The place was clean, had great views and a peaceful atmosphere. Also had nice amenities including a nice hot tub and grill for cooking. The bed was also very comfortable. The owner was also very helpful and responsive with any questions I had.

It is quite rural, which was great, but it is out there! It is the perfect location for a romantic escape, or to zen out for some alone time. Would recommend bringing food to cook, a good book or two, and appreciate the solitude and beauty of surrounding nature. If you need to unwind and recharge your soul, this is the perfect spot to do so.

The glamping dome exceeded all my expectations! It was easy to find the place and check-in was a breeze. The driveway into the dome was pretty rough, but my little Kia Rio did just fine..you just have to go slow. The space was appointed with all the tools we needed to cook and the induction hot place worked like a charm! The hot tub was a perfect beginning and end to each day. And the VIEW was just breathtaking. The only drawback is that hiking and attractions are all a little bit of a drive, since the place is so remote. The town of Capon has a nice Mexican restaurant that we dined at one night and I would highly recommend going there – the drinks and food were great!

The dome was easy to get to and private. The bed was comfortable and also had heat to warm it up before going to bed. We did have one night that the internet and TV weren’t working, but the listing does say it can be spotty. Beautiful views from the hot tub and deck.

I would rate it at 4.5 stars. We enjoyed our stay here. The dome was clean and well stocked, just as described. There were plenty of heating options to keep us comfortable in late March. The setting was beautiful. The domes on either side are a little close (about 30 yards away) taking away from the privacy of the surroundings. The driveway is accessible by car if you drive carefully around ruts and potholes. It would benefit from some resurfacing. With these factors in mind, I feel it was slightly overpriced.
Overall we enjoyed our experience and would probably come again. I would recommend if you want to try something unique!

I booked this spot for my husband’s birthday and it was wonderful for us. It had everything we needed for a great stay and I think it’s a great spot to unwind, relax, and enjoy nature. It was like camping except with the luxury of a shower, hot tub, and comfy bed!

We had a great time in the Stargazer dome. It was very clean and peaceful. I forgot what quiet sounds like until we got here. I wanted to be in the middle of nowhere in the woods but in a comfortable and unique spot and this was exactly what I was looking for. We took a short day trip to Winchester where there are lots of places to eat and shop. I could see the stars at night and had a great night sleep each day. It was pretty windy when we were there so we could hear that all night but that doesn’t bother us. Overall a wonderful stay!

Surprised my husband with a birthday getaway, and it was well worth it! We love trying new places, and this dome was so unique with beautiful surroundings! The hot tub was perfect for relaxing and taking in the sunset views. We had no issues keeping warm in the dome as there is several heating options (bonus points for the heated mattress pad). There is a dome on each side of this one, but that did not affect our time. It was a bit windy at night which made getting to sleep a little difficult, but we knew that was expected for this type of accommodation. Overall, we had a lovely, relaxing time and very much enjoyed staying here! Tony was a very proactive and responsive host, and provided every detail upfront. Definitely a great experience and one we would recommend to others!

Such a cute, quiet little getaway! The area is peaceful and relaxing—perfect if you’re looking to unplug a bit. Service in the area can be a little spotty, but the WiFi at the Airbnb worked great.
Friday night brought some really strong winds, which felt a little uneasy at first, but everything turned out completely fine. We were especially thankful for the pellet stove—it kept the space cozy when temperatures dropped. The heated bed was such a nice touch, too!
Tony was great, very responsive and available anytime we had questions, which made the stay even better.
We also had an amazing local experience—picked up steaks from a nearby butcher and had one of the best hamburgers I’ve ever had at The Farmer’s Daughter. Definitely a 10/10 recommendation!
Overall, it was a fun, cozy little weekend.

We enjoyed our anniversary stay in the glamping dome. We chose this for the uniqueness. We enjoyed the hot tub and the view from the bed. The little kitchen worked well to make our breakfasts. The outside temps were mild, it does take some time to get the dome to room temps. There are multiple heating sources, like the automatic pellet stove, electric baseboard heat, electric oil heater, and heated mattress. It would be nice to have a little more privacy between the front door and the hot tub. As is mentioned in the listing, you definitely need a vehicle with 4wd or all wheel drive in the parking space or maybe back in, so you don’t need to turn around.
No problem with cleanliness, however there is room for improvement on training the cleaning staff to check furniture for missing screws and frame damages. Thus, the reason for 4 stars.

