We had a relaxing time. We enjoyed the quiet surroundings. The hot tub was our favorite. The fire pit was nice to have too (we lucked out that there was some leftover wood).
It’s in the house manual but not explicitly in the post that the nearest store and/or restaurant is about 30 min away which I think would have helped to know.

This cabin was the perfect weekend getaway. It is secluded but not unreasonably far from things to do and places to get supplies. The hot tub on the deck is amazing, especially at night when the stars are so clear. Tony, our host, was very responsive, which made our stay that much better. My husband and I would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone looking to escape the day-to-day for a bit.

We had an amazing stay at this cabin with my family. The place was spotless, very well maintained, and felt comfortable from the moment we walked in. Everything was set up perfectly, and all the utilities worked flawlessly, which made our stay stress-free.
The area itself is beautiful, quiet, and peaceful exactly what we were looking for to relax and spend quality time together. We truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Very beautiful home and surrounding area! Property is so large and lovely. The main road to the property itself was half gravel and sand so we had to definitely had to just take some time to go through them, if you have a super low or lowered car just keep that in mind! Host was lovely and very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. House was clean and comfortable and the views were incredible.

I wanted a secluded place in the mountains, and that’s what Tony’s place Is. There was a beautiful view of the mountains from the hot tub and the hot tub was amazing – everything I wanted it to be. The living room was very nicely decorated – very relaxing and cozy.
I stayed here by myself, so the sounds of the electric baseboard heaters kicking on and off through the night kept me awake. By the 3rd night, I discovered brown noise on YouTube, which helped. Also, there was a wind storm on night 2 of my stay, which added to the noises.
Aside from these, the only thing I’d change are: the scratched up non-stick cookware. For the price and the seclusion, it was wonderful. I’d love to come with the family and a dog – the place is perfectly equipped for that.
Also, I left something inside the house and was able to have the cleaning people mail it to me for a small fee. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

We had the best weekend celebrating my husband’s birthday at this cozy cabin! It felt peaceful and private, like our own little woodland escape. The cabin was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We even brought our dog, who loved exploring and lounging with us. Such a special spot! We would absolutely stay again!

We enjoyed staying for a New Years getaway. The place is quaint, nicely decorated, and has everything you need in the kitchen to prepare meals. The host is very organized. From booking to checking out there was constant reminders and communication. The highlight of our stay was the hot tub and stargazing during a full moon. The cabin is about a 15 minute drive from the main road which gives you privacy and seclusion. This is what we were looking for. The cabin is also close to Cacapon State Park and Resort. I highly recommend you check out the activities to do there, along with exploring Berkeley Springs downtown.

This was my second time staying in one of Tony’s place (different property both in west virgina early 2025). Tony keeps his properties clean, cozy and well kept. The hot tub was our favorite amenity. Because it was on the patio so we enjoyed the view from it morning, noon and night. As mentioned in other reviews the water does have a bad odor so bring water even to brush your teeth. Also make sure to have a flashlight as the walk from the car to the house is dark. Another review mentioned it was cold in there because the AC units were still in the window causing cold air to come in. I can confirm while there mid December they were not in the windows and the heaters worked great. It’s a great space and we’re already looking at his other properties for our next visit early 2026.

The space was cozy, clean, and exactly what we needed for a quick getaway. The hot tub was absolutely beautiful and the perfect way to relax—especially on a cold night. We’re already talking about coming back when the weather isn’t so frigid so we can enjoy the fire pit and take a walk around the area. Would definitely recommend and hope to return soon!

We had such a great time staying at Tony’s cabin! It looked just like the pictures and it was super secluded and peaceful. The roads can be tricky and rough so like other reviewers said, just make sure you are in a car that can handle that. The grill and the hot tub were amazing and the highlight of the trip. Tony’s team was super communicative and gave us some recommendations too. Definitely check out Cacapon State Park too for a hike!

