Super Neighbor Policy
Due to County and HOA regulations, the following are additional rules that must be adhered to. Any violations will result in a $200 fine:
Occupancy is 4 and absolutely no additional people are allowed on the premises.
As this implies, absolutely no events or large gatherings
Parking is in the Driveway only (No Street Parking)
Noise ordinances must be obeyed from 10pm-8am (respectful voice and music levels both inside and outside the property at these times)
Adhering to the speed limit
There must be no loose trash in the yard (it can blow into neighbor's yards or attract bears and other pests)