Very peaceful and relaxing. The place was very clean—and that’s coming from a neat freak. Felt right at home. The heated bed was HEAVEN especially since it was so cold. Bathroom was bigger than I expected. The whole place is pretty spacious. I was nervous at first, because this was a solo staycation, but I had the best time. Some people might find it a downside, but there is a cabin to the left and right (not too close) so it was nice to know I wasn’t completely by myself/secluded.
Tony and his team were very responsive and the manual they sent over had so much information !!! There wasn’t even many question to ask because it covered it all!!

Very responsive and proactive host! We had bad luck the first night with very high winds making it too noisy to sleep well in the dome. But the heated bed was a plus. Would come back, ideally just not in the winter

Y’all…..I had a glorious 1 night stay. It was so peaceful and rejuvenating.
The view is spectacular . The hot tub, perfectly situated to ensure privacy. Comfy bed, spotless decor. I enjoyed it all!!

Had an AMAZING time here to celebrate a birthday. Very peaceful and relaxing! Was concerned about being too cold in the Winterl but there is baseboard heating and a large wall mounted inverter HVAC fan with a wood pellet stove if needed. Wonderful views and great time! Looking forward to coming back in the Spring!

This is a great place. We did go when it was a 30 degree night and while it was 55 when we went to bed, it was 52 when we woke up. We still slept great though as the bed is heated. The bathroom has it’s own heater so if you keep that door closed it’s not too bad but if you are going in the winter, understand this is like a think high-end tent. You are not going to reach a perfectly comfortable temperature throughout the entire space but you can hang out near the pellet stove or in the heated bed or in the hot tub and be comfortable.
I will add that is you struggle with sound when you sleep, this may be an issue. I slept fine. My girlfriend woke up a few times from the sound of the wind.

We loved our stay. There were beautiful sunsets and great star watching. Sometimes you’d hear the neighboring domes, but otherwise it was very peaceful. We took day trips to Harper’s Ferry and Shenandoah National Park. Lots to do within 1 hour. It was a wonderful gateway!

Really liked how tucked away it was. There are 3 total bungalows/domes, and they are far apart from one another to still have privacy within your own place. They did a good job at making the place feel romantic for a weekend getaway / retreat. Would definitely stay again. It was clean and the host was very responsive. The fire pit and hot tub are nice additions. The plates and silverware and cookware available was a great to make some homemade food too.

The Potomac scenic railway is 30 minutes from the house, which was a nice excursion that we did over the weekend we will definitely be back to stay and hopefully rent the other two out with our friends as well

Beautiful area but checkout was really early and the host unfortunately didn’t honor his offer for a “late” checkout (I.e. noon). He wanted to know at least 24 hours prior to my arrival and I messaged him about 26-27 hours prior to my arrival and he said it was too late to add it on. It was a very expensive Airbnb to have to rush out at 10 am and not be able to sleep in on Sunday. That was very disappointing.

Stargazer was a great place to stay for our 2 night getaway after exploring the many beautiful locations around the area! The sunsets were gorgeous, and the dome was exactly as pictured. We didn’t get to use all the amenities like the hot tub or fire pit because we were just so tired by the time we got back, but everything appeared very well kept. I would recommend this location especially if you are trying to explore the areas surrounding parks/sights within an hour or two’s distance and for the great views you get when you return.

I wasn’t so sure about this glamping dome idea at first but my wife really wanted to do it. She was right. It was nicer than a small cabin we stayed in the night before this booking. The bed was so comfortable and for being a dome, it felt very roomy. even the bathroom was a great size. the hot tub is in a private setting and the outdoor light make a night time dip or campfire setting perfect. Tony was always very responsive and kind as a host even checking on us after the first night. We loved our time here and will definitely be staying again. Can’t recommend this one enough.

This place is even better than I imagined! The quality of the Dome and the amenities is superb. We were looking for a relaxing weekend getaway and that’s exactly what we got. It rained almost the whole time (which was awesome) and we mostly relaxed in bed or on the chairs to watch TV. The hot tub was nice and easy to use. We couldn’t use the fire pit much because of the rain but it’s in a good spot! Despite the weather being hot and humid, the Dome remained a cool 70 degrees and never felt muggy inside. The shower was plenty hot and the pressure was good! 10/10 would stay again.

