Tony was a wonderful host! Just the right amount of communication to ensure our stay was going well and plenty of suggestions for local food/attractions. And the cabin was beautiful... a modern day cabin that was very clean!

Cabin is in great location and surrounding area was nice. There were houses nearby but you still have enough privacy. Host was great at communicating and making sure we had everything we needed.
Our bed was comfortable and house was clean. House heats up super well too and so well that we slept better with the bedroom heater baseboard off after letting it warm up first. Shower has great water pressure and eco-friendly soap was provided.
Netflix worked well with no issues but phone internet was slow at times. We mainly ate out or did take out so we didn’t use the kitchen too much.
Strongly recommend the Indian food at the Happy Mini Mart (yes, it’s a gas station too but the food was very good). We hiked Kennedy Peak Loop and went down to the river which was perfect with all the leaves changing colors.
We have very good memories from here. The beauty of the house, the beautiful view, the equipped place and the cleanliness of the house were really wonderful.
I suggest that if anyone goes here, they should stay for at least three days and nights.

This is a super cozy and clean house. Spectacular view from the window. The private lake is gorgeous. We very enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back soon.
We really loved staying here! It’s nestled up in the woods surrounded by beautiful trees. The house was super clean, has beautiful morning light and really comfortable beds. The host, Tony, is friendly, quick to communicate and organized all of the guest info in a easy to read/understand way. Thanks for a great stay!

This stay was exactly as I had read. It was super clean, peaceful, and beautiful and the bed was very comfy! Communication was also wonderful. 10/10 would recommend Tony’s place for a visit. 🙂

We had a wonderful experience in Tony’s cabin. The property is spacious, clean, and full of amenities; nestled in the woods, yet convenient to downtown Berkeley Springs. Tony is very friendly and responsive. We can’t recommend him or his properties highly enough!
Cutest little cabin in the woods! Loved the modern conveniences in a rustic environment. It was a very short stay for us, so we didn’t really get to see or enjoy any of the surrounding area, except the view. Which was amazing!!

Visited in the Fall and the experience was tranquil and serine. Cabin was rustic, clean, and had modern conveniences.
Tony’s home is beautifully decorated and has many amenities including a washer, dryer, high speed internet, smart tv, and newer kitchen appliances. We loved the back porch and front sunroom. They were perfect for reading a book with a blanket and sipping on a coffee ( or glass of wine!). Kitchen is fully stocked ( minus food of course ) to make a meal. Loved the tile shower and the option for heat via a switch in the one bathroom; made me feel like I was in a spa ! Tony was timely in his responses and offered great suggestions on restaurants. All in all, we had a great experience and look forward to returning!
I stayed at Tony's cabin for a couple of days during a weeklong trip through West Virginia, and it was the perfect spot to stay in and relax after a busy trip. Tony was incredibly communicative. The highlight is the wood burning stove, which was perfect for a chilly day of staying in, drinking coffee and reading some good books. There's tons of sleeping space so it would definitely be a good location if you have a large group.

What great cabin in the woods! The accommodations were perfect and exactly as described, and the location can't be beat! A secluded cabin, off a very quiet road, but only a couple miles from Cacapon Resort State Park (phenomenal hiking trails), and a few miles to "downtown" Berkeley Springs. Also, not only was communication with Tony (owner) fantastic, he even texted me on the day of arrival to say I could check in early since the cleaning crew had already finished. And speaking of the cleaning crew, the place was immaculate when I checked in, and I also left them a nice tip. I will definitely be renting this place again!
Great place, very clean and close to everything. Tony was very responsive and clear with directions. The place is great for a family and we hope to be able to visit again in the future.
This is was a lovely little place. I was looking for some peace and quiet in the woods, but not so far out in the woods that I get eaten by a bear. The cabin was clean and well-maintained, the area is peaceful, you're tucked in the woods but close to the resort if you want more than that-- a great value.
