Beautiful cabin by a nice stream. We felt very secluded even with neighbors on both sides, and an easy drive to Berkeley Springs. We also loved the comfy recliners -- a perfect peaceful weekend away!

This place is such a great find in Harper’s Ferry. Very walkable to restaurants and other local spots. Plenty of space and a beautifully decorated, historic home! Hosts were very communicative and super responsive. Thanks for the great stay!

This home fit our needs exactly. The host was also extremely responsive when we asked questions before and during our stay via text, which I liked. Some things I didn’t realize before booking was that there is no washer and dryer on-site but there are ample linens and towels to get a large group through their stay.

My girlfriend and I wanted to get away for a few days and simply relax in a private location. This place was perfect. Quaint for two people, and had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

My siblings and I came in for our Dad's 70th birthday, from all over the country. What a great space! The house is clean, the views AMAZING. The host, Tony , is responsive and super helpful. We had an wonderful time celebrating our Dad and Osprey Ridge offered perfect place for us to be together ❤️

So thoughtfully set up. An airy log cabin updated for modern life, including all the kitchen appliances you need and awesome water pressure (it matters! :)). Immaculately clean. The screened-in porch was a great place to relax (and has a dog bed <3) at night and listen to the crickets. Private. Be sure to hit the nearby River General Store for salads and sandwiches plus provisions.

My stay with Tony was fantastic. The house was clean, comfortable, and the sourroundings were beautiful and peaceful. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Berkeley Springs WV area.

The place was very cool! The surrounding area was beautiful. The people in wardensville were very nice and the stores in the town are great! Like a lot of other listings the sulfur smell from the water was present but it really wasn’t bad. The hot tub was amazing especially looking out into the mountains. I wish there was a bit more lighting in the drive way because it was getting eerily dark outside at night. I didnt realize the fire pit was down a steep incline so I was not able to use it or see it. This trip was great definitely peaceful and nice to relax in the mountains! Don’t forget to check out the local places they really are fantastic!

We had a great stay! It was clean and well equipped. The hot tub was wonderful! Communication was great. Highly recommend! It was perfect for our weekend getaway. Lots to do around the area and a perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature.

On the whole, a good Airbnb with lots of space, and walkable to local shops, bakeries, bars and restaurant. One point to note is that the upstairs bathroom tub was small, and having only one shower is a challenge and not v practical for larger groups. However, would recommend as was good value for money.

Overall a great weekend with some friends. It rained a bit and we were cozy right through it all. We hiked, used the hot tub, cooked. We did bring a few nicer pans but they did have a nice kitchen supply. The outside covered deck could definitely be cleaned a bit. I didn’t feel comfortable hanging out with spider webs and dust. I was hoping to do some yoga out there and that was unrealistic although they warned about this in the description.

Tony & Blue Maples place, was a wonderful escape to the woods. Our dog felt very comfortable and loved the backyard space. The fire pit was so much fun, nicely set up with chairs. There was plenty options of rooms and beds to choose from. Both bathrooms were great. And the shower upstairs had good water pressure and hot water. Kitchen space worked out good for us, has all the essentials you need. Living room/tv area was okay. Couch could be improved, space and comfort were not great. The three decks (upstairs, back yard and steps out front) need improvement. Especially when it’s raining, slippery. Plenty of space in the drive way. The amenities of staying in the Alpine resorts are a very nice feature. We were hoping for kayaking on the lake, but according to the lodge it was done for the season. The house manual says it goes until October, so if you want to go kayaking in the last week/weekend of September bring your own kayak. Great communication with the host. Very helpful.

Area was secluded, descent view & location. Hard to keep hottub clean (as mentioned in another review) due to being on a dry dirt road with passing cars. Lights & bug zapper around hottub did not work (another review from 3 years ago stated), so not much maintenance being done. Coffee pot had old grounds left in filter box; Keurig had to run 2-3 rounds to get a cup. Breadcrumbs left behind toaster, 1/2 roll of paper towels & very little additional tp for the stay. Add says propane grill, so we packed for such& on arrival found a charcoal grill; went to town for dinner since it would have taken too long to go, purchase charcoal, lighter fluid (which we could have brought from home, along w/smoking chips)& come back to preheat & cook. When we messaged host, he said they’ve been supplying the propane, so asked me to take pictures & send him. I did & pointed out the inconvenience & received no response. I thought maybe a reimbursement for supplies or an apology in the least! Nada!

I recently stayed at an Airbnb in a gorgeous house with high ceilings, right on the banks of the Potomac River. The setting was absolutely breathtaking, with views that made every moment feel peaceful and inspiring. The location itself couldn’t have been more perfect for a quiet weekend getaway, offering the ideal atmosphere to relax, slow down, and recharge both body and mind. I brought my son, who is currently studying medicine, and the experience was just what he needed. Being surrounded by the calm of nature and the beauty of the river helped him unwind and regain his balance after the intensity of his studies. It was truly a refreshing and meaningful escape for both of us.

Overall, my wife and I had a pleasant and relaxing stay. The property was very quiet, which made it a peaceful getaway. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, although it was initially set to 74 degrees and took quite a long time to reach 104. The water also had a slight green tint, so we were only able to use it once during our visit. The grill was a great feature, and we used it multiple times—it worked very well and was a nice addition to the stay. The oven was functional but could use an update, and the kitchen would benefit from a few more amenities such as a mixer or small appliances to make cooking easier. The home was clean and comfortable, though the bathroom could use a few updates. A new shower head and some fresh paint would go a long way in improving the space, as there are visible areas where old shower rods had been removed and paint is peeling. Despite these small issues, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Tony was great to book with.

We had the best stay! The location was beautiful. We have stayed many other places that said they were private, but this was truly private. I couldn’t believe we could relax outside without hearing any other cars or people, just nature! The house was very clean and comfortable too. We will definitely be staying here again. Thanks Tony!

Really cool place, and super clean. Wish the road was more lit up and marked better. we arrived both nights in the dark but they provided flashlights and hiking sticks which i thought was very thoughtful! Wardensville was close and super cute town, and we drove to skyline everyday! Cool “glamping” experience