We absolutely loved this place. We had been wanting to stay here for a long time, and we finally made it happen. We fell in love with everything—the sunset view, the cozy bed, and all the little details. Although there are two other domes nearby, we had complete privacy throughout our stay. It was a truly unforgettable experience, and we definitely hope to come back soon!

It was really neat to get to stay in the dome and the hot tub was a special treat! From the photos we expected it to be more alone and didn’t realize there are several other domes in a line. Still quite private, but not what was expected and not with the same ability to walk around in the woods as expected. There were a couple of small maintenance issues and the large window wasn’t clean so my husband cleaned that so we could see the view better. Definitely a great experience, but did expect a bit more based on the pictures.

Over all the place was amazing, it was just as the description reads.
Easy check in, great communication with the host, LOTS AND LOTS OF WIND up there. Wasn’t able to sleep both nights because of it. So now we need a quiet place to recuperate. For the loss of sleep. Wasn’t able to do a fire in the fire pit because of all the dead wood around it, was afraid of starting a forest fire. The hot tub was amazing spent most of my time in there. We could hear the neighbors on both sides of us,even if we were inside or out. So it’s not as secluded, as would like to have been.
So for the price we paid it was a bit too high for this place with all that I have described above. My husband is an outdoor guy and he even said this is not something he would do for the price again.

We really enjoyed watching a thunderstorm from the hot tub it was about 100 miles away.. the view is amazing. The neighboring yurt is kinda close but the privacy fence hides it well unless they have loud music. The canker worm and tree dropping were pretty bad when we were there but we made the best of it and since it is a natural phenomenon it certainly was out of the host control.

The pictures do match the views! A very cool spot to stay. The sunset and sunrise from the deck is incredible, and the space inside was very comfortable. Some of the dishes had collected quite a bit of dust, however, and the location isn’t as private as one might think. Neighboring domes are quite close and even with the high fences in certain parts, we didn’t feel like we had the upmost privacy. All in all, the hosts were very communicative and informative and this one is totally worth the money if not for the cool experience, then for the immaculate view!

The place was beautiful, but I got the vibe I was talking to an AI/multiple people when I spoke with Tony. A specific part of the reason I booked this place was because the listing said it was next to a 37 acre private nature reserve available for our use. When I texted Tony to ask about it he said he was not sure what I was talking about even though it’s in the listing. It’s relatively quiet, but when there were other guests in the domes you definitely noticed their presence/proximity. There were strangers grilling 100 feet away from our hot tub. I’ve never before had to download a manual just for house info, and got sent the link for this one multiple times a day in what were definitely auto texts. I know because I accidentally got sent the identical “welcome” message as the first day on the day we left. Just felt impersonal. It felt like multiple people were running this as a business and if I wanted that I would get a hotel, not an air bnb.

Beautiful place, accurate the way it was described. The only downside was that when I went and took a shower there was no water bc the circuit breaker was on and off every 5 minutes. His place was clean. The tub was a nice touch.

Great stay, would gladly return! The dome was cozy and spacious and has everything you could need. It’s secluded and the views are fantastic. Only thing I would note is if you’re staying in winter make sure to bundle up. It was in the 20s the night of our stay and the dome stayed at about 58 degrees with heat on high.

We stayed in this incredible igloo last weekend, and it was the perfect getaway! The space was even more spacious than expected, immaculately clean, and the heated bed added such a cozy touch. The hot tub was a highlight, and the views were surreal—definitely one of the most unique stays we’ve ever experienced. We stayed for two nights and took a short 30-minute drive to the Potomac Eagle Scenic Railroad, where we spotted 29 eagles on our train ride! Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a memorable, peaceful escape. We’ll definitely be back!

This glamping oasis is the perfect getaway, especially during the fall season! The views are simply unbeatable, and the dome is complete with all simple essentials for a relaxing time in nature. From the hot tub to the fire pite, everything is in place for an ideal, quiet stay. Step out on to the deck in complete darkness for some unparalleled stargazing. Waking up to the sunlight streaming in over the mountains was truly breathtaking. I can’t recommend this place enough to anyone visiting the area!

This is the perfect place to get away and just enjoy your time with the people you’re with. This place is exactly as the pictures show with great scenery and basically new like conditions for all the appliances. This place is great if you want to get away from the city. It’s a really cool spot and you get a great view of the mountains. It’s very private despite having two other domes on the property. The layout was perfect and you wake up to an amazing view. It looks exactly like the photos. Tony was a great host. He was always very responsive and helpful. I plan on staying here again.