My boyfriend and I booked this cabin for a romantic getaway, and it certainly met our expectations! The hot tub was great and fully functional, the view was beautiful, and we enjoyed the amenities such as the grill and the full kitchen. We weren’t prepared to see the drinking water a yellow color (minerals from the spring), but it was fully disclosed in the manual sent ahead of time, and it was still perfectly drinkable and clean. The cabin felt homey and it was situated in a place that felt cozy, private, and safe. I appreciate Tony checking in regularly throughout our stay, and felt like we had a home away from home. We also feel like it was slightly overpriced for the time we got, but everything was enjoyable, so we can’t complain too much. I will definitely consider staying here again!

Our time was so special! Everything was perfect and we felt so confortable. Was a rescue we needed! Our dog got so ao happy. was her paradise place.

We stayed at Tony’s place for a last minute pit stop. I was disappointed in how far away from Berkeley springs proper it was.(at least 30 minutes) It was a perfectly fine place for resting our heads, something to note: zero lighting in the parking area and on the path to the house. The water also has a strong sulfur smell. So a shower was most unpleasant and you’ll want to bring your own drinking water. The house its self had some details that could get some attention, random holes in walls where base board were missing was one thing I noticed. I think this cabin is fine enough, and Tony was a good communicator. But for the price and only being there for less than 11 hours it was under par for us. Lastly the check in/ out times are unusual

Tony and his family a doing a fantastic job running this Airbnb. it was EXACTLY as described and exactly what we were looking for. The house is spacious and clean. I was able to prepare meals in a very well equipped kitchen without any problems. the hot tub was clean and easy to use. the fire pit was great. . and the property itself was just beautiful. Great sunsets and a star filled sky both easy to enjoy from the comfort of the back deck. We would absolutely stay again! The host was undoubtedly the most attentive that we have had personally since I’ve started using Airbnb, checking in regularly via text to make sure we were comfortable, and answering my questions within minutes of my asking. We can’t thank Tony and his family enough for sharing this great location and home with us.

We really appreciated the remoteness of this location, as well as the spectacular views, cozy beds, useful extra information in the rental handbook, well-stocked kitchen, amazing responsiveness from Tony and staff, and very clean condition of the home! The hot tub was in great condition (I’m picky), and the selection of games and activities was great for our family time together! When our daughter accidentally left behind a special item Tony/staff contacted us promptly to let us know and are even helping return it to us. We only stayed one night as a layover on a long drive, but would love to return for a longer stretch next time!

We had a great time staying at this property, being in such a peaceful and remote location. The property itself however could do with some tlc, which isn’t reflected in the photos. There was also a strong sulphur smell when running water, which made showering unpleasant. We enjoyed sitting on the deck listening to the birds during the day, and enjoyed nights in the hot tub looking up at the stars.

Beautiful, secluded spot tucked away from neighbors. Easy drive to the town of Berkeley Springs and Cacapon State Park. We loved the hot tub, especially during the gorgeous sunsets. The fire pit is also great (bring your own firewood), and our dog loved roaming the property. Tony is super responsive, and provided all the info we needed. The full kitchen is great, just be sure to bring your own ground coffee if plan to use the coffee maker. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Overall, a great stay! It was a very nice place to stay for a quiet weekend getaway. We really enjoyed our time being able to cook in a large kitchen with modern appliances, soak in the hot tub at night while stargazing, and take in the peacefulness in the morning. We were approached by a black coyote(?) at our campfire and saw deer and cats so lots of wildlife in the area. No major complaints.

– Big kitchen, great for cooking
– A reasonable drive from local attractions (hikes, Berkeley Springs, etc)

Great place, super private and gorgeous setting. Hot tub is great, with a beautiful view. If you plan do alot of cooking the kitchen supplies are basic, so take anything special you may need. Comfy bed, so a great night sleep. Bring flashlights for walking from car to cabin at night. Certainly no complaints, and lots of wonderful space to relax.

