Really nice house with a great hot tub and fireplace! Kitchen was nice and big, really nice wrap around deck with grill, and a very comfy bed. There’s tons of trails all around for hiking close by.

We enjoyed the stay overall, but were surprised that our request for late checkout was denied… due to a strict cleaning schedule. We confirmed that no one was checking in on our check out day. It became clear we were just talking to a management company that really didn’t care, rather than Tony himself.
The hot tub had a siltiness that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. We weren’t sure if it was skin and oils from previous users. The fridge was barely working, and the food might have gone bad, but we only stayed two days. They also don’t provide firewood.
Overall, it was a nice stay with a great group of friends. It didn’t really feel hospitable though… it felt more like an investment property.

Everything was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well put together. Tony was an excellent host—he checked in with us multiple times throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed, which we really appreciated. His attentiveness made the experience even better. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

We had a great time at the cabin! very accommodating in terms of items supplied, cleanliness and space. we drove up in the night time though and finding the place was a bit challenging as we weren’t abled to use our gps once we got close, we had to follow a listed set of directions to get there which. otherwise it was a great stay!

This is truly a wonderful place with lots of space to spread out. The hot tub worked fine from what I could see. You feel isolated even though there are other cabins. I will be back for sure !

We had a great stay at Tony’s place. Everything worked very well, but the house is smaller than it appears on the website. Three of the four bedrooms are very small, and so are the two bathrooms and the living area. Fortunately, the weather was great so we spent most of our time outdoors.

The place was beautifully situated in the woods. The house was clean and every room felt welcoming. The hot tub was conveniently located and easy to get in and out as well as clean and hot. The host was excellent with communicating and flexible with check-in times.

Our family enjoyed our short stay here. Having plenty of clean linens provided was very convenient and the shared living room/dining space ideal for our group of 9! Definitely could use some updating, and wish all the bedrooms had A/C or a fan, vs only in the living room and master. Lots of steps to get in, so anyone with mobility issues should note! Host was very responsive and all instructions were very clear.

Overall we had a nice time. We enjoyed the hot tub, deck and plenty of space for all of us to sit at the dining room table. We also appreciated the towels for the hot tub and extra towels.
The air conditioner worked well to cool off the kitchen, living room and dining room. The master bedroom also has an AC which worked well. The problem is the other 3 bedrooms not only don’t have an AC they also do not have a fan. It was very warm with the doors closed for privacy. We had to buy fans for the second night. I recommend you bring fans if staying here in the summer.

Tony was a great host and this house was amazing! Came with 7 friends and it felt like home away from home. The house was spacious, clean, and exactly as describe and it was near a lot of the activities around the area, so it was very convenient. Overall a great experience!

Our first time in Berkeley Springs and both the house and the downtown was great. The house is located in nice quiet hilly neighborhood so it could be challenging to all around if you have old people in your group and entrance is one flight up with many steps. The check out time of 10am was not convenient and we ended up adding a day to leave later in the afternoon. Tony did offer a discounted rate for extending the stay. Other than that, we do recommend this place and will use it again next year for our reunion.

4 out of 5 stars (maybe 4 and a half!). Tony did a great job of communicating, checkin was very easy, and the location is beautiful! The reading nook in the loft is one of the best views I’ve seen in a while! The hot tub, the woods, the reliable WiFi, and the big open living room make this an incredible spot.
My one big drawback was the cooling of this place in the summer. There were window A/C units in some of the rooms, but not all of them, and some of the bedrooms got VERY warm at night (so much so that one of the guests couldn’t sleep and had to go to another room). Some of the appliances were also old and not in great shape (one of the burners didn’t work on the stove and the fan above the stove didn’t work either).
I would definitely stay here again, but hope some of the little issues can be fixed.