There were a few things that would have been nice. 1. the contractors could have picked up there left over lumber , trash bag, and there were nails laying around on the ground. 2. I would have loved to see a set of steps from the deck to the fireplace down below. you had to walk around the shed and the plumbing and rocks that i think are a tripping hazard. Besides all of that the place was clean up to date very comfortable and the view was marvelous. we enjoyed our stay and are talking about coming back in the future.

If you like camping and your partner doesn’t, this is the perfect compromise! The entire description lived up to it. I used the Jacuzzi, made a camp fire, cooked steaks on the grill, mirrored a movie on the large screen TV, then slept better than I do at home. The next day, rinse and repeat. We drove 40 minutes to the the Tuscarora trail the first day, we’ll worth it, even though it’s a 30 to 40 min drive, it’s completely scenic, I’d do the drive just for the drive itself. On the second day we went on the train tour, remember to bring cash for the concessions. It’s a bit tacky, but definitely West Virginia and we are getting old so we like tacky. We saw a bald eagle in it’s nest and one soaring in the sky. We also got to see West Virginians in their natural habitat, Wild and Wonderful, we had a lot of fun, thanks Tony!

We really enjoyed our stay! Absolutely amazing and looks the exact same as the listing. You can see the other domes but we never felt like we didn’t have privacy. Not much to do in the area, but we were very content just staying at the dome. Both the hot tub and the view were great! Would definitely come back and stay again! ✨

If you’re wondering if you should book the dome… do it! We spent our wedding weekend at the dome and did not want to leave! Great views and a very relaxing setting! We parked our truck Friday and did not leave until Sunday! We enjoyed the hot tub, grilling steaks, and relaxing by the fire pit! Thanks Tony for a special place!

My wife & I stayed here for our anniversary. The place seemed like it was newly built and looked amazing. Very clean and tidy. The place was filled with every essential item, with quality bathroom products. The bed was super soft and had a great view. A/C worked extremely well in the dome. Hiking trails are a little far, but the drive was very scenic. There’s a small town near by that has a few fun things to do.
The host was very tentative, checking on us periodically to ensure everything was up to our standards. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Tony’s place was cute! It looks just like the photos . The location is VERY rural, with nothing for a store for about 25 minutes in either direction.
If your looking to visit anything in West Virginia, look further south! Its a 3 to 4 hour drive for any attraction, water fall, or even an activity.
There was a slight miscommunication with the maintenance team and they were not aware (or didn’t care) that we were staying next door, and they started putting flooring down in the new cabin 100 feet away, at 630 am one morning. Please just check with Tony to be sure they got the memo. Tony was nice enough to make up for this inconvenience.
Id stay again if i was visiting maryland, virginia, or even pennsylvania, as they are all just a stones throw away from the cabin. The hottub was amazing and the views were too! We found the bed to be a bit too hard for our likings, but everything was brand new and clean!

Great little glamping luxury done! Kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances you’d need, bathroom was clean, and furniture and bed were very comfortable. Hot tub was wonderful with an amazing view of the sun rise and sunset. While it was between two other properties, there was enough distance to be in your own bubble. Highly recommend!

This was a beautiful location and the host was fantastic. Everything was clean, the host instructions were easy to follow, and Tony was proactive and responsive as a host.
It is quite rural, which was great, but it is out there! It is the perfect location for a romantic escape, or to zen out for some alone time. Would recommend bringing food to cook, a good book or two, and appreciate the solitude and beauty of surrounding nature. If you need to unwind and recharge your soul, this is the perfect spot to do so.

The glamping dome exceeded all my expectations! It was easy to find the place and check-in was a breeze. The driveway into the dome was pretty rough, but my little Kia Rio did just fine..you just have to go slow. The space was appointed with all the tools we needed to cook and the induction hot place worked like a charm! The hot tub was a perfect beginning and end to each day. And the VIEW was just breathtaking. The only drawback is that hiking and attractions are all a little bit of a drive, since the place is so remote. The town of Capon has a nice Mexican restaurant that we dined at one night and I would highly recommend going there - the drinks and food were great!

The dome was easy to get to and private. The bed was comfortable and also had heat to warm it up before going to bed. We did have one night that the internet and TV weren’t working, but the listing does say it can be spotty. Beautiful views from the hot tub and deck.

