The cabin was perfect for our trip to Shenandoah. Located about 20 minutes outside of the central entrance made it easy to access the hikes we were wanting to do. The view was spectacular! The hot tub, movie room and game room were added bonuses! The cabin had everything we needed to make dinners. Overall, a great experience.

The trees need trimmed down some to be able to really enjoy the view that the cabin can give you. The area is really nice but the outside grounds could be attended to some. The hot tub needs some work done to it. The cabin is old and could use some updates but that didn’t really bother us. 4:00 check in seems a little late and having to pay $80 extra dollars for 2 extra hours on top of what you already paid was a little much. Overall it wasn’t really what we expected but we still enjoyed our stay. If you are looking for a rustic cabin this is it. Still giving it a 4/5 because we did enjoy our stay!

Tony’s place was absolutely perfect! His home was beautiful and well appointed with everything we needed. The screened in porch was immaculately clean and tranquil. Our kids had a blast. We will definitely be back again!

This was a great place to stay near Harper’s Ferry! The home was clean and had everything we needed. Tony was a responsive host. The back yard and deck are fantastic. The beds are comfortable; we really liked having the mini split ac. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend.

I had such a great stay in this 1840s cottage. While the cottage has all the modern conveniences we’re used to, the historic charm is at every turn! The cottage is spacious, comfortable, private, fully stocked, and in a great location. The cute porches are perfect for relaxing and taking in the beautiful natural surroundings.

This was a business trip, and I worked from the cottage a few hours each day. The WiFi was perfect for web meetings. It was also nice to work in a peaceful and quiet environment.

Put on some comfortable shoes and walk charming Harpers Ferry! There’s so much to explore, including the National Park just across the street!

As for hosts, Tony & Blue Maple are exceptional! I didn’t need to reach out to them during my stay, but they kept in touch from booking to check out.

I will definitely book this cottage again!

A cozy, quiet, peaceful stay. The screened porch was wonderful! The kitchen was well-stocked and the bed was comfortable. If you are looking for complete tranquility, this is it!

If you like a secluded in a cabin with a view, then this place is for you.. Cabin is nice, ice cold ac, awesome views but definitely a cabin and there going to be spiders and bugs like they say.. So if you a yuppie, probably not for you😂

We had a wonderful time here! My kids loved the “bubble” and all the games, and especially the hot tub. We were very comfortable and never wanted to leave! We would definitely book here again.

Went for a getaway trip, was amazing only 30-45 mins from Shenandoah national park! Place was clean, private and peaceful!

Was looking for one-of-a-kind stay very helpful

This place was fantastic! Perfect place to unplug and reset. Being surrounded by nature with direct access to the river was truly unmatched! The space is cozy and great for 2 ppl. That said, the bed unfortunately was very uncomfortable, feels like you’re sleeping on hardwood. We also weren’t able to cook all of our food because the propane hadn’t been replaced, which seems like a significant oversight considering the grill is major feature of the property. The hot plate was the only other option. Overall it’s a beautiful property and would definitely return. just hope those things are addressed, as it would make an already great experience an even better one.

The cabin is comfortable and private while still only a short drive to Berkeley Springs. We loved how peaceful and quiet it was. The hot tub and screened porch made our stay especially delightful. Thanks for the well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and nice linens!

Calm and beautiful. Tony even had passes wait for us, the resort amenities were so worth the stay.

We had another Airbnb in the area we arrived to which was not cleaned or ready for us and the host canceled, so we were rushing to find somewhere to stay for just the night. Booking was easy and within 20 min of booking we were in the house. What a great house! Extremely clean! Hot tub was great after driving all day. We played board games with the kids and none of us wanted to leave the next day. A great find. Good restaurants within about 15 min drive. Thanks Tony and crew!

An amazing place for those looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway in the forest. We were generally happy with everything. The cleanliness could have used a bit more care. We had a good experience overall.

House was immaculate, host immediately responded to our questions, perfect location and yard was perfect for our fur babies. Would definitely recommend!