We had a great stay at Tony’s. Everything was as described. Very relaxing. Just keep in mind that you’re in the mountains, so things will take a bit longer to get through, and you will need to get in your car if you want to do something as nothing is around. I was just a bit unsure how to use the pellet stove and I didnt want to go through the hassle of calling maintenance. But it was just pretty cold in the house. The a/c units should be taken out during the winter to minimize the drafts. Other than that, I would go back again definitely!

Overall the house was decent. The pellet stove would not start for us but Tony was responsive and provided a handyman’s number. Check in and out was very easy. A little over-priced but the surroundings made up for that.

My wife and I needed a few days in the Appalchian woods away from people and fireworks for the new year. This house was exactly what we were looking for – far enough away to be left alone and a large enough property for our dog to explore (on leash or in the fenced area off leash). Lots of trails and public land in the area and the town of Berkeley Springs seems to have a lot to do if you want to get back into civilization.
The house is old, but updated nicely. It has baseboard heat, a wood stove, and a heating/ac unit in the main room. We liked the baseboard heat and the cozy atmosphere. The linens and surfaces were clean, but it is a cabin in the woods; you have to expect some cracks and holes around the corners and the occassional evidence of mice in the backs of the cupboards. We just washed our dishes before we used them and didnt have any problems during our stay.

A nice quiet getaway.

I would definitely return to this place! It was peaceful, private, the hot tub relaxing, and dogs loved the fenced in area and watching the deer out the windows!
Though there were some things that I wish I had known beforehand:
Kitchen supplies were incomplete. Plenty of plates/glasses but only a single metal mixing bowl the size of a cereal bowl. If you’re planning to make meals, bring bowls/serving dishes. I wish there had been plastic wrap, foil, and plastic bags around. Storing the food we brought became difficult as packages were opened and there was no way to store/preserve them in the fridge. No containers either.
The walk from the parking area and front door was longer than expected and hard to navigate in the dark with only a couple working solar lights along it.
The fenced in area isn’t connected to the house, still had to leash the dogs to get there.
Unbeknownst to us, it was BYOPellets for the pellet stove.. Even with baseboard heaters, we were a bit chilly inside.

Driving to this site felt like an adventure. After every turn the road got narrower and narrower. This place is situated in the middle of the mountains!! What a trip. A bit rustic, but we loved it. Beautiful deck overlooking the mountain. Dog friendly!!
Things to know that aren’t listed: The dog yard is not attached to the house, but it is HUGE!! Our dogs got great runs in every day.
From the driveway to the house is a ways, so bringing a cart on wheels is helpful if you don’t travel light. We have one because we show dogs and it was invaluable getting our things to the house and back out to the car.
The walk to the dog yard from house is a bit downhill and not super good footing.
Overall- we loved this AirBnB

We had a great weekend at Tony’s cabin — it’s beautiful and well-equipped, and we especially enjoyed the hot tub and the fenced-in area for our dog to run around in. Tony was very responsive and friendly. (The unpaved road was not an issue at all for our little car without all-wheel drive, even in the rain.)

Everything was wonderful. We did have an issue with the key upon arrival but it was quickly handled by Tony & his team. The location is 20 minutes away from Berkeley Springs. We loved the feel of the small town & things to do but were also so happy to be in a private, calm location in the evenings. We loved the hot tub on the deck. The home itself has some quirks but nothing we couldn’t overlook. It is a cabin in the country. We loved our stay and will be back with family.

Berkeley Springs was great! The home was very cozy, we enjoyed cooking and the hot tub! The drive up to the house was a little scary, but well worth the drive! Just make sure your car is a little prepared for some rugged activity!!

This was our second visit to this property. This location is peaceful, secluded and very scenic. The hot tub provides for added relaxation. I had a great stay! The cabin was even more secluded than I expected, with plenty of nature all around and animals to watch. The hot tub was amazing, and there was plenty of room for a solo adventure like me or even a small family. 4 wheel drive is recommended however, especially if it’s wet and your not used to windy mountain roads. I will definitely consider booking again next time I’m in West Virginia!