I would rate it at 4.5 stars. We enjoyed our stay here. The dome was clean and well stocked, just as described. There were plenty of heating options to keep us comfortable in late March. The setting was beautiful. The domes on either side are a little close (about 30 yards away) taking away from the privacy of the surroundings. The driveway is accessible by car if you drive carefully around ruts and potholes. It would benefit from some resurfacing. With these factors in mind, I feel it was slightly overpriced.
Overall we enjoyed our experience and would probably come again. I would recommend if you want to try something unique!

We had a great time in the Stargazer dome. It was very clean and peaceful. I forgot what quiet sounds like until we got here. I wanted to be in the middle of nowhere in the woods but in a comfortable and unique spot and this was exactly what I was looking for. We took a short day trip to Winchester where there are lots of places to eat and shop. I could see the stars at night and had a great night sleep each day. It was pretty windy when we were there so we could hear that all night but that doesn’t bother us. Overall a wonderful stay!

Surprised my husband with a birthday getaway, and it was well worth it! We love trying new places, and this dome was so unique with beautiful surroundings! The hot tub was perfect for relaxing and taking in the sunset views. We had no issues keeping warm in the dome as there is several heating options (bonus points for the heated mattress pad). There is a dome on each side of this one, but that did not affect our time. It was a bit windy at night which made getting to sleep a little difficult, but we knew that was expected for this type of accommodation. Overall, we had a lovely, relaxing time and very much enjoyed staying here! Tony was a very proactive and responsive host, and provided every detail upfront. Definitely a great experience and one we would recommend to others!

Such a cute, quiet little getaway! The area is peaceful and relaxing—perfect if you’re looking to unplug a bit. Service in the area can be a little spotty, but the WiFi at the Airbnb worked great.
Friday night brought some really strong winds, which felt a little uneasy at first, but everything turned out completely fine. We were especially thankful for the pellet stove—it kept the space cozy when temperatures dropped. The heated bed was such a nice touch, too!
Tony was great, very responsive and available anytime we had questions, which made the stay even better.
We also had an amazing local experience—picked up steaks from a nearby butcher and had one of the best hamburgers I’ve ever had at The Farmer’s Daughter. Definitely a 10/10 recommendation!
Overall, it was a fun, cozy little weekend.

We enjoyed our anniversary stay in the glamping dome. We chose this for the uniqueness. We enjoyed the hot tub and the view from the bed. The little kitchen worked well to make our breakfasts. The outside temps were mild, it does take some time to get the dome to room temps. There are multiple heating sources, like the automatic pellet stove, electric baseboard heat, electric oil heater, and heated mattress. It would be nice to have a little more privacy between the front door and the hot tub. As is mentioned in the listing, you definitely need a vehicle with 4wd or all wheel drive in the parking space or maybe back in, so you don't need to turn around.
No problem with cleanliness, however there is room for improvement on training the cleaning staff to check furniture for missing screws and frame damages. Thus, the reason for 4 stars.

Very peaceful and relaxing. The place was very clean—and that’s coming from a neat freak. Felt right at home. The heated bed was HEAVEN especially since it was so cold. Bathroom was bigger than I expected. The whole place is pretty spacious. I was nervous at first, because this was a solo staycation, but I had the best time. Some people might find it a downside, but there is a cabin to the left and right (not too close) so it was nice to know I wasn’t completely by myself/secluded.
Tony and his team were very responsive and the manual they sent over had so much information !!! There wasn’t even many question to ask because it covered it all!!

Was concerned about being too cold in the Winterl but there is baseboard heating and a large wall mounted inverter HVAC fan with a wood pellet stove if needed. Wonderful views and great time! This is a great place. We did go when it was a 30 degree night and while it was 55 when we went to bed, it was 52 when we woke up. We still slept great though as the bed is heated. The bathroom has it's own heater so if you keep that door closed it's not too bad but if you are going in the winter, understand this is like a think high-end tent. You are not going to reach a perfectly comfortable temperature throughout the entire space but you can hang out near the pellet stove or in the heated bed or in the hot tub and be comfortable.
I will add that is you struggle with sound when you sleep, this may be an issue. I slept fine. My girlfriend woke up a few times from the sound of the wind.

