Absolutely sublime from start to finish. Very responsive and helpful hosts and the house itself was just lovely. I cannot recommend enough!

This was a good location and close to a lot of things nearby. The kids loft area was great for my kids, they really enjoyed playing up there and making up games. They also enjoyed the arcade games in the basement. The place was as pictured and it was nice to have the sauna and hot tub as amenities. We were not able to use the hot tub the first 2 days because it was dirty and needed to be professionally cleaned. I'm not sure if there was a group here right before us but the dishes in the cabinets were still dirty and the screen door in the basement was off the hinges. Tony was responsive to the things I reported and made sure someone came out to check the hot tub it just took longer than I hoped.

The stone cabin is the perfect escape into nature and yet close enough to Berkeley springs that it’s convenient too! The porch is great, the yard is the perfect size opening with plenty of tree cover, and the house itself is cozy but spacious with the tall ceiling and loft space. The kitchen has the basics but is a little underequipped for a more ambitious cook, perhaps bring some things from home if you’re planning to prepare an elaborate meal. Communication with Tony was super easy and we loved our stay, would definitely return in the future!

Our stay was beautifully calm and secluded and a great escape from every day life! We enjoyed the game room and hot tub and time together playing board games on site. Down town Berkeley Springs and local restaurants offered nice opportunities to see the sights and grab meals but the home was stocked with the amenities of home so we could also cook and snack there. Whole place was clean and the views were amazing! Definitely recommend for couples and families wanting to reconnect!

Exactly the weekend getaway I was looking for! Cozy set up and a short hike to the river. Peaceful setting.

Some places offer a change of scenery; this home gives you a different sense of time. Surrounded by nature and truly, gloriously secluded, it was the rare retreat where family and friends could reconnect while feeling worlds away.

A private trail leads to enchanting waterfalls, while the creek provides a gentle soundtrack. At night, we gathered around the fire pit beneath a Milky Way bright enough to stop conversation.

Every comfort has been considered: generous amenities, plentiful firewood, wonderfully comfortable spaces, and a game room for every generation - with a pool table, nostalgic arcade games, and countless other diversions. The views are gorgeous from every angle, parking is plentiful, and the hosts’ communication was exceptional: warm, attentive, and effortless.

We arrived hoping for a getaway and left feeling we had discovered somewhere extraordinary. We cannot say enough wonderful things about this gorgeous home and hope to return again and again. Thank you, Tony!

Tony’s cabin in Mathias was exactly what we were looking for! Private, quiet and beautiful landscape views on the drive there. Although we were only there for 2 nights it was so serene it made us wish we were able to stay longer and enjoy WV a little more. A great escape from the busy city, nestled in the mountains and we hope to come back soon :)

Girls’s getaway trip. Perfect place! Just 10-15min away from Berkeley Spring, easy to drive in and out and still very quit.
The cabin is amazing!! Lots of natural lighting, very accommodating, clean, has everything you need.
And Tony is very responsive too.

I had just had the most peaceful birthday weekend in this yurt! The host is also super accommodating and friendly, so I’d highly recommend this place for a nature getaway.

The cabin had everything we needed, and it was also great being able to bring our dog along with us. Tony was a wonderful host—welcoming, responsive, and made everything very easy from check-in through checkout.
