This cabin was so cute and quaint - perfect for an escape from the business of regular life. The house is cozy, clean and has a few games to keep you entertained!
If visiting little fawn cabin during the week, I highly recommend stocking the house full of food. The town of Luray isn’t necessarily open on weekdays for eating/activities.
Tony was very attentive and helpful when I had a few questions about the cabin.
Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay on the north side of Chincoteague, only 15 minutes from the beach, very active host...super responsive with a desire to make your stay enjoyable. Kids loved the space and so did the pup.

Tony's cabin is spacious and comfortable, and has all you need to relax in the wilds of West Virginia! We used it as a spot to recharge, and the solitude and quiet were just what we needed. It's a short drive to the town of Berkeley Springs for sights and supplies, and also has good short hikes nearby. Take the Blue Trail up to the top of the mountain and then head North to Prospect Rock where George Washington used to take Martha! We also enjoyed cooking a nice meal in the kitchen and on the grill, relaxing on the deck, and soaking in the whirlpool tub in the main bath.

While you're here, I highly recommend a trip to the Old Roman Bath in town at Berkeley Springs State Park. It's an affordable and extremely relaxing experience!

Very nice quiet place with a nice backyard and firepit. Beds are a little firm yet bouncy to sit on. Tv is on the small side but has roku so you can watch whatever. Good size kitchen. Nice screened in porches. Good house layout. Overall a good stay. Owner is accommodating and kind.

I would recommend this place without reservation. Very communicative and supportive owner.

Tony was very communicative. We loved the cabin! A great place to relax and be in nature. Although it wasn’t far from the neighbors next door, you still felt secluded because the homes were separated by bushes and trees. Also plenty of great hikes nearby.

The cabin was amazing and very close to the state park and downtown Berkeley Springs. Tony was a great host with wonderful restaurant recommendations and checked in to see how our stay was going. We would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing weekend getaway.

We really like this cabin - very clean, spacious living room, kitchen has everything we needed. Good beds, linens and towels were provided, and we enjoyed the hot tub. Internet speed is 3 out of 5 (it's satellite), but the Netflix worked without any issues. Great location with easy access to water - Bealers Ferry Pond and Shenandoah River are just a few minutes driving, and Shenandoah River Outfitters provide a lot of attractions. Our dog loved to play near the water. Many good trails in about half an hour driving - we went to Jawbone Overlook trail and met not a single person (it's beginning of October). If you like horse riding I would recommend the Secret Passage Ranch (~45 min away). Tony is great host, very easy to communicate with, he provides all the information about the cabin and surroundings before your trip. We followed his recommendation to go to Gathering Grounds in Lurey for breakfast on the way home, and it's really great place with good food and dog friendly. Tony, thanks for everything!

Tony is an excellent host, he answer any question very quickly. The house was exactly like the photos, I really liked it. The area is amazing and the beach/ lake is beautiful; I enjoyed the delicious restaurants near by and the neighborhood as well. It is a cozy house into the woods.

Great place. Lots of space. Very secluded and pretty. Tony was great. Kept in touch. Made sure we had everything we needed. Heads up. No grocery store for about 15 miles. And. Arrive before dark. Last few miles are very curvy. Will definitely go back.

Nice place— very remote, great for star-gazing. Kitchen is well-stocked and labeled, and the kids loved the bunk beds. The giant screened-in porch was perfect for an evening relaxing.

Rented Little Fawn cabin for 2 nights and loved it. Quiet little place in the beautiful woods. Located right near Shenandoah Outfitters where we had a wonderful kayak ride on the Shenandoah River. And less than 20 mins from downtown Luray. Peaceful vacation. The house was a great, clean and welcoming space. Tony was readily available if we had any questions. Would return!

Great relaxing cabin in a secluded neighborhood. We went to Berkeley springs for breakfast and checked out the local Cat Cafe, Purrs!

We did get lost upon arrival, the address took us to the sideling entrance. We didn’t have service so we used the map to find the only other entrance. Highly recommend getting there before sunset to prevent any confusion upon arrival. Also, download your maps and be prepared to lose cell service!

This was a wonderful home in a beautiful, peaceful setting in the mountains. Tony was fantastic with info, communications, and recommendations for places to explore and to dine. It was a time for our family to unplug and spend some quality time together. The home was charming as well as clean. It was comfortable and had plenty of space for us to hang out together and create good family memories!

A perfect get away! The cabin was very clean. Peaceful area made having a fire in the backyard a great way to end the day, so bring some wood. Took a short travel to Swallow Falls and grabbed lunch at Mountain State Brewery. I highly reccomend those also!
Tony is a very attentive host and kept communication open during my stay which made everything seamless.