We enjoyed the hot tub and made s’mores over the campfire. The sunsets were spectacular from the porch and we cooked out on the grill both nights. We felt right at home and everything was very convenient and well placed.
We brought our 2 dogs and it was nice having a fenced in area for them.

we 100% reccomend this charming airbnb!! the location was absolutely stunning! we spent every morning drinking tea on the deck and at night would sit by the firepit or stargaze in the hottub! truly a picturesque stay. we loved seeing the local wildlife and also cute neighborhood forest cats around. This is definitely the place to go when you want to disconnect and reset. Tony was a fantastic host and super responsive. when we accidentally left our key at a cafe that closed for the day he was able to quickly help us get the spare. thank you Tony!

If you are looking for a peaceful retreat, this is the place. The home is very private, surrounded by forest, but with a margin of grass in the yard. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting in the relaxing hot tub with views of the mountains. We made all our meals there, despite the fact that it rained for 2 of the 3 days and we didn’t use the barbecue. It was also nice to have satellite tv to watch the basketball playoff games and PBS shows.

Amazing, peaceful, clean get away! Tony was a very good host with clear instructions and quick responses. The house was secluded and quiet, the home was clean as well as the hot tub. It was an amazing view of the stars from the property so sitting in the hot tub and star gazing was amazing. Also was able to have a nice fire pit and cook a nice steak on the grill. No complaints at all!

Loved the peaceful atmosphere and wilderness. My dogs loved running around in the fenced in area! The jacuzzi was very clean and relaxing. Great selection of games for indoor and outdoor use. Would stay again and would recommend for a nice relaxing getaway.

We have stayed at lots of Blue Maple cabins, and they are our go-to. This sweet little cabin is perfect for two people or small family. The hot tub on the deck is absolutely perfect, and the sweeping views can’t be beat. It’s private, quiet, and the perfect place to relax. Plus, it’s just about a 30 minute drive from Berkeley Springs and under 2 hours from DC. The fenced in yard is great—especially if you bring a dog. The only downside for us is that we could only stay one night, so with the fees and taxes it’s VERY expensive for what it is for one night, but that’s AirBnB for you. Also keep in mind the check in is 4pm and check out is 10am, which is super early, considering what you pay. Still, we love Blue Maple and would love to come back to this particular cabin. Thanks!

Our stay at this cabin was wonderful. It was spotlessly clean, with all the essentials provided. The backyard was a dream for our puppy, and the hot tub was a relaxing treat, already warm upon our arrival. We appreciated the consistently warm water for showers—a small but significant comfort. Communication with our host, Tony, was excellent, making us feel well-cared for throughout our vacation. I highly recommend it for a cozy and enjoyable getaway!

Fantastic property that is secluded. We really appreciated how clean this property was and how responsive the host was. The hot tub was fantastic. We really enjoyed star gazing from the hot tub. The only change I would make for next time is to drive to this property with an all wheel drive vehicle, especially if it was muddy. We would highly recommend!

This cabin was perfect for a weekend getaway for my husband and I. It suited our amenities well and was very cozy. It’s a half hour from any food or grocery basically but not the worst drive distance. The mile trek back a dirt road to the cabin was a little rough and full of potholes and bumps. Would not be good if there was bad weather. But the location was quiet and private. The hot tub on the back of the porch was delightful and made for a perfect chilly evening activity. The worst thing about this property was the very low water pressure. Showering was quite difficult and it was impossible to use more than one water source at once. However. I’d still highly recommend for a quiet and relaxing getaway.

Place is pretty easy to get to even though it’s down some backroads. It was very clean when we got there, everything in the house as far as dishes and towels etc was very easy to find. Scenery is beautiful, it’s a very private location. The back deck is great place to spend time with the hot tub and the awesome view of the woods. All around just a great place to hang out for a get a way. The best part is this place is dog friendly so we didn’t have to leave our pups at home. Thanks again for a great place and a great time.

