Great location, clean and great price

Super cute house that is well taken care of. Larger vehicles are definitely better for the neighborhood and driveway due to all the hills and the type of asphalt killings and rocks used throughout the area. Very peaceful and quiet. Has all you need to live for a week, sad I didn’t try out the hot tub!

The spot was amazing. Im definitely. going to be coming back and enjoying another week there for my next vacation!

The awesome: House was everything listed. Easy walking distance to food. Short drive to attractions (caverns, national park, zoo, museums). Very quiet and private. Fully fenced yard was perfect for our dog to be able to also relax and explore. We spent the first evening playing one of the many games offered and laughing ttogether. Wonderful weekend!

Things to keep in mind:
Owner has you sign a temporary rental agreement through another portal where you also have to download the house manual. It's extra steps and felt more like you were a permanent renter (acknowledging the state of the house before you have access, etc).

Owner uses a heavily scented Gain laundry detergent. If you're sensitive to scents at all, recommend bringing your own linens/blankets.

All that said, would happily stay again. Home was wonderful and town was great.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly as pictured, beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. We had everything we needed during our stay, which made our family getaway easy and enjoyable. Everything was exactly as described, and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great experience!

Good spot, little iffy WiFi but that comes with being in the middle of nowhere. Overall 4/5

recommendations1) ceiling light needs to be replaced, flashing like a strobe light.2) Nice to have a grip bar in shower (we older folks need one)3) Need a curtain on side door window.4) Does not include landing as stated in listing (cost us addition 45 to use other landings.5) Does not have lake view or access to beach as stated.as stated6) nice kitchen, excellent appliances and utensils7) easy access, plenty of room for parking

This place was beautiful. Quiet and serene. Loved the hot tub and fire pit.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Tony's cottage for two nights. Everything, including the kitchen appliances, furniture, and lights, was in pristine condition. The hot tub and fire grill were working perfectly.

Tony's response was always quick and prompt, no matter the hour. He is very helpful and supportive.

Some reviews mentioned that the tap water was not good, but we found it clean and drinkable.

I highly recommend this place and look forward to staying there again.

Cool spot, be careful getting in and out of the driveway it’s a little narrow on a mountain, great views, drive in daylight if possible mountains a little tough to navigate at night. Great host informative and communicative.

Negative:
Very close to the busy highway and shares the driveway with a business. I would not call this location 'walkable' because you have to walk on the shoulder of a busy highway a good bit before you get to a sidewalk.

A gorgeous historic home. Our family loved our time there.

The inside is very nice, but, the outside definitely needs some TLC. It was convenient to have access to the coffee/tea bar & ice machine.