Really liked how tucked away it was. There are 3 total bungalows/domes, and they are far apart from one another to still have privacy within your own place. They did a good job at making the place feel romantic for a weekend getaway / retreat. Would definitely stay again. It was clean and the host was very responsive. The fire pit and hot tub are nice additions. The plates and silverware and cookware available was a great to make some homemade food too.

Beautiful area but checkout was really early and the host unfortunately didn’t honor his offer for a “late” checkout (I.e. noon). He wanted to know at least 24 hours prior to my arrival and I messaged him about 26-27 hours prior to my arrival and he said it was too late to add it on. It was a very expensive Airbnb to have to rush out at 10 am and not be able to sleep in on Sunday. That was very disappointing.

Stargazer was a great place to stay for our 2 night getaway after exploring the many beautiful locations around the area! The sunsets were gorgeous, and the dome was exactly as pictured. We didn’t get to use all the amenities like the hot tub or fire pit because we were just so tired by the time we got back, but everything appeared very well kept. I would recommend this location especially if you are trying to explore the areas surrounding parks/sights within an hour or two’s distance and for the great views you get when you return.

I wasn't so sure about this glamping dome idea at first but my wife really wanted to do it. She was right. It was nicer than a small cabin we stayed in the night before this booking. The bed was so comfortable and for being a dome, it felt very roomy. even the bathroom was a great size. the hot tub is in a private setting and the outdoor light make a night time dip or campfire setting perfect. Tony was always very responsive and kind as a host even checking on us after the first night. We loved our time here and will definitely be staying again. Can't recommend this one enough.

This place is even better than I imagined! The quality of the Dome and the amenities is superb. We were looking for a relaxing weekend getaway and that's exactly what we got. It rained almost the whole time (which was awesome) and we mostly relaxed in bed or on the chairs to watch TV. The hot tub was nice and easy to use. We couldn't use the fire pit much because of the rain but it's in a good spot! Despite the weather being hot and humid, the Dome remained a cool 70 degrees and never felt muggy inside. The shower was plenty hot and the pressure was good! 10/10 would stay again.

We absolutely loved this place. We had been wanting to stay here for a long time, and we finally made it happen. We fell in love with everything—the sunset view, the cozy bed, and all the little details. Although there are two other domes nearby, we had complete privacy throughout our stay. It was really neat to get to stay in the dome and the hot tub was a special treat! From the photos we expected it to be more alone and didn’t realize there are several other domes in a line. Still quite private, but not what was expected and not with the same ability to walk around in the woods as expected. There were a couple of small maintenance issues and the large window wasn’t clean so my husband cleaned that so we could see the view better. Definitely a great experience, but did expect a bit more based on the pictures.

Over all the place was amazing, it was just as the description reads.
Easy check in, great communication with the host, LOTS AND LOTS OF WIND up there. Wasn’t able to sleep both nights because of it. So now we need a quiet place to recuperate. For the loss of sleep. Wasn’t able to do a fire in the fire pit because of all the dead wood around it, was afraid of starting a forest fire. The hot tub was amazing spent most of my time in there. We could hear the neighbors on both sides of us,even if we were inside or out. So it’s not as secluded, as would like to have been.
So for the price we paid it was a bit too high for this place with all that I have described above. My husband is an outdoor guy and he even said this is not something he would do for the price again.

We really enjoyed watching a thunderstorm from the hot tub it was about 100 miles away.. the view is amazing. The neighboring yurt is kinda close but the privacy fence hides it well unless they have loud music. The canker worm and tree dropping were pretty bad when we were there but we made the best of it and since it is a natural phenomenon it certainly was out of the host control.

The pictures do match the views! A very cool spot to stay. The sunset and sunrise from the deck is incredible, and the space inside was very comfortable. Some of the dishes had collected quite a bit of dust, however, and the location isn’t as private as one might think. Neighboring domes are quite close and even with the high fences in certain parts, we didn’t feel like we had the upmost privacy. All in all, the hosts were very communicative and informative and this one is totally worth the money if not for the cool experience, then for the immaculate view!

The place was beautiful, but I got the vibe I was talking to an AI/multiple people when I spoke with Tony. A specific part of the reason I booked this place was because the listing said it was next to a 37 acre private nature reserve available for our use. When I texted Tony to ask about it he said he was not sure what I was talking about even though it’s in the listing. It’s relatively quiet, but when there were other guests in the domes you definitely noticed their presence/proximity. There were strangers grilling 100 feet away from our hot tub. I’ve never before had to download a manual just for house info, and got sent the link for this one multiple times a day in what were definitely auto texts. I know because I accidentally got sent the identical “welcome” message as the first day on the day we left. Just felt impersonal. It felt like multiple people were running this as a business and if I wanted that I would get a hotel, not an air bnb.