Great getaway! Beautiful views. We were surrounded by nature. We were able to stargaze while enjoying the hot tub in the cold weather on the deck. Definitely the hot tub was the highlight of our stay. Amazing! Berkeley Springs little town was about 25 minutes away (cute and quaint). Food Lion is about the same distance if you need to make a run to the grocery store. The area is quiet and private. Tony was always available to assist. We will return 🙂

Tony was a great host during my recent birthday vacation. The place was a little hard to get to since we arrived past sunset, but once we got in we made ourselves cozy. It is a bit far from local food and groceries, but close enough for mild-emergency trips. Overall, had a good time being lazy in the cabin!

Wonderful stay at this charming cabin! Hot tub , beautiful fire pit and peacefully quiet! The road leading to the house is a little off road and bumpy so keep that in mind! It was a cozy and cute house with everything we needed! We enjoyed karaoke at the local bar called hillbilly heaven! We had an amazing stay at Tony’s cottage! Great view from the patio. I felt unfriendly towards two trees standing in the way partially blocking the beautiful mountain view. The main road to the property itself was half gravel and sand so we had to definitely had to just take some time to go through them, if you have a super low or lowered car just keep that in mind! I wanted a secluded place in the mountains, and that's what Tony's place Is. There was a beautiful view of the mountains from the hot tub and the hot tub was amazing - everything I wanted it to be. The living room was very nicely decorated - very relaxing and cozy.
I stayed here by myself, so the sounds of the electric baseboard heaters kicking on and off through the night kept me awake. By the 3rd night, I discovered brown noise on YouTube, which helped. Also, there was a wind storm on night 2 of my stay, which added to the noises.
Aside from these, the only thing I'd change are: the scratched up non-stick cookware. For the price and the seclusion, it was wonderful. I'd love to come with the family and a dog - the place is perfectly equipped for that.
Also, I left something inside the house and was able to have the cleaning people mail it to me for a small fee. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

We enjoyed staying for a New Years getaway. The place is quaint, nicely decorated, and has everything you need in the kitchen to prepare meals. The host is very organized. From booking to checking out there was constant reminders and communication. The highlight of our stay was the hot tub and stargazing during a full moon. The cabin is about a 15 minute drive from the main road which gives you privacy and seclusion. This is what we were looking for. The cabin is also close to Cacapon State Park and Resort. I highly recommend you check out the activities to do there, along with exploring Berkeley Springs downtown.

This was my second time staying in one of Tony's place (different property both in west virgina early 2025). Tony keeps his properties clean, cozy and well kept. The hot tub was our favorite amenity. Because it was on the patio so we enjoyed the view from it morning, noon and night. As mentioned in other reviews the water does have a bad odor so bring water even to brush your teeth. Also make sure to have a flashlight as the walk from the car to the house is dark. Another review mentioned it was cold in there because the AC units were still in the window causing cold air to come in. I can confirm while there mid December they were not in the windows and the heaters worked great. It's a great space and we're already looking at his other properties for our next visit early 2026.

My boyfriend and I booked this cabin for a romantic getaway, and it certainly met our expectations! The hot tub was great and fully functional, the view was beautiful, and we enjoyed the amenities such as the grill and the full kitchen. We weren't prepared to see the drinking water a yellow color (minerals from the spring), but it was fully disclosed in the manual sent ahead of time, and it was still perfectly drinkable and clean. The cabin felt homey and it was situated in a place that felt cozy, private, and safe. I appreciate Tony checking in regularly throughout our stay, and felt like we had a home away from home. We also feel like it was slightly overpriced for the time we got, but everything was enjoyable, so we can't complain too much. I will definitely consider staying here again!

