following day we laid out the wet rug and mat to dry and they did quick. Some additional utility towels to wipe up the wet floor would be useful next time. Generally an awesome and unique experience I recommend to all.

We had a great stay! The cabin was wonderful, comfortable, and we really enjoyed our time there. There were plenty of blankets and towels, which was great.
One suggestion would be to have a few pots or saucepans available in addition to the frying pans, as that would make cooking easier. We also noticed there were only two spoons available.
Another suggestion would be to consider having the check-out time at 12:00 PM, especially since check-in is at 4:00 PM. It would give guests a little more time to pack up and leave without feeling rushed.
Other than those small things, everything was great, and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for your hospitality!

10/10 only wish we could of stayed longer! Pictures don’t do justice we were pleasantly surprised at how spacious as well. Would definitely come back!

My family and I had an amazing stay at Tony's property! Everything looked exactly as the photos, and was beautifully surprised with the views and scenery in the area.
We had a great stay at Tony’s! He was very responsive and we loved the outdoor spaces especially- a great covered balcony and the fire pit. Alpine Lake was an amazing area. So nice to escape the DC humidity and relax
A brief, but wonderful stay. Really quiet, but super close to Berkeley Springs. The beds were so comfortable! Loved the hot tub, and rocking on the front porch.