Me and my fiance and our dog stayed at Tony’s place for four days, and it was honestly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. The property was so peaceful and beautiful — exactly what we needed to relax and recharge. The hot tub on the property was amazing, especially after a day of hiking nearby (the area had some really great trails!). We spent our evenings just soaking in the hot tub and enjoying the quiet, and it couldn’t have been more perfect.
Inside the house, everything was super clean and fully stocked — from the kitchen essentials to all the little things you don’t even realize you need until you find them already there. We cooked most of our meals during the stay and had everything we needed, which made it feel even more like home.
Tony was an incredible host — super friendly, a great communicator, and made everything really easy for us from check-in to check-out. It really shows how much he cares about making sure his guests have a great time.

I am speechless. My family and I needed a place to stay on short notice. We arrived after dark. As soon as we turned on the lights, we fell in love with this cabin nestled in the woods. A faint hint of wood smoke hung in the air of the immaculately clean main room. The next morning, my girls sat at the bistro table on the walk way overlooking the main room to read and soak up some sunshine. We all enjoyed the clean, spacious hot tub.
Overall, this felt like a cross between a thoughtfully appointed vacation home and a trip to grandma's house.

We wanted a quiet getaway to a cabin in the woods, not too far from home, and Tony’s place was perfect. Being that it was off-season with below-freezing temps, the value was perfect and the quiet surrounded us. The cabin had everything we needed (including a snow shovel, which we didn’t need, thank goodness) to relax for two days with friends in front of the fireplace and in the hot tub. The cabin was simply appointed and with comfortable beds and plenty of towels (hot tub), and we cooked in well both nights. As a host, Tony was very friendly and very responsive. We would definitely consider returning when there are leaves on the trees!

We had a great trip for New Years. The house was great, and having a hiking trail right next to it was a huge highlight. With the exception of not finding any measuring spoons, we found the house to be stocked fine and enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I wanted to relax and enjoy nature. We wanted a quiet place to go with beautiful views. It was our 20th year anniversary. We absolutely got what we wanted! Staying at Berkeley’s Springs was amazing. We got to experience new things and fell in love with the views! Everyone was very nice and friendly, we felt at home! Tony was a great host. He always respond quickly. We did not need much! I thank you for a wonderful stay! And the jacuzzi was amazing!

Tony was an amazing host . Great communication all around . The place had all the amenities as described . We ran into a minor hiccup with the oven, but Tony made sure a handyman was home to check it out within few minutes . That gave us a sense of assurance for sure .

The cabin itself was cute and clean, however we had some issues.
- We reported maintenance problems that were not resolved during our stay (clogged sink, leaky roof, broken burner).
- The house only has two window AC units which don’t cool the bedrooms so we had to sleep with the bedroom doors open.
- The listing photos show a pool but we later learned it’s not available for guests.
- Three separate times we were offered late check out but when we accepted, our request was denied.
- The day before our stay, they sent a lengthy rental agreement we were required to sign with rules not previously disclosed at booking.
Overall, even though the cabin was nice enough, there were too many hiccups to recommend the stay. The property is managed by a large rental company that utilizes automated messaging to appear attentive but they don’t actually solve any problems that come up.

My family enjoys quiet and restful vacations the most. This location was quiet and great for walks, which we really appreciated. The hot water worked well, and the jacuzzi was nice. However, there were a few inconveniences. First, the floor wasn’t cleaned properly, and the blanket was too thin to be suitable for winter. It also looked very different from the photos. Additionally, the stairs were slippery, and the carpet didn’t have any anti-slip measures, so I almost fell. The water pressure in the toilet was low as well. These might not have been issues if the weather was warm, but in winter, they seemed unsafe, so I’m leaving this review.

They have wonderful communication skills and respond at reasonable times. They’re just amazing hosts in general !!!

Tony was an amazing host . Great communication all around . The place had all the amenities as described . We ran into a minor hiccup with the oven, but Tony made sure a handyman was home to check it out within few minutes . That gave us a sense of assurance for sure .
The house itself was well kept and in a great location.