We stayed at Tony’s place for a last minute pit stop. I was disappointed in how far away from Berkeley springs proper it was.(at least 30 minutes) It was a perfectly fine place for resting our heads, something to note: zero lighting in the parking area and on the path to the house. The water also has a strong sulfur smell. So a shower was most unpleasant and you’ll want to bring your own drinking water. The house its self had some details that could get some attention, random holes in walls where base board were missing was one thing I noticed. I think this cabin is fine enough, and Tony was a good communicator. But for the price and only being there for less than 11 hours it was under par for us. Lastly the check in/ out times are unusual

I was able to prepare meals in a very well equipped kitchen without any problems. the hot tub was clean and easy to use. the fire pit was great. . and the property itself was just beautiful. Great sunsets and a star filled sky both easy to enjoy from the comfort of the back deck. We would absolutely stay again! The host was undoubtedly the most attentive that we have had personally since I've started using Airbnb, checking in regularly via text to make sure we were comfortable, and answering my questions within minutes of my asking. We can't thank Tony and his family enough for sharing this great location and home with us.

We really appreciated the remoteness of this location, as well as the spectacular views, cozy beds, useful extra information in the rental handbook, well-stocked kitchen, amazing responsiveness from Tony and staff, and very clean condition of the home! The hot tub was in great condition (I'm picky), and the selection of games and activities was great for our family time together! When our daughter accidentally left behind a special item Tony/staff contacted us promptly to let us know and are even helping return it to us. We only stayed one night as a layover on a long drive, but would love to return for a longer stretch next time!

We had a great time staying at this property, being in such a peaceful and remote location. The property itself however could do with some tlc, which isn’t reflected in the photos. There was also a strong sulphur smell when running water, which made showering unpleasant. We enjoyed sitting on the deck listening to the birds during the day, and enjoyed nights in the hot tub looking up at the stars.

Beautiful, secluded spot tucked away from neighbors. Easy drive to the town of Berkeley Springs and Cacapon State Park. We loved the hot tub, especially during the gorgeous sunsets. The fire pit is also great (bring your own firewood), and our dog loved roaming the property. Tony is super responsive, and provided all the info we needed. The full kitchen is great, just be sure to bring your own ground coffee if plan to use the coffee maker. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Overall, a great stay! It was a very nice place to stay for a quiet weekend getaway. We really enjoyed our time being able to cook in a large kitchen with modern appliances, soak in the hot tub at night while stargazing, and take in the peacefulness in the morning. We were approached by a black coyote(?) at our campfire and saw deer and cats so lots of wildlife in the area. No major complaints.

Great place, super private and gorgeous setting. Hot tub is great, with a beautiful view. If you plan do alot of cooking the kitchen supplies are basic, so take anything special you may need. I was just a bit unsure how to use the pellet stove and I didnt want to go through the hassle of calling maintenance. But it was just pretty cold in the house. The a/c units should be taken out during the winter to minimize the drafts. Other than that, I would go back again definitely!

My wife and I needed a few days in the Appalchian woods away from people and fireworks for the new year. This house was exactly what we were looking for - far enough away to be left alone and a large enough property for our dog to explore (on leash or in the fenced area off leash). Lots of trails and public land in the area and the town of Berkeley Springs seems to have a lot to do if you want to get back into civilization.
The house is old, but updated nicely. It has baseboard heat, a wood stove, and a heating/ac unit in the main room. We liked the baseboard heat and the cozy atmosphere. The linens and surfaces were clean, but it is a cabin in the woods; you have to expect some cracks and holes around the corners and the occassional evidence of mice in the backs of the cupboards. We just washed our dishes before we used them and didnt have any problems during our stay.

I would definitely return to this place! It was peaceful, private, the hot tub relaxing, and dogs loved the fenced in area and watching the deer out the windows!
Though there were some things that I wish I had known beforehand:
Kitchen supplies were incomplete. Plenty of plates/glasses but only a single metal mixing bowl the size of a cereal bowl. If you're planning to make meals, bring bowls/serving dishes. I wish there had been plastic wrap, foil, and plastic bags around. Storing the food we brought became difficult as packages were opened and there was no way to store/preserve them in the fridge. No containers either.
The walk from the parking area and front door was longer than expected and hard to navigate in the dark with only a couple working solar lights along it.
The fenced in area isn't connected to the house, still had to leash the dogs to get there.
Unbeknownst to us, it was BYOPellets for the pellet stove.. Even with baseboard heaters, we were a bit chilly inside.