Beautiful place, accurate the way it was described. The only downside was that when I went and took a shower there was no water bc the circuit breaker was on and off every 5 minutes. His place was clean. The tub was a nice touch.

The place was beautiful, aside of the non clear instructions of how to get into the pad lock to get the key in order to access the property and the fact of the stove pellet not keeping the place warm at all.

Great stay, would gladly return! The dome was cozy and spacious and has everything you could need. It’s secluded and the views are fantastic. Only thing I would note is if you’re staying in winter make sure to bundle up. It was in the 20s the night of our stay and the dome stayed at about 58 degrees with heat on high.

The dome was just as described. Beautiful place with beautiful surroundings. The hot tub was clean and inviting. I recommend this place to anyone staying in the area.

We arrived around 7pm in the dark with no exterior lighting on ( I did advise Tony several hours earlier as to our late arrival)
Searched for the lockbox only to find it attached to a fence 10' from the door (There was no mention as to the location of the lockbox)
Upon entering we found the AC was on full blast while the exterior temperature was in the mid 40's
I plugged in the 2 electric heaters only to have the circuit breakers trip
I then fired up the propane heater which took quite a while to maintain the pilot due to the cold temperature
The hot tub was luke-warm and wreaked of chlorine
The bed is shot and felt like I was in a bowl while the bed heater is on a timer which inconveniently shut off in the middle of the night
As for the fire ring the path to it if you can call it that has numerous trip hazards while the fire ring area is strewn with dead wood extending at least 50' down the slope pretty stupid considering the recent lack of rain

We stayed in this incredible igloo last weekend, and it was the perfect getaway! The space was even more spacious than expected, immaculately clean, and the heated bed added such a cozy touch. The hot tub was a highlight, and the views were surreal—definitely one of the most unique stays we’ve ever experienced. We stayed for two nights and took a short 30-minute drive to the Potomac Eagle Scenic Railroad, where we spotted 29 eagles on our train ride! Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a memorable, peaceful escape. We’ll definitely be back!

This glamping oasis is the perfect getaway, especially during the fall season! The views are simply unbeatable, and the dome is complete with all simple essentials for a relaxing time in nature. From the hot tub to the fire pite, everything is in place for an ideal, quiet stay. Step out on to the deck in complete darkness for some unparalleled stargazing. Waking up to the sunlight streaming in over the mountains was truly breathtaking. I can't recommend this place enough to anyone visiting the area!

My husband has been ill, and we were looking for a peaceful place to just get away and relax. This place TOTALLY fit the bill. When lying in bed, it looked and felt like you were in a treehouse. Spectacular view. Great, private hottub. Tony was an exceptional host and we tried, and enjoyed, several of his local recommendations.

My husband and I LOVED this dome. We spent our honeymoon here and cannot wait to go back!! It is so beautiful and everything I could have imagined for our getaway together. The host was very quick to respond; the dome was clean and just like the pictures portrayed it to be. The sunsets and sunrises are BREATHTAKING. We will definitely be back to visit our home away from home! (:

We were excited to spend our 36th anniversary, 3 nights & 4 days, here relaxing & enjoying nature with a hot tub. We arrived in the dark & were thankful for the deck lights. Tony was very responsive & we appreciated that. However, things took a disappointing turn. The was no water kettle--Tony offered to have one brought to us, we declined, no big. Then, the TV only played FreeVee, not Amazon etc. It was difficult & somewhat hazardous to get to the fire pit, the hot tub didn't have chlorine in the disc and it filled with suds when we turned the jets on. The furniture, while okay, wasn't comfortable for relaxing so we ended up going an hour or more away to spend time. But the biggest issue was on our last day when the bed basically collapsed. Tony let the handyman know but we didn't hear from anyone & ended up sleeping on the floor. Unfortunately, this 'in nature with a hot tub' anniversary wasn't as relaxing as we had hoped it would be.

We loved every moment of staying at the Dome. Tony thought of everything needed, we were able to disconnect and just feel free yet safe. We will be returning!

