The cabin was lovely! Perfect peaceful get away. Close enough to Berkeley Springs to be able to drive in quick, but still far enough out to be in nature. He was also a great communicator! Will definitely be booking again!

We had a nice, relaxing stay at this little cabin. Loved being nestled within the trees and surrounded by ferns!!

Wow! Just incredible! Stunning place with incredible views. We have nothing to complain about at all. Tony was a great host and very helpful. Even the drive to get to the place was spectacular. The surrounding towns were beautiful and offered lots of amenities. Great location to act as a home base for exploring the mountains/hiking/canoeing. 1000% would stay again. Thanks Tony!

I didn’t care for the loft upstairs. I didn’t like the sidewalls opened upstairs

Great location between downtown and state park. Walkable to downtown but parking in town was easy enough. Had a first night issue with the dryer, but was addressed immediately when alerted. Appreciated the 4th of July fireworks viewing tip in the process of resolving dryer issue. Book with confidence if wanting to be in the middle of town and state park. House is also up on a hillside and offers seclusion and privacy.

The home was beautiful !. Had everything you would need for a mini get away.

Our stay was amazing. Our friend group of 8 fit perfectly in this home. Everyone had great sleep, easy time finding a cozy place to lay, & loved the peacefulness this home and location provided.

We went up to harper ferry’s river riders adventure park and did the arieal park and waterpark. ( All of us are adults and loved every second of it). As well enjoyed a delicious dinner at “The rabbit hole” in town.

Tony’s place created such a peaceful and relaxing environment after an eventful day.
The kitchen was great for big family style cooking & the coffee station was a cherry on top.

We wish we could’ve stayed longer but definitely recommend a weekend or longer getaway and stay at tony’s.

We had a peaceful and relaxing weekend at the Kump House! The cabin was clean, quiet, and had so many great amenities. Tony was very responsive to any of our messages, and had helpful recommendations about what to see and do during our stay. I would recommend the Kump House to anyone looking to spend some time in nature and learn a bit of history, as well!

He was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free getaway!

Beautiful area and GREAT vacation with my husband and kids. Swallow Falls is amazing. We fished, swam at the beach, and kayaked at Alpine Lake and ate at the resort restaurant and everything was awesome! VERY friendly people everywhere we went. Maryland is a 10 minute drive and we visited Deep Creek Lake and Oakland as well. Baja Tacos was AWESOME!

THERE ARE BEARS! They are harmless but they love the trash! HAHAHA cute as can be also!

Comfy beds.

Only recommendation would be to upgrade kitchen furniture, and pots and pans. Kitchen island is unstable and some of the chairs were wobbly but they stood strong! 😆

Very happy.

We enjoyed the screened porch, cozy living room, lots of toys and games for the kids. Very peaceful and quiet, a great place to relax and enjoy family time. Not too far from Berkeley Springs, where the kids enjoyed catching minnows and crayfish.

We had a great stay at the cabin! There were deer grazing outside the windows every morning and lots to do nearby. Slept better there than at home! Thanks Tony!

We had a great stay at the onyx house! It was private and had all the amenities that we needed during our stay! Absolutely loved the hot tub, having the fire pit and grill! Would recommend if you need a getaway from home!