Driving to this site felt like an adventure. After every turn the road got narrower and narrower. This place is situated in the middle of the mountains!! What a trip. A bit rustic, but we loved it. Beautiful deck overlooking the mountain. Dog friendly!!
Things to know that aren’t listed: The dog yard is not attached to the house, but it is HUGE!! Our dogs got great runs in every day.
From the driveway to the house is a ways, so bringing a cart on wheels is helpful if you don’t travel light. We have one because we show dogs and it was invaluable getting our things to the house and back out to the car.
The walk to the dog yard from house is a bit downhill and not super good footing.

The cabin was in a beautiful location with great views. We enjoyed the privacy and peaceful surroundings as well as the hot tub. Tony communicated well with us throughout the stay. This may be a place that we will be coming back to!

We had a great weekend at Tony's cabin -- it's beautiful and well-equipped, and we especially enjoyed the hot tub and the fenced-in area for our dog to run around in. Tony was very responsive and friendly. (The unpaved road was not an issue at all for our little car without all-wheel drive, even in the rain.)

We were looking for a place to relax for 24 hrs and Tony's place was perfect. It was so peaceful and private. The hottub felt amazing. Everything was clean and we felt right at home. Definitely would recommend if you are looking for a quiet place to relax and enjoy nature!

Our recommendation: Book with caution! While the exterior property offered everything we expected: beautiful views, privacy, peace and quiet, the interior of the cabin left less to be desired. We found the accommodation to be in worse condition than this listing describes. These concerns were shared with the host in an effort to ensure improvements are made for the next guest.

Everything was wonderful. We did have an issue with the key upon arrival but it was quickly handled by Tony & his team. The location is 20 minutes away from Berkeley Springs. We loved the feel of the small town & things to do but were also so happy to be in a private, calm location in the evenings. We loved the hot tub on the deck. The home itself has some quirks but nothing we couldn't overlook. It is a cabin in the country. We loved our stay and will be back with family.

Berkeley Springs was great! The home was very cozy, we enjoyed cooking and the hot tub! The drive up to the house was a little scary, but well worth the drive! Just make sure your car is a little prepared for some rugged activity!!

This was our second visit to this property. This location is peaceful, secluded and very scenic. The hot tub provides for added relaxation. There is a fenced in pasture area on the property that our dogs really enjoy; an added benefit. Tony communicates well and responds to most concerns, promptly. Thanks Tony!

I had a great stay! The cabin was even more secluded than I expected, with plenty of nature all around and animals to watch. The hot tub was amazing, and there was plenty of room for a solo adventure like me or even a small family. 4 wheel drive is recommended however, especially if it's wet and your not used to windy mountain roads. I will definitely consider booking again next time I'm in West Virginia!

We had a fantastic stay!
We enjoyed the hot tub and made s’mores over the campfire. The sunsets were spectacular from the porch and we cooked out on the grill both nights. We felt right at home and everything was very convenient and well placed.
We brought our 2 dogs and it was nice having a fenced in area for them.
We will definitely be back.

we 100% reccomend this charming airbnb!! the location was absolutely stunning! we spent every morning drinking tea on the deck and at night would sit by the firepit or stargaze in the hottub! truly a picturesque stay. we loved seeing the local wildlife and also cute neighborhood forest cats around. This is definitely the place to go when you want to disconnect and reset. Tony was a fantastic host and super responsive. when we accidentally left our key at a cafe that closed for the day he was able to quickly help us get the spare. thank you Tony!

If you are looking for a peaceful retreat, this is the place. The home is very private, surrounded by forest, but with a margin of grass in the yard. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting in the relaxing hot tub with views of the mountains. We made all our meals there, despite the fact that it rained for 2 of the 3 days and we didn’t use the barbecue. It was also nice to have satellite tv to watch the basketball playoff games and PBS shows.

