What a relaxing space! Hot tub right next to the fire pit. Two other tiny homes relatively close, but they’re faced in different directions so they are pretty private. Pull out couch was pretty uncomfortable, I recommend you bring a thick blanket to lay down on top! 🙂 10/10!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The place was as described except for the location and couch. It was not positioned facing the water as shown. That’s why we rented it. The hot tub was great. Pretty souroundings. Peaceful. Far off the main road. Very quiet.

My girlfriend and I LOVED this place. It was a great experience and everything we hoped it would be. The cabin was clean, the view was great, we loved the hottub, the campfire was fun, and we'd love to go again. Tony's communication throughout the whole process was incredible. Every question or concern we had, we answered immediately.

Had a wonderful time here! Tony is super responsive and the cabin itself is very peaceful for a short getaway! It can get pretty dark so be wary if you're a weenie (like me) but still want to use the hot tub at night haha. Very comfortable and accommodating stay, 10/10😊

“The tiny house was a good experience. Even though they’re two other tiny homes nearby, you still have your space and privacy. We did have a problem with the propane as in the Manuel it said there should be an extra on the deck, there was not but there was a few extra in the shed! The host, Tony, was very nice and responded to any issues that we had in a timely manner. Overall, a great experience “

This tiny home was a nice getaway and Tony was very friendly and responsive to all issues we encountered during our stay. One thing that I didn’t realize before purchasing and reading the home manual was that there are 3 tiny homes in the community only 100ft from one another. This was not a problem, for each home was placed in a way where no home was facing another but I was just unaware at first so take that into consideration before booking! Overall nice private area still close to restaurants and public places (including the Luray caverns)!

The place was great, exactly as stated in the description and shown in the pictures. It is absolutely worth it for the price you are paying! On top of that, there are plenty of things to do around the area. Tony was very helpful and made the entire process very seamless, overall a great experience!

The place was great. Just what we expected. Really enjoyed resting the weary bones in the hot tub. The fold out bed wasn’t quite as comfortable as I hoped, but it is a fold out. Overall, a really good experience.

A very unique stay, beautiful surroundings. The pull down curtains provided privacy when wanted. The amount of space is as pictured, and all that we needed. Tony was very responsive, and understanding for some confusion that I had which is very appreciated. We loved the stay and it was just as pictured, although the pictures showed the pull out bed to face the view of the woods which we were excited for, but it faced towards the bathroom instead. All in all it was a fun experience! Thanks for letting us stay!

my girlfriend and i had a lovely time. i surprised them with this trip for christmas and this cabin really had everything that we love. the fire pit, the hot tub, and the beautiful tiny home with floor to ceiling windows were perfect. picture perfect trip with the love of my life. plus, the cabin is only 15 minutes from Luray Caverns. i hope to visit again in the spring.
next time we won’t sleep through check out ! thanks for being so kind and patient. we really appreciate that. happy new year.

This tiny home was indeed VERY tiny. I feel the pictures were deceiving because it created an illusion that there would be more space. Other than that, the place was very clean and has nice amenities. The view is excellent. Know that there is wifi on the property but no cell signal. Bring your own blankets if you sleep cold. Would stay here again but with more of a “camping” mindset/ preparation. Overall good stay if you want a nature getaway!

I loved staying at this cosy cabin. It is in a gorgeous quiet space not far from the trails near Shenandoah skyline drive. Nice sounds from the river and forest. It has a large deck - ideal for morning yoga. Definitely recommend this place!

Tony and family kept this tiny house spotlessly clean. The hot tub was in great condition, the fire pit and lights were really lovely. I saw a bald eagle flying over the river at sunrise. The house was in close proximity to Shenandoah Park, I would definitely return here.l for a great weekend getaway.

Our tiny home was cute and although it was tiny it had everything we needed. It was also very clean. Tony communicated with us before, throughout and after checkout and provided helpful instructions. Everything was as described. I think my only cons are the bed. Due to previous reviews I bought my own mattress pad so it wasn’t terrible and I was okay with it for the 2 nights I stayed there. My husband would disagree tho. I also personally didn’t think it was secluded/private enough. If you can try to book the homes by the river, I think those offer a bit more privacy however the homes are still about 100ft apart. Otherwise, we enjoyed having a grill, fire pit and we really enjoyed the hot tub as get got really hot. I would stay here again, just keep in mind the bed accommodation.

This is my best tiny home so far! It's beautiful, clean and quiet! It is a perfect place to relax while enjoying the beauty of nature! This tiny home is easy to locate. The host was very responsive. we visited the Shanadoah national, park, went up the trail and then some good wine tasting at the muse vineyard! It was amazing!