This is the perfect place to get away and just enjoy your time with the people you’re with. This place is exactly as the pictures show with great scenery and basically new like conditions for all the appliances. We loved just relaxing our weekend away here would definitely consider coming back again. Also, the host was always responsive and always helpful never once had a complaint.

This place is great if you want to get away from the city. It’s a really cool spot and you get a great view of the mountains. It’s very private despite having two other domes on the property. The layout was perfect and you wake up to an amazing view. It looks exactly like the photos. Tony was a great host. He was always very responsive and helpful. I plan on staying here again.

There were a few things that would have been nice. 1. the contractors could have picked up there left over lumber , trash bag, and there were nails laying around on the ground. 2. I would have loved to see a set of steps from the deck to the fireplace down below. you had to walk around the shed and the plumbing and rocks that i think are a tripping hazard. Besides all of that the place was clean up to date very comfortable and the view was marvelous. we enjoyed our stay and are talking about coming back in the future.

If you like camping and your partner doesn't, this is the perfect compromise! The entire description lived up to it. I used the Jacuzzi, made a camp fire, cooked steaks on the grill, mirrored a movie on the large screen TV, then slept better than I do at home. The next day, rinse and repeat. We drove 40 minutes to the the Tuscarora trail the first day, we'll worth it, even though it's a 30 to 40 min drive, it's completely scenic, I'd do the drive just for the drive itself. On the second day we went on the train tour, remember to bring cash for the concessions. It's a bit tacky, but definitely West Virginia and we are getting old so we like tacky. We saw a bald eagle in it's nest and one soaring in the sky. We also got to see West Virginians in their natural habitat, Wild and Wonderful, we had a lot of fun, thanks Tony!

We really enjoyed our stay! Absolutely amazing and looks the exact same as the listing. You can see the other domes but we never felt like we didn’t have privacy. Not much to do in the area, but we were very content just staying at the dome. Both the hot tub and the view were great! Would definitely come back and stay again! ✨

If you’re wondering if you should book the dome… do it! We spent our wedding weekend at the dome and did not want to leave! Great views and a very relaxing setting! We parked our truck Friday and did not leave until Sunday! We enjoyed the hot tub, grilling steaks, and relaxing by the fire pit! Thanks Tony for a special place!

Recommend they use different lock box codes for each of the igloos and have better cleaning services on standby should something happen like it did for us, drove 3 hours only to find that since the left igloo wasn’t cleaned guests were told to go to our igloo in the middle by the Airbnb rep. Then when we arrived they were in ours and were told to take the dirty one. Luckily the couple had arrived before us and hadn’t used some of the items and agreed to love to their correct igloo even though it was dirty. They took the extra sheets from our igloo to go and make their own bed.. not sure if guests actually just went to ours and tried code since theirs was dirty or Airbnb /tony told them to take ours… very uncomfortable situation for all but supposedly they and us did get $100 off the rate. We should’ve gotten more since it was completely Airbnb/Tony fault and the closest nice motel was at least an hour . You don’t give someone a place that you know you have another couple coming

My wife & I stayed here for our anniversary. The place seemed like it was newly built and looked amazing. Very clean and tidy. The place was filled with every essential item, with quality bathroom products. The bed was super soft and had a great view. A/C worked extremely well in the dome. Hiking trails are a little far, but the drive was very scenic. There’s a small town near by that has a few fun things to do.
The host was very tentative, checking on us periodically to ensure everything was up to our standards. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Tony's place was cute! It looks just like the photos . The location is VERY rural, with nothing for a store for about 25 minutes in either direction.
If your looking to visit anything in West Virginia, look further south! Its a 3 to 4 hour drive for any attraction, water fall, or even an activity.
There was a slight miscommunication with the maintenance team and they were not aware (or didn't care) that we were staying next door, and they started putting flooring down in the new cabin 100 feet away, at 630 am one morning. Please just check with Tony to be sure they got the memo. Tony was nice enough to make up for this inconvenience.
Id stay again if i was visiting maryland, virginia, or even pennsylvania, as they are all just a stones throw away from the cabin. The hottub was amazing and the views were too! We found the bed to be a bit too hard for our likings, but everything was brand new and clean!

Great little glamping luxury done! Kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances you’d need, bathroom was clean, and furniture and bed were very comfortable. Hot tub was wonderful with an amazing view of the sun rise and sunset. While it was between two other properties, there was enough distance to be in your own bubble. Highly recommend!