Amazing, peaceful, clean get away! Tony was a very good host with clear instructions and quick responses. The house was secluded and quiet, the home was clean as well as the hot tub. It was an amazing view of the stars from the property so sitting in the hot tub and star gazing was amazing. Also was able to have a nice fire pit and cook a nice steak on the grill. No complaints at all!

Loved the peaceful atmosphere and wilderness. My dogs loved running around in the fenced in area! The jacuzzi was very clean and relaxing. Great selection of games for indoor and outdoor use. Would stay again and would recommend for a nice relaxing getaway.

We have stayed at lots of Blue Maple cabins, and they are our go-to. This sweet little cabin is perfect for two people or small family. The hot tub on the deck is absolutely perfect, and the sweeping views can't be beat. It's private, quiet, and the perfect place to relax. Plus, it's just about a 30 minute drive from Berkeley Springs and under 2 hours from DC. The fenced in yard is great—especially if you bring a dog. The only downside for us is that we could only stay one night, so with the fees and taxes it's VERY expensive for what it is for one night, but that's AirBnB for you. Also keep in mind the check in is 4pm and check out is 10am, which is super early, considering what you pay. Still, we love Blue Maple and would love to come back to this particular cabin. Thanks!

Our stay at this cabin was wonderful. It was spotlessly clean, with all the essentials provided. The backyard was a dream for our puppy, and the hot tub was a relaxing treat, already warm upon our arrival. We appreciated the consistently warm water for showers—a small but significant comfort. Communication with our host, Tony, was excellent, making us feel well-cared for throughout our vacation. I highly recommend it for a cozy and enjoyable getaway!

Fantastic property that is secluded. We really appreciated how clean this property was and how responsive the host was. The hot tub was fantastic. We really enjoyed star gazing from the hot tub. The only change I would make for next time is to drive to this property with an all wheel drive vehicle, especially if it was muddy. We would highly recommend!

This cabin was perfect for a weekend getaway for my husband and I. It suited our amenities well and was very cozy. It’s a half hour from any food or grocery basically but not the worst drive distance. The mile trek back a dirt road to the cabin was a little rough and full of potholes and bumps. Would not be good if there was bad weather. But the location was quiet and private. The hot tub on the back of the porch was delightful and made for a perfect chilly evening activity. The worst thing about this property was the very low water pressure. Showering was quite difficult and it was impossible to use more than one water source at once. However. I’d still highly recommend for a quiet and relaxing getaway.

Place is pretty easy to get to even though it’s down some backroads. It was very clean when we got there, everything in the house as far as dishes and towels etc was very easy to find. Scenery is beautiful, it’s a very private location. The back deck is great place to spend time with the hot tub and the awesome view of the woods. All around just a great place to hang out for a get a way. The best part is this place is dog friendly so we didn’t have to leave our pups at home. Thanks again for a great place and a great time.

Great getaway! Beautiful views. We were surrounded by nature. We were able to stargaze while enjoying the hot tub in the cold weather on the deck. Definitely the hot tub was the highlight of our stay. Amazing! Berkeley Springs little town was about 25 minutes away (cute and quaint). Food Lion is about the same distance if you need to make a run to the grocery store. The area is quiet and private. Tony was always available to assist. We will return 🙂

Tony was a great host during my recent birthday vacation. The place was a little hard to get to since we arrived past sunset, but once we got in we made ourselves cozy. It is a bit far from local food and groceries, but close enough for mild-emergency trips. Overall, had a good time being lazy in the cabin!

Wonderful stay at this charming cabin! Hot tub , beautiful fire pit and peacefully quiet! The road leading to the house is a little off road and bumpy so keep that in mind! It was a cozy and cute house with everything we needed! We enjoyed karaoke at the local bar called hillbilly heaven! Hiking at the state park was the perfect day time activity, I would recommend this house for sure!

We had an amazing stay at Tony’s cottage! Great view from the patio. I felt unfriendly towards two trees standing in the way partially blocking the beautiful mountain view. Comfortable and well appointed cabin with plenty of space, the hot tub was ready when we arrived, and check-in/out was super easy. Loved the starry sky at night. Will certainly return.