Great stay! No complaints! Arrival was smooth, accurate description, living space and amenities were well kept and everything was in great condition. Loved the fire pit and hot tub in particular. Book here if you're looking for a quiet and peaceful place to stay in the area, you won't be disappointed!

My husband and I had a great time. A perfect get away for our anniversary. The best part was the hot tub. Everything about Tony’s place was great EXCEPT the pull out couch bed. It is very stiff and uncomfortable. I didn’t sleep well at all. I would suggest getting a mattress topper or just getting more comfortable couch bed in general. The only other thing I wish was provided was firewood for the fire pit. Other than those two things our stay was excellent! I would stay here again but I would bring a mattress topper or something more comfortable to sleep on. I definitely recommend this place to a single person or a couple. Very quiet, private and peaceful.

Had a wonderful peaceful getaway. This property is close to the river and in a wooded location making it feel private. The other properties are within close proximity but was very quiet.
The host was very responsive checking in to make sure there were no issues or in need of any recommendations for the area. Instructions were very clear upon checking in and checking out!

Overall, we had a good time at Tony’s place! We loved relaxing in the hot tub with the string lights on and enjoying the gorgeous outdoors. Though, I would like to note that the couch bed is rather uncomfortable (as other guests have stated), it’s very firm and we tossed and turned all night on it. I feel as if this could be remedied with a cushy mattress topper that could be kept in the linen storage closet above the bed! But, not trying to nitpicky since it IS a couch bed. Secondly, the toilet is lowkey hard to figure out. It isn’t a standard handle to flush, it’s two metal buttons above the back of the toilet with no indication of what either does. We reached out to Tony for guidance, he simply said that he would ask his cleaners— No response after. Simply put, we figured it out LOL (hold the left button in). Despite that, It was a great trip/location and I recommend to anyone interested, just things to keep in mind.

First and foremost, we booked very last minute after an unexpected change of travel plans and Tony was very accommodating in that matter. There was some confusion with the checkin time as the app stated checkin was any time after noon, but in reality checkin wasn’t until 4pm. Which was kind of a bummer.
When we got there at 4pm, the house was easy to find, access, and in a beautiful setting. We were really looking forward to using the hot tub; however, after 5 hours it was still nowhere near hot enough to enjoy.
In my opinion, there should be extra blankets for guests (there was only one), some sort of mattress topper for the pullout bed, and firewood should be provided by the host.
Checkin/checkout is clearly very strict, to the point where we almost felt rushed the morning of checkout even though we had to leave three hours prior. It’s my understanding that people have taken advantage of it but the reminders of checkout just seemed a bit excessive.
Overall, our stay was great

Our stay was peaceful and calming to the spirit. The views, were amazing, the hot tub was soothing and the lounge chairs to lay back were perfect.
The inside was well maintained, with modern amenities. We could appreciate the use of the small space to provide the essentials and more!
Overall, this stay was amazing and we definitely plan to return soon.

Professional and responsive. Clear instructions and full details. **Be sure to save the instructions before traveling there. I had no service before you connect to wifi. I would choose one of the other tiny homes next time. They're a slightly more money but they're right on the river. Anyway...really beautiful, peaceful and well maintained. Do a sunrise hike at Kennedy Peak! Get there 1 hour before sunrise to see the sun rise at the top. Best part about this area. The river is gorgeous. I hope to be back some day. Thank you!

This was a sweet getaway. Very peaceful, clean, and close to the river. Loved the jacuzzi and the fire pit. Nice grill as well. I recommend bringing food and grilling and just having a good time. Also you will have an option to cook in pans on the grill. Tony provided pots and pans; however the oil spray was broken. No wood was provided, bring your own. The bathroom oddly only had shampoo, which is kinda dumb. I mean Tony seems a young guy he knows these days they make shampoo and body wash combo products or at least provide body wash or a soap bar, as people can use body wash everywhere but not shampoo. When we asked Tony did not make any small effort to provide us with body soap even after contacting his cleaners. Regardless it's a basic essential, trying to get away with it by adding to your amenities that he provides shampoo but doesn't mention body wash is not cute. Also I liked Tony was very communicative but it felt a bit overwhelming and compulsive.

I booked this place for my fiancés birthday and it was amazing! Tony was such an incredible host and the Airbnb looked exactly like the pictures. Beautiful view, fantastic hottub (spent most of my time in there), and the fireplace was pretty much brand new! If you’re looking for something in Luray/Shenandoah area I recommend this place 10/10
